The best experiences at a vape store Ive ever had. Friendly workers that are very knowledgeable about their products. Gave great recommendations for new juice based on my likes and took their time explaining their flavors to me.I just wish they had their house blends in big bottles rather than the 17ml bottles.

The friendliest, most insightful, and educational experience ive had in a vape store since i started vaping last february. not to mention the customer service was excellent. i quit smoking and am a total vaping noob, but the gentleman behind the counter knew his stuff...well. he helped me with the direction and steps i needed to continue my journey to being nicotine free. there is also a wide array of nic salts and juice choices.highly recommended.this is not the typical and abysmal vape store with six dudes hanging out blowing clouds of smoke listening to nu-metal or trap...which was awesome. it was clean, professional looking, and well ordered.

Cameron has always went above and beyond to help me. Many times. they have a great selection of juices, mods and tanks. Very satisfied with their customer service!

They are very friendly there. Always service with a smile. Each employee greets you, offers to help, makes conversation. If theres ever an error, they correct it without question. The store is very clean. They have places to sit which is nice. If its busy they manage to juggle multiple customers without neglecting anyone. I would continue to shop there and say its a pleasant shopping experience.

Love this place! Recently stopped smoking and this place is my new gas station ha. Try any flavor you would like before you buy it. Staff is always nice and friendly. If you are a beginner or a seasoned vet, this places has everything you need.

The store is ALWAYS clean, the people are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of their products ( and competitors products as well). There are times when you might not get service right away due to everyone having an enjoyable experience there and/ or the customers are trying so many of the flavors at the sampling area. The managers keep a great crew there. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know that vapes.

Great place,plus very knowledgeable. Mike the manager or Drew the assistant manager, or any of the employees are willing to take the time to help you figure out what is the best vapor pen you need. Whether you are new to vaping or have some experience, they are always willing to work with you and make sure you are happy with whatever product you purchase. I use to love this place. The people were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Ive bought 3 vapes from them that all just quit working within a month. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it. Never going back.

Went to the vape store tonight, and had by far the best experience Ive had yet there. Dont get me wrong Ive never had a bad experience, but the young man who helped me I think the name was Kale or Cale went above and beyond. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job. The young man would be a great manager bease hed make all his employees happier! Anyway great job and hire more like my man Kaleb.

Great service from Heather and others. But theres one short dude working there who gave me a hard time and wouldnt replace a faulty ecig Id bought the day before. I took it back to Heather the next day, didnt mention the prior situation, tested it and it was replaced immediately. So, Im torn on the place.

Its a clean store but they probably have the lowest variety and the most expensive vape juice. I bought an ijust3 and within 2 weeks it had broken. I took it back and they immediately knew what was wrong with it. This leads me to believe that they knowingly sold be a device that they knew would fault. I got a new one and within 2 weeks, the same thing happened. Not the place to buy vape stuff. Low variety at a higher price

When I went there I was impressed with the smell, but also concerned...it was one smell no mix so there were no other flavors being used ( it was coffee)I bought packaged items so my purchase was not that bad I purchased Boxcar 0mg nic and it tastes watered down Tigers blood was very good though.A friend purchased peanut butter liquid we got pair... Also the pixie stick is very disappointing the taste is very strong and not very good and the clouds are awful like almost none for max VGOverall 2 stars BC I am being very nice I am very disappointed and will personally tale my business alsewhere unless I am buying bottles clips etc.Now the good, their prices are fairly cheap as far as I can tell I am going back to buy more 10 ml bottle and a belt clipVery nice people in the store very friendly, but like I said not happy with the actions as being given wrong liquidI am trying to be understanding and very thorough in my review and realizing that people make mistakes DONT LET MY REVIEW STOP YOU FROM TRYING THEM OUT. Great place to go, a bit more expensive than others but the coils and vape are very high quality. They make their own coils, and they make their own vape. They have a great and easy to choose from selection and plenty of taste tests. The people here are very knowledgeable, honest, and the vaporizer I bought from here after 8 months still works perfectly, never leaks, and never gives me problems. Ive dropped this thing countless times on hard tile floors, left it in a hot car, ive beaten this thing senseless and all it has to show for is a few scratches. It still works just like when I bought it. I highly recommend this place!EDIT: 13 months now I bought my Vaporizer from this place and guess what? It still works! Its a Dual Pico and Ive dropped, smashed, stepped on, crushed, etc to this thing and it still works like brand new. The batteries are dying out on me though and I will need new ones but those are pretty cheap.

They are a little steep for what you get, but most vape stuff is. Wish they had more flavor choices in bigger bottles as well for a better price, but not a bad store, really clean and set up well and well the workers there are ridiculously nice and sweet and help you with your needs exc., so thats a plus!
