Wonderful experiences here. We have had 3 family members who purchased hearing aids here - great service and products (Cecelia was so helpful). Also the doctors helped my family member who had lost almost all hearing after a hospitalization and her regular Dr just ignored the problem. The Dr here completely took care of it in two visits.

Went with my friend to her appointment. She changed from Belltone. They took time to listen to her concerns, and adjust her hearing aids to her needs. She is much happier.

I went here to have my deviated septum looked at and after paying $90 and waiting 2 hrs. (I was the only patient left in the building... not sure why people kept getting called back before me since I had a scheduled appointment. I was there so late I had to be told by the receptionist how to unlock the door to get out since they were technically closed by this point.) I was told it wasnt that bad and to go see an allergy specialist! I have insurance and I figured $90 would be all I had to pay and that I would never go back again after the terrible wait time. Unfortunately, I was just sent a new customer fee I now owe an extra $400!!! $335 of it being for the new patient fee. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!

We sat in the waiting room for more than an hour after my appointment time. The reseption ladies were not helpful and rude. my daughter went up to find out what was taking so long and was told that they have five doctors and that I was next to go back, and that was a lie. Unfortunately I have no choice but to come here and I would not recommend them to anyone who has to have an ENT appointment. Currently we are still waiting to be seen and hour and a half after my scheduled appointment.

If I will be able to not give them an star I will not do it, there is the worse service ever, I will not recomend it at all. I take my son there for tubes he is 2 years & 10 mothns with autisim. After just 1 month of the surgery he was back on ear infections. I call them several times and they never answer me, when they finally did it I literally beg for an appoiment and all the front desk people was so rude acting like not caring about my son having pain, I have to take him to an urgent care facility for a prescrition, after wating days for see an specialist they do nothing, then after 3 weeks and 10 days of being on treatment he still was with the ear infection, so I call again to set up an appoiment and they again were so rude & still hasnt time to see my son because the doctor was so busy doing surgeys for which they overcharge you because they feel they are the only providers around so they can do wathever they want. These people dont care about the patient not even a child that cant speak or said if he is feeling pain. the only reason why I knew we was feeling pain was because he was banging his head, I told them that, however, they didnt care. You as a patient will never be a priority. If you have more options please use them, because they will let you die or loss your hearing if they have something that will let them make more money

I couldnt have been treated better. The entire staff, from the front office to Dr. Evan Sanford and his nurse were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sanford explained my diagnosis in great detail in language I could understand. I highly recommend UCENT.

I had my first visit today and cant express how nice and professionally I was treated. I was concerned based upon things I had read and heard, but none of my concerns were validated. Everyone was very kind, professional and cared about my health issues. They offered easy to understand explanations of all procedures and offered great solutions. The office was clean everyone wore masked and noted washing their hands. They will continue to be my preferred ENT group. Thank you to all the staff.

Dr. Sanford is an amazing doctor!!! He did so good with our little girl and making us feel respected in our choices for her!!! He made us very comfortable with her care and was so nice to her!!!!

Wonderful doctors and staff!

I would NOT recommend going here. After seeing the reviews I was hesitant to make an appointment, but really needed to get into the doctor. I made my first appointment only to have them call and try to reschedule it with a PA. I asked for a doctor so they rescheduled again. Two days later, I got another call trying to reschedule me with a PA, when I politely asked to see a doctor again they had to push my appointment a week back. The receptionist was NOT kind or compassionate. I had not even had my first appointment yet and had a very disappointing experience.

I had my left thyroid removed and was worried about all the obvious issues. The staff here made me feel welcome and comfortable. My Dr. Was Kriskovich. He was amazing and very informative. But most of all, he did awesome on my surgery. I was in a lot of discomfort but now all is great. I had a great experience here. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Rohman is a great doctor, my nose is breathing again.

I am not one that provides bad feedback often, however the experiences I’ve had with the medical office and billing department . I was referred to the office from my primary care doctor. I needed to get a consultation for a surgery . I sat with the doctor for a total of 12 minutes . He stuck a rod up my nose and confirmed what I already knew, which is I needed surgery . I received a bill in the mail 2 weeks later that stated that they performed and in office “sinus surgery” and billed a total of 650 dollars for 12 minutes . I called the billing department and tried to discuss it in detail. The billing lady was very curt towards me. Every question was, talk to your insurance . I was a little frustrated but remained patient . After asking another question, the lady hung up the phone and when I tried to call back; she never picked up and ignored my call. This is pretty much fraud as nothing but a consultation took place at the time . I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only are they unprofessional, they are not transparent with cost . I am so aggravated with this .

The worse experience ever. The quickest throat exam I’ve ever had not even sure how he actually saw anything. The doctor had already made up his mind and wouldn’t even let me say two words before cutting me off and shooting me out of the room. I won’t ever be back, I am disgusted I wasted that time and money.

Essentially spent $400 on a pamphlet. Rude nurse and receptionist. I also read they dropped a patient because he offered to cover someone else’s bill which is pathetic in my opinion. Avoid this place at all costs.

I do NOT recommend this office. 0/5. My wifes ear doctor appointment was cancelled without any warning or notification. She was early for that appointment, and the next earliest appointment they could have given her was 3 weeks from her original date. The office did not compensate her in any way and all they had to say was sorry. Find a different office if you want to actually be taken care of and not ripped off.

The staff is rude and uncaring. Someone in the office cancelled my appointment and when I explained that I didn’t cancel it they didn’t care. They just kept repeating themselves and said the person that cancelled wasn’t there. Told me they were booked for my appointment time and wanted to know when I would like to make another one. No apology. Didn’t try to resolve my issue. Rude and uncaring. It wasn’t their fault although one of the staff members cancelled my appointment.

Called and set up and appointment for a friend who’s tonsils and throat are swollen so bad she can’t hardly breathe or talk,made them aware that she was running a fever on and off and they made us an appointment anyway said it was fine.so we waited a whole day to see them just for them to say her fever was too high to be seen when she got there.need to get some staff that know what the hell theyre doing or some that care about their patients one bc this was absolutely pathetic.

Turning people away due to greed is a pathetic display of your work practices. I witnessed someone trying to pay another mans bill (Under $100) and the hospital refused to accept the payment (Which also means that bill is null and void in the eyes of the law due to refusing payment) then informed the people trying to pay that they were no longer welcome. Not recommended to go here

Im really not one to post negative reviews, but thia place is a joke. They are only there for rhe money. They do not care as much about the patient. They definitely dont care if your nervous or anything elsee. Just make sure they get their money upfront. My daughter had to pay $160 to just be able to see the doctor. Even though her copay was only $50. Then they called her 3 days before her surgery and told her she had to pay $1078 the day of the surgery which included her copay and deductible.. Not to mention they wouldnt schedule her appointment for January until December schedule was full. Now if that isnt all about the money I dont know what is. We reschedule with another ENT and is so thankful I did. My daughter was scared to death to have surgery there. I was a little uncomfortable myself. All about the money....

This facility does not care about their patients. They are greedy, inhumane, and uncaring. They turned me away because I could not pay MORE than my copay. I thought my copay was the only payment I needed to make up front before any services...however, they demanded $255 IN ADDITION TO MY $40 COPAY!!! This cannot be ethical!! After telling them I thought that was unlawful, they sent me a letter cancelling my follow-up appointment and releasing me from their care due to ethical differences. These people are a shame to their profession!

Staff seems very knowledgeable. My only issue is we waited 30 minutes for our appointment and about 15 in the room waiting. Other than that Im pleased.

The physician and staff that had the nerve to tell a patient to find a different physician all because she tried to assist a man with paying a bill is one of the most uncaring moves they could’ve ever made! I have helped many people that didn’t have the means to get proper care and this is an all time low! I hope anyone reading this researches this review and takes their business elsewhere!! It’s a small community and word of mouth will do more damage then anything!!

Disappointing and waste of time. I understand everyone gets busy or something comes up but it is unacceptable to have an appointment and almost 2 hours later you are still waiting. The least the Office Manager can do is keep people informed of any delays and to apologize for such. Unfortunately that is not happening. Not very professional.

This procedure is great. My son no longer has ear infections! I will caution parents that Upper Cumberland ENT will stick it to you! They charged my insurance company $3380. That does not count anesthesia. This is a 10 minute procedure. I wanted my child cured and they used that opportunity to over-charge. Parents be prepared!

In all my experiences of doctor offices, staff and the situations in general this is by far the worst! The staff (not doctors) are nothing shy of rude! The sad thing is some how they are the only ENT in the Upper Cumberland... I guess that’s why they feel they can act that way... because unless you want to drive to Nashville they are your only option!! Can we not have more than one ENT office in the UC? Don’t recommend if you can help from it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.Ive been to many medical facilities across the US and I must say this is the worst experience Ive ever had at one.The staff is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and dismissive. (after reading more reviews, this now seems evident). It only takes one phone call to them to realize how rude and unorganized they are. The staff also forgot to give the Dr my medical records I had faxed to them by another Dr. a few hours before.The wait time was unacceptable.I felt like I was treated like a number the entire time. Dr Krisovich rushed my visit, was cocky and seemed distracted by the nurse frantically and loudly typing his words as he spoke to me in a small, hot, cramped exam room.Overall, the experience was so bad that I had contacted the director of operations. Again, after politely explaining my issue, he was also rude, sarcastic, raised his voice and kept dismissing my issue as well.There are plenty of ENT in Cookeville with great reviews. There are so many bad reviews of this facility, Im not sure how they stay in business. I assume they get most of their business from the hospital across the street and also unsuspecting seniors. The owners of this facility should be ashamed.Stay away, get proper care.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rayne. The office staff isnt overly friendly. I never could get the surgery coordinator on the phone. She called back and left a sarcastic message. She said she had lots of other patients. If you have to go here, see Dr. Kriskovich. He is very courteous and knowledgeable.

Very very disappointed with the plastic surgery done on my husband’s face. We were referred to the office from Crossville Dermatology. After Mohs surgery, the wound was stitched by one of the doctors here. I have a pit in my stomach of how badly this turned out on his face. I could never recommend them ever.

The front office staff is rude and they will cancel appointments without letting patients know. I sat in the waiting room for three hours with my 15 month old son waiting to see his Dr. for a follow up after getting tubes put in his ears. Finally got into a room and when the Dr. come in he opened the door and smacked my son in the head with the door so hard it knocked him down screaming and crying then Dr Kieth never apologized or even attempted to make sure he was ok. Just walks in like nothing happened looked in one ear and said he is good and walked out. I guess if you have a PhD you can do anything you want without any concern for anyone else

This place is great! I had a major ear problem and they were very informative and fixed my ear!

We were referred here for my fathers reconstructive surgery. Dr Rohman is very professional, personable, and skilled. The clinic and Dr Rohman are a real asset to the area.

I love the staff and Dr Keith only thing is that it takes a little long to get into a room but other than that they are great people!

Worst experience I have ever dealt with at a Doctor’s office- I would not refer my worst enemy to this place! The receptionist input my appointment on the incorrect date (a date I would be 600 miles away on vacation). I drove over an hour away and they turned me away, they were not willing to work me in the schedule and were very rude.

I took my little girl here and it took over 2 hours of waiting for a simple check up. The whole time they were backed up you could hear all the employees gossiping and chatting about a bunch of nonsense. When we finally saw Dr Keith, he make some smug joke about people bugging him all day. Ugh...
