Great place to get whatever you need for anything

Could be one of my new favorite stores! Definitely not a quick in and out because there are too many cool things to look at!!

Clean environment. Very nice, & helpful employees.

They had none of the dozen or so costume accessories we were looking for but what they did have to offer was overpriced for such low quality

My 12 year old son got his T-Rex costume at party city. He had to get an adult size. He is 53 tall. Batteries are NOT included.

Would have give 5 stars but were out of almost all the peppa pig stuff so I have no plates or cups or napkins... I called first drove 45 mins to get here for it to be out! Not happy about that...

The sales associate that helped me was new and not the fastest, but when it comes to customer service I dont mind. She was super nice and was up selling and suggestive selling. A little kindness goes a very long way with me. She is an asset to this location.

Got help finding black silk gloves right away in and out, 10 minutes and that even included me walking around checking everything out for future reference. Everyone was very eager to help me.

I went in last minute to buy some balloons for a gender reveal party and the lady working was very, very helpful!!!!

Grandaughters favorite toy store...you get so much for so little and lots to choose from. Something for everyone.

Party City is one of those stores that Im really glad that is in my town. I dont go that often, but every so often, I need something that I can only find there! They probably have a million things in stock, plus a really good website. If you are throwing any type of party, you can find plenty of supplies for it here!

The store has nice displays and plenty of new ideas and decor for any party or holiday. Plus, the staff are always really helpful and friendly. You can really dress up your home or office for not alot of money here!

Worst customer service ever. Even during the pandemic this place has lazy employees that will NOT walk outside with a balloon. Call a florist! Same prices better service !!!

This place ended up being amazing. At first it was rocky as one of the costumes teeth was falling off but it was on sale so that was the reason. The manager was really friendly and professional and helped us in many ways.

I took my daughter here today looking for a costume for her. When she found the one she wanted we had to walk to the front of the store to find someone to help get it from the back. Then instead of helping us find the other pieces to make up the costume the boy went back to the front to stand around doing nothing with the other 2 kids there that were doing nothing as well. If there was a zero star I would give them zero stars. Never shop here !!!

Great place for holiday decorations and costumes at Halloween. Plus, great place for events. The kids like to go just for fun to look. 👍

I was looking for birthday paraphernalia for an adult. They have a good selection for most party needs, ranging from the necessary to the absurd.

Went in there for a card, and realized that it had been a while since I had been there last. The place looks great, and the employees are friendly and very helpful. I was asked a couple of times if I needed assistance, and was actually walked over to the greeting card section by a girl who worked there. The card selection has went down, but I did find what I needed, and the prices were still cheap. I would recommend this store to anyone, and dont forget to check out the huge candy selection.

We love party city. They had a great variety of costumes this year and always have the size we need.

Great place for picking up everything ones needs for a celebration. I was looking for a 80th birthday wasnt much in that department...guess people dont take care of themselves anymore.🤔

Bought a pack of 15 helium balloons and at checkout I asked if they filled them for free, I was told yes just to keep my receipt and come back when I needed them filled. Came back today and was told it was an extra $1.10 per ballon to fill up with helium. Ridiculous! If I was told when I first asked about them that it was going to be extra to fill up I wouldn’t have bought them.

Well wasnt pleased with such a slim variety of 80th party supplies and decorations. Dont carry any 80th birthday invites...The cashier was bery nice.

Staff always seems like the customer is bothering them by asking for help. I spent a lot of money for my Granddaughters 1st Birthday and when I sent my husband to pick up our $100 balloon order it wasn’t all there and we weren’t given a refund or the missing balloon bouquets. Very disappointed considering what I spent. Won’t use them again for party needs.

Fast and easy service

Friendly staff and awesome customer service in general! I popped one of my balloons on my way out to my car, and the cashier replaced it for free. Highly recommend.

I have went to this store for 8 years. I have never had a single issue with with staff or anything else until Saturday. For 8 yrs I have went in there for Halloween, birthdays and anything in between, we have always gotten our balloons filled for free if we bought the balloons from there. Saturday the cashier said it would be right at $10 for the 6 balloons that we bought from to be filled. I asked if she was sure because we have never had to pay in the 8 years we have been bought from them. The cashier got rude and said they have never been free. Then she gets the manager Leah who was a completely and udderly disrepectful and rude. She went completely off on me for saying that our balloons have been filled for free because it’s never been free according to her. If I was the owner of Party City I would be embarrassed to have such a manager running my store the way she talked to me exspecially in front of children. This store has officially lost my loyalty to them. I will not support a store that has such unprofessional people running it.

They no longer carried what I wanted and one if the workers went to the back and opened a box and it had what I wanted and he came and found me to give it to me.

Great place for spiderman gear.

There are alot of items that are over priced (esp for parties) you would get far cheaper at any $store or walmart, however for the specialty items for parties or costumes that are harder to find and their candy slection for events is extremely large and well priced.

Fun to shop but pricey

It gets 2 starts for options, this location was clearly being ran by kids. I had to ask 3 times for a price check and on the same item I asked the young man if they had anymore in the back, he told me he would go check. I didnt hear back from him so I asked another young man to check and once again I never heard back from him. It took me holding up the checkout line and the girl at the register calling back to them and she also had to asked skeins a couple of times before she could get an answer. Nothing had prices on it. Terrible experience.

I only worked here for a week or so and had to leave because i suddenly had to move back to MT but everyone there was amazing, customers included im sad i had to go and ill forever miss the environment and my expirence here, keep being awsome guys and good luck with halloween season! 💕

Not worth the money! I took my kids here to get costumes and my 4 yr olds Captain America costume mask was busted and for $40 wasnt any better than Walmarts for $20 also my 10 yr old got a costume which was $39.99 and it was missing the mask. Sucks because they are 30 min from where i live and the costumes we got took us an hour to get since they was sold out of everything except the most expensive ones but bummed because they arent complete and now i gotta find mask to go with them after already paying over $40 each for non complete and damaged costumes, sucks!

Great that we have something local where we can get some things last minute but I feel like the majority of things in there are terribly expensive.
