Mica did amazing on our order. She was able to coordinate colors, sizes and customize multiple items for a large order. She’s did great and the quality can’t be beat!

I have shopped at a couple embroidery shops in Cookeville. I’ve always returned to Cookeville Embroidery because the quality can’t be beat. They take great pride in the work that they do. Good work takes time. Thank you for all of the wonderful work you have done for me.

Ordered an embroidered hat and was told it could take up to 7 to 10 days which was fine with me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call saying it was ready on the next business day and it looks fantastic! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ll be shopping there again!

Worse Communication, Went in Lady took order I told her what I wanted showed size I wanted for scarves, then received call Stating would look better if same size instead of what I ask for said fine, I had show her the font which was a script, I then got a call they couldn’t make out if it was a F a couldn’t read her order, I was then told I could pick up on Monday went there they were Closed, I went to get today and This is a Mess small Block letters looks like a beginner did the order! Can hardly see the initials im so upset I told them They’re Idiots ! To many people and no Communication, she follows me to car and we went over again the problem she said she would call police on me REALLY!so unprofessional not my fault someone she hires can’t communicate or write a order $32 thrown away plus price of scarves I wouldn’t want to give these as a gift!

Love the embroidered shirt they made for me!

I ordered a simple letter shirt and was told it would be done in 1-2 weeks. I paid almost $30 for it. After two weeks, I called the store and was dismissed and told that they would get done that day and she would call me the next day without being asked for my info. Almost a full week later I called again and while they actually asked for my name this time, they told me they hadnt made the shirt, it would get done that day, and they would call me the next. Still holding out for the shirt.

People are so friendly and helpful. You can buy items in the store and they personalize them or you can take an item in to be embroidered.

I have used them several times...they always have cute cute stuff in stock...and ive never had a problem with customer service....they do stay busy...so if u need something. Make sure its in advance!
