Got my wife in a car pretty fast, unlike a certain other lot that starts with a W that kept us waiting nearly 7 hours and Still couldnt even tell us the price of Any of the vehicles we were looking at, considering we came in on a Saturday. Come Monday afternoon all the bank stuff and other paperwork were done and shes extremely happy now. Sorry, that got long winded cause of the rant....lol

This place is amazing! Taken care after the sale is completed and its not even a huge dealership with all the heavy overhaul. They have two locations one on Jefferson and the other on Broad Street where it meets Spring Street and They actually are just small enough to be very personable with you and care and they have there own service department and will go out of their way for you. They got me to come saying i qualified for a super nice car on their website! Payment was what i wanted and everything was great! Until i go there! I cant get the car I applied for online because my payment would be to high if they could even get me financed, which i was told I was already approved online! So gave three choices of cars that where not anywhere close to what i thought i was preapproved for! I am desperate for a car to get to work so i pick one and we do the deal! The car had no floor mats, no key bob and a week later the check engine light comes on! I call and was told repeatedly they would get it to service and fix the valve in the fuel line that was making the check light come one! Told that to my face! Never heard back from them! No answers to my text or calls! Then at two weeks i notice the front breaks are bad! Tried to contact DAS again and no response! So I will never go there again and I tell everyone to not go there! I got a car but no customer service and i feel like i was lied to and tricked! They got their money and I got a car that I had to pour hundreds of more money into to drive it safely! Dont buy from this place!

Wonderful place just got me a new car. Toyota Yaris 2012 model. So happy. They were wonderful working with us. I would refer anyone to go there.

They make false promises. Beware. Bought this truck with an issue they promised to fix, but then told me after I bought it they couldn’t fix the issue. Gonna cost $2,000 to fix what THEY should have fixed. I have bought two vehicles with them and they will NEVER get another penny from me. Buy here at your own risk of being screwed.

Cars look nice on the outside but are shot under the hood. Having constant trouble with our suv. Just save your money and go somewhere else. They offered us way older cars that didnt fit our needs to trade for trying to fix the problem but obviously that isnt a fix. Its trading one problem for another. Saying sorry and pitiful offers are not 8500$+ worth of a solution. Super disappointed. Fearing trading for another POS and losing thousands we are keeping our lemon and never doing business there again. They are getting two stars instead of one because they towed our car back from two hours away for free. It broke down and was completely immobilized after less than 30 days after purchase.

Told how much of a down payment I had. Told me I bought the car....but $700 more to go toward the down payment. Literally said I had the car....but you need $700 more than what you told me after I let you drive it around and kept you here for over an hour. NDAS=NOT Dependable Auto Sales.
