Being long time campers,this was our first experience of actually buying a new travel trailer from a dealer. Brandon worked really hard to overcome obstacles that were presented due to the Times we are in today. This is a very busy shop and from my observation may need a few more experienced people in their service dept. But overall we had a pretty good experience, and will look at future purchases from Cookeville RV.

Staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. They also stayed in contact and check up on us in a timely manner even tho they were short staffed. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy from them. Jordan was our sales man. He went above and beyond.

We purchased our RV and had an issue while at a camp ground. I did not know who to call so I call the person that sold it to us. Adam West. Adam took my information show it to the service manager and We were told to get it in. We left it and it was fix the next day. Let me tall you that you cannot find customer service like this. Adam West and the service department is what the rest of the industry / country needs to set as an example to achieve. This is the best I have been treated in months! If you are looking for an RV you cannot beat Adam West and Cookeville RV. believe me I have shop and looked for years.

We have been looking for a camper for over a year and it feels like weve been in every dealership within a hundred miles. Cookeville RV hands down was the best experience in purchasing an RV. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFIT place to spend you hard earned dollars!! I expressed interest in a camper I saw online and got a call from sales they following morning. They informed me of the security deposit ($1,000) and said they would work in my deal. Salesman asked me several times when I could come by. I’m traveling from Atlanta I told him and would make arrangements. I packed up my family that and booked a hotel for that night in Cookeville. Told him I’d be there in the morning. Several hours later, after being on the road for over a hour, I received a confirmation text asking if I would be there in the morning, along with “You know you can’t take it home tomorrow ha ha ha”. He texts that the deal can’t happen until Tuesday because the other needed staff are off work. I was NEVER informed of this so we turned around. The next day after we got home and sales said they would get it ready for me to have by 1 pm. I start to make arrangements for another trip. Then he tells me that it is not possible either. Also he can’t process my deposit refund because the other people are off for the weekend. He said the RV is reserved and mine until Tuesday. I talked to a sales manager and they blamed ME for not knowing the process. Oh and they blamed the “younger generation that likes to communicate with texts instead of talking”. I lost $ from the hotel bookings. I lost $ from taking off work Saturday to make the drive. I lost all my Labor Day holiday weekend plans. Update- I was told my deposit would hold the RV until Tuesday and be refunded then… but it was returned to me on Saturday. This group are a bunch of LIARS, don’t trust a word they say.

Buying a camper was so easy from these guys! The whole staff was great and so helpful! Jordan was a great salesman and was a joy to work with. Our experience with Cookeville RV has been great. They worked hard in a difficult market to find us a camper and we were able to get our first choice from what they already had on order. They stayed in touch and followed up with us to secure the sale. When we got our new camper home (2 hours away)and had issues they moved us to the front of the service line and did their best to repair the same day while we were in town. Our local service departments were booked out close to two months. Regardless of the fact our camper had issues (Forest Rivers fault). Cookeville RV took excellent care of us.

We recently purchased a Forest River Arctic Wolf 321bh. Jordan our salesman was wonderful to work with. Between him, Dom, and Jay financing was a breeze. Jordan was always available to answer any questions we had as was everyone else we worked with. When it cam time to pick up our camper, Rob made our walk through experience a breeze. Very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions we had. There were a couple minor cosmetic issues with the rig, but as soon as we pointed them out Rob was working to get them resolved. Overall a wonderful place to do business, and I love the fact they are a hometown dealer.

I just moved to Tennessee and needed an Rv and I’ve never bought an Rv before and was not familiar with the process. Adam West treated me like family and got me the best deal, he went above and beyond to help me. The buying experience was good. Very friendly and easy to deal with throughout.Unfortunately they sent me off with an RV / tow vehicle that was horribly unbalanced. They never once mentioned that I might need a weight distribution hitch. They also failed to mention installing a brake controller so that I could use the trailer brakes.Both of these situations gave me a very unsafe and disturbingly unsteady ride from Cookeville, TN to home in WV. By the time I got home I was ready to abandon my RV plans.Fortunately, I turned it over to a local RV dealer who solved the issues in an hour and a half. It now drives fine.So disappointed in Cookeville RV for putting me in such a precarious position.

I purchased a new (2022)camper on 9-30-21 when got home I found there was a problem with the refrigerator,I contacted the dealer that night and received a text from them the next morning asking about the problem. I informed them of the problem and I am still waiting on a service appointment. I talked to the sales person that I bought it from three times but it seems he is no longer interested now that he has made the sale.

Salesman showed us this fifth wheel and it was exactly what we were looking for. After he showed us this rv and told us all about it, my husband went to the price sheet hanging and said, I like the price! Salesman said Ill be right back that he didnt think that was the correct price. While he was gone and we were looking around outside, a woman went in and pulled the sheet. We were informed that they would not honor their posted price! NEVER, will we return nor give them any referrals!!! NOTICE IN ALL PICTURES POSTED, YOU SEE THE PRICE SHEET HANGING! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

I took a boat there to have a rolling motor mounted and wired to the battery and graph. Three weeks later the trolling motor was mounted but not wired to the graph and the 24v system was wired incorrectly! $500 for nothing, terrible business to work with very unprofessional.

Just returned from our third weekend of camping in the Flagstaff travel trailer that we purchased a month ago, and we could not be happier with the purchase! Horrible customer service! We purchased a Tracker boat with Mercury motor from them a few years ago and started having an issue with the motor recently. My husband called and spoke with someone in service who told him to bring the boat in so that we could get it repaired under warranty which runs out in about a month from now. My son drove the boat 1.5 hours today and was told they were 3 months out and that he couldnt even leave the boat there. I called and was told by Ryan (I think was his name) that it would not be able to be repaired under warranty because there was no way they could diagnose the issue while still under warranty and that I should just go to another dealer! WHAT?!? I spoke with another dealer in Nashville who said that as long as the boat was checked into the dealer before the warranty expires, it would be covered. Needless to say, we didnt leave our boat there and we will NEVER do business with Cookeville RV and Marine again!

Just finished purchasing our first camper from Cookeville RV! The experience was wonderful thanks in large part to the staff. Shon is an amazing salesman who helped us through the entire process. There was never any pressure or harsh sales tactics only helpful answers to questions and concerns as we looked at different units. Once our minds were made up he guided us through the next steps and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.
