The location is very handy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit higher, but the location makes up for it. One feature that is out of their control is the odd fringe clientel that frequent this store.

Clean, nice staff, use the app and kiosk up front to get shop and earn and digital coupons. Meat and produce were fresh and deli had easy meal options and a hot bar.

Usually always have what I need and with MVP CARD, I usually save at least $5.00 or more.

Friendly staff .seems to be easier shopping. Without the feeling of wanting to hurry like some of your larger stores seem to make me feel.

Love coming to this food lion. It keeps me out of the major hustle and bustle of cookeville and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (they are at all food lions) great selections and varieties for all my groceries.

I think they may have to best fresh produce section in town by far.

I was visiting a friend and ran in there to get some eggs. When I came out it was POURING! They had umbrellas for customers to use and we drop them off at the door as we left. I was so impressed that they took the initiative and provided great customer service.

Needed to get just a few things. No vitamins at least where I could find. The store just seems like its not organized properly. Some frozen items on 1 side & the rest on the other side instead of all together. Cashier was the best thing. She was so helpful and nice.

I call this My grocery store. Ive been on a budget all my life. Ha ha I was raised a poor girl, & I guess that rubbed off on me as I grew up! Nothing wrong being poor, makes you appreciate what you do have. Ive been divorced for about 35 years, never remarried & raised my Son myself. My budgeting has rubbed off him. We have a good life, & people that work at Food Lion are always very nice to us when they see us. My Son has forgotten the savings card at times & they remember him & always use the one they have. That is kind in my books, & I appreciate them very much. They really have some great sales. I went tonite & saved $28.61. Also their store on Spring, out close to I 40, is always clean & bright looking. I think youll like it too!!! Youll be calling it your store like I do.

Employees at the spring street location in Cookeville, TN are always very kind and hospitable. Each time I visit the store I feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. I have two children whom can be a little rambunctious at times. Your employees not only overlook their loud noises and occasional wandering feet, but they frequently engage in conversation with my girls and ask how they are when I happen to be shopping alone. I am even more encouraged by the professional way your younger staff carries themselves. This is honestly something one does not consistently encounter at any place of business anymore. I commend the hiring staff at this location for practicing such good judgement in their hiring process. This store is my absolute favorite place to shop for groceries in all of Cookeville. That holds true for my parents as well. Thank you for a job well done!

Great for quick grocery trip but the deli item I purchased was expired and didnt notice till I got home.

Deli sucks, and dont expect to find very many specialty items, but all the basics are there. Staff is super friendly and if you avoid peak times getting in and out is a breeze. This is my go to grocery because of convenience, competitive prices and ease of shopping.

They have gluten free hamburger buns but I couldnt find any actual loaves of gf bread. Otherwise, it is a good place to shop. The store is very clean, (I went to use the bathroom, which was being cleaned; went back later and it was being cleaned AGAIN by a different guy lol). The floor is the cleanest of any Cookeville grocery store.
