R&R is literally THE best nutrition shop around! Emily and her team are one of a kind ❤️ My husband brings me a tea every morning and I literally cant start my day without one now. Gives me so much energy and helps me get through the day. Im so happy we found them and HIGHLY recommend the Georgia Peach flavor, its my favorite!

I cant say enough good things about this place. First of all, the shakes are super yummy and help keep me full well beyond lunch time. They also help to curb my sweet tooth! The teas are yummy and they give me an energy boost, without the nasty crash. The real reason you are going to want to check this place out, is the people. Super friendly when you walk in. They are willing to answer any questions you may have.. the shakes and teas are delicious. The shakes actually kept me full until lunch which amazed me because no other shake has done that for me. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I wish I could share photos, but for what I got not worth it. We have been to many nutrition shops for the shakes and this places shake came in a small styrofoam cup! I have never seen that at any of them. I feel like I was shorted my worth in my shake. The other places we have been to put them in the large clear cups and offer almost double the amount for the same price! So save your money and go to one of the others. It maybe took us three sips and we were done!
