Awesome pharmacy and photo center! I love picking up prints online from this store and theyre always done so quick. I also have a couple of prescriptions I get from here and the staff is always very nice and knowledgeable if I have any questions. The store is always clean and well stocked, its my favorite place to stop in when I just need a few things.

Let’s start by saying that I went to pick up 3 people’s prescription’s, one that was called in 2 hours prior, they said it wasn’t ready, then told me to come back in a hour & a half, I waited 2 hours to be sure, and tried to call them at least ten times, because I live towards Livingston & Standing stone hwy, (So, it’s a long drive for me).Called them and waited on the phone 5-15 minutes, each time they hung up on me. Very disrespectful & unprofessional.They hung up on my 80 yr. old granny too when she politely asked to speak with their manager..Drove all the way there after waiting 2 full hours & had to wait another 50 minutes, A-they didn’t have anything filled yet, B-they kept saying their system was being slow, C-they wasn’t prepared at all.So, I patiently waited & tried to be understanding after all of that, and at the end of it all, they didn’t once apologize for the wait, did not apologize for the hassle, didn’t offer an excuse as to why the wait was so long. I feel they need to be investigated for the phone situation. They also need to be trained on how to properly work with the public and how to be more prepared in general.I get it.. we are human and make mistakes and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but my mother who is sick on oxygen and has heart problems, has previously dealt with this particular Walgreens in the past, and has had similar issues before. Her oxygen was 82 (extremely low), my daughter is sick with tonsillitis, and I myself is sick with Bronchitis, and to have to deal with these certain issues is just extremely aggravating.Please, Walgreens, do better than this!All in all, we will not be using this particular Walgreens again.

I used to really like this place but as of lately they are not so great. Got a prescription from hospital when I ask the pharmacist if it would interact with vitamins or other medications she looked like a deer in headlights couldnt answer at all didnt even look in computer absolutely nothing. So I just said ok thanks and drove away. Today I have tried for over an hour to get thru to the pharmacy and no one answers the phone went on hold 6 times and it would just disconnect after 20 min or so. Guess Ill have to go to CVS apparently.

These so called pharmacist who think they are doctors are not filling valid prescriptions therefore playing at being a doctor by omission. There job is to fill a valid prescription not treat everyone who comes through like they are a junky.I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy in my life.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My sons formula is a prescription through Walgreens. It’s a 20 bottle order every month. This month I have had to pick up formula 4-5 times in small amounts. Today I called to see if the last 5 bottles were ready for pick-up, since I called Thursday last week to make sure they were ordered and ready to pick up. I never got a notification saying they were ready, so I called to see what was going on. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me- acted like it was a problem that I asked him to check on it. He came back to say they did have the formula in stock- but it wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours. 2 hours to grab 5 bottles of formula and put behind the desk seemed a little strange to me. I tried to explain that I had three children by myself and would prefer to pick up now, so I didn’t have to make another trip to town. Instead of letting me explain, he cut me off saying it would be two hours once again. Extremely horrible experience and extremely rude employee. In the future I will likely move my business to another pharmacy.

I called this place a week before my prescription was due to see if I could transfer my prescription from one Walgreens to theirs because I had moved from another county and this was the closest Walgreens to me now that I had moved andtheanswer was YES..so the day my prescription was due my dr sent my prescription electronically to this location and I received a call from my Dr. Telling me that I needed to call the pharmacist because they had no prior knowledge about me transferring my prescription to that location..so I call and they tell me that they cant fill my prescription because I dont live in Putnam county..my county that I moved to doesnt have a Walgreens so I cant get it filled in the county I live..so needless to say this place is the worst Walgreens that I have ever dealt with.. I called another Walgreens and they had absolutely no problem filling my prescription so obviously it is just this specific store..

Clean store, always organized so I can find what I need. Store staff is helpful and management is quick to ask if they can do anything to help. It’s nice to see management on the floor helping and communicating.

Only place open on Christmas. Forgot my sons stuff from Santa so it was very convenient that they were open so I could finish his Christmas. It was worth an hour drive for them to be open 24 hours including holidays! Definitely recommend!!!

This Walgreens pharmacy needs to train their personnel in regards to how they communicate with customers. The lack of customer respect and concern that we received was totally unacceptable. The person we spoke with was aggressive, judgemental and asked the same questions over and over (I assume because she didnt believe us).I hope we will never need to visit this pharmacy again.

I had to pick up antibiotics for my child and the pharmacy didn’t ask if we wanted to add flavoring to it. I then asked them if they could add the flavoring and they told me that they can not do so after the medicine has already been mixed. We are new to the area but I know that other Walgreens we have used in the past will add the flavoring for a small charge. We will be switching pharmacies.

Why anyone would give this Walgreens less than 5 stars is beyond me. Friendly workers, good prices, constantly running specials... If given choice between Walmart and Walgreens, Ill take Walgreens everytime. I only wish I could give more stars.

The photo lab needs some work, 1 hour photos took over 3 hours for under 20 4x6 prints. I understand things might get back up but to be rude on top of things isnt good. I will not choose to have my photos printed here again.

Lousy service at the pharmacy yesterday, also given absolutely wrong information from the pharmacists assistant. My personal physician ordered ppsv23 for the 3 of us. All 3 of us have life exceptions that qualify us for ppsv23, ACCORDING TO THE CDC, before the age of 65. The pharmacists assistant treated us like we were toilet paper hoarders, despite that FACT that we had a physicians prescription, who btw knows our personal medical history a hell of a lot better than that PA does. Arrogant, condescending and giving incorrect medical info. Specifically she said the CDC does NOT recommend this vaccine, I read ON THE CDC WEBPAGE the vaccine is recommended for people with heart disease from 17 to 65.

Left message on Tuesday to refill prescriptions on Sunday when it was due came on Monday to pick up still was not filled worst pharmacy ever. Time to find new place to fill prescription. People run this place is evil 👿 mean makes you wait longer than anyone else.

We live 10 minutes from this location and needed a refill on a regular monthly prescription before the work week started and the one in sparta is not open 24 hours and dr dated it the 24th so was told to go here after midnight to get it filled. The guy refused to fill it because of a policy they dont have written down anywhere that they cant fill peoples medicine from other counties- which is a complete lie because Ive been filling it in white county while living in van Buren plenty of times. I even called another 24 hour Walgreens that confirmed its a geology policy for c2s but not per county. I tried reasoning with him and proving I live close, I use Walgreens every month just 10 miles away but he continued refusal of filling my script with no reason but the non existing policy. Ridiculous service and corporate will be hearing from us because thats the only 24 hour pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. For them to have this idea that no one 10 minutes away cant get service here because they live in the next county that doesnt have a 24 hour pharmacy is crazy.

Fast and friendly people in pharmacy

My family moved to Cookeville from Michigan last year. I have a large family including a daughter with severe special needs, and have always been a Walgreens patron. Our experience at this Walgreens has been nothing short of horrible. When I ask questions for clarification, I get an attitude. One of the girls had to refund a med that I told her I didnt want but she charged me for anyway, and she literally ripped the receipt off the package, slammed the clipboard around, treated me like I was a major inconvenience, and gave me the most unprofessional attitude you can imagine. They speak to customers in a very condescending, disrespectful fashion. Shame on Walgreens for having such low standards, very poor work ethic. Ive switched to Washington Street, which is a marginal improvement. Huge zero for customer service.

This isnt the first time Ive been to a Walgreens that I wasnt happy. They seem to be consistently rude, theyre wait time is atrocious, they grossly underestimate wait time. Then give an attitude when you question how much longer. They finally fill the script then expect praise for filling it saying it couldve been longer. Like theyre doing you a favor. Ill go without before I ever go back to Walgreens.

Horrible experience. ZERO STARS. Long wait times, very rude, the girl at the pharmacy Whitney speaks in a very condescending way to most customers, irregularities with insurance billing and when I questioned this I was literally told to find another pharmacy! I would if I wasnt locked in with this one!!! Totally incompetent and they act as if YOUR inconveniencing THEM!

We have always used Walgreens to fill our perscriptions. Never have i ever been treated as poorly as I was at the one on Willow. Coming in to the store the girls were very very friendly. So they get 5 stars. The girls in the pharmacy just plain ignored us. We were the only customers so that was not an issue. We stood for a good 5 mins before we decided to leave. No hello or anything. There were 3 girls but not one of them acknowledged that we were waiting. Will not come back.

I went to Walgreens Willow to get a prescription for amoxycillin for an infected tooth. I witnessed the drs office call it in and then travelled from Sparta back to Cookeville. I waited in line and was told that they had the prescription from the dr and the medication to fill it but they would need 15 minutes to put it together. I was told that mine was marked as waiting and I would be notified as soon as it was completed. I proceeded to wait almost an hour making regular eye contact with the staff including the employee that quoted time. Not once did anyone ask me if I had been helped or if they could ck on the prescription for me. I finally got fed up and waited in line to ask if it was done only to find out that it had been completed and my name was not called. This was a thoughtless abuse of my time. As a business owner, I find that this business and its employees lack the urgency to provide adequate customer service especially in this day and age. It feels as if they are doing you a favor to sell you/your insurance company a medication as others have posted. After all we are their clients!?

Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Every month, the same excuse Im sorry we dont have the meds in stock. Also when we go to pick up our meds after receiving a call saying they are ready, we get there to find out we have to come back after a prior authorization. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and immediately got hung up on, and then I called back only to find out that they lost my scripts for medications I need and that they refuse to do anything about it. HORRIBLE experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.
