I recently discovered a small issue with some work Cardinal did on my PC back in 2018. I called in and happened to reach Mike, the owner. He completely exceeded my expectation for how the call would go. I would recommend this shop to anyone that values honest dealing.

Ive been buying computers from Cardinal Computer for nearly 20 years. The deals are excellent, but my top reason for coming back is the service. Can you get better prices online? Maybe, but nothing beats local computer support. Ask them about their warranty. They stand behind their products.On the rare occasions I have had computer issues, it has been so nice to simply walk in, set the computer on the counter, and they fix it.

Against all odds, this savvy tech business was able to replace the swollen battery on my 2009 MacBook Pro, even though the screws holding in the battery were stripped! The touch pad hadnt been working for years because the battery was pressing against it (so I used a mouse) but the pad is working again! They are friendly, efficient, and honest.

We had just moved to Cookeville from IL and I brought my iMac desk top computer in our car, but somehow the power cord and keyboard had been packed in a box on the moving truck and is still not here! I really needed to use my computer, so I called Cardinal Computer and the owner or manager could not have been more accommodating! He said he does carry the power cord and iMac products that I would need.So excited to go there and purchase the power cord but when I arrived, he graciously offered me both a power cord AND an Apple keyboard to USE, instead of buying the products from him!! I was amazed at his kind gesture which I am certain I would not have experienced elsewhere. I will continue to be a customer here for all my computer needs!

They wanted $149 for labor and $49 for for a 8 gb stick of ram to upgrade my PC. Maybe 20-30 minutes of work. Clearly trying to take advantage of people!! Needless to say they wont be doing that job for me.In reply to your reply. I had another computer store to do it. It took him literally 10 mins and he did it for $20. It was NOT a hard job, only 1 screw. So my review stands firm and true!!

Super nice and helpful! I bought a laptop for college in August. About 3 weeks ago I noticed the casing was breaking open by the hinges. I took it in, still under a one year warranty. He looked at it and ordered a new screen for me! I needed the laptop in the meantime so he called when it came in. He said the part that came was not to their standards and they would be ordering a new one. The new part came in the next week, and when I dropped the laptop off again (12:30) he said it would take quite a bit of disassembly to fix. I said I had to be at work at 430 so I would pick up tomorrow. TWO HOURS LATER I get a call and its ready. No charge because of the warranty. It was an awesome, speedy experience!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Ever. I cannot be without my computer because of my job and Cardinal offers a service where they will give you one to use while they are fixing yours. It is extremely convenient. Also, if you purchase a computer from them it comes with a lifetime time warranty on labor. Who can beat that? I have been in several times over the last couple years and they have always been a big help. There is a younger man with a beard who works there who is probably the most friendly person I have ever met. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff for the great service and peace of mind.

I purchased a used lap top computer and needed to be able to connect it to a projector for an upcoming power point presentation. The computer was an older model and I believed it was lacking the appropriate port to directly connect. I expected to have to purchase an expensive adapter and actually had the adapter in hand to buy when Aaron offered to take a look at the computer. It turned out the port I needed was hidden under a access panel on the back. He could have just let me spend the money and got the sale but he put customer service first. They may not have got my money this time but with customer service like what I received they will be getting my business in the future.

Cant say how their work is because noone answered the phone on Saturday morning when theyre supposed to be open till 2pm. I found someone else who fixed my computer on Sunday.

Poor customer service rude and pushy.All I wanted was my questions answered about 2 monitors I was going to buy to make sure it is what I needed before I spent almost 500 bucks on 2 monitors i will not be back.I made my purchase at another shop.i expected more because of the reviews but I was very disappointed.
