Went to pickup a greenhouse for my Dad. Nice folks and had me loaded up quick and I was on my way.

I bought 2 magnolia trees online, they arrived looking dry . I did not contact greenhouse at that time . One tree lived one did not and called and asked for 1 tree to be replaced with no success . It was about 2-1/2 months after receiving them, I was told should of called right away .

This review/opinion is based my last purchase where Growers Solution’s staff took no responsibility for a purchase that went totally wrong. I had made a prior purchase that was satisfactory so, in confidence, I made another. I had a thorough discussion & left nothing to chance that I wanted a maple tree that had red leaves. I specifically stated what I was looking for. Three calls ensued because I got mixed messages regarding availability. Long story short, I made major landscaping changes to my yard in preparation for 3 ‘Red’ maples only to receive 3 trees with ‘Green’ leaves. One Growers Solution staff person’s response was that the leaves turn red with maturity, which is not a good response when one is age 68. I called back & asked to speak to someone in management. The person stated I was speaking to implied he was a manager. The ‘Manager’ essentially states that I should have done better research & that it appeared that he would not be able to make me happy prior to ending the call.

I do love their biodegradable plastic mulch. The attitude I got when I called to purchase parts for a greenhouse project was not good. When someone calls you to legitimately order $1000+ worth of stuff someone who buys tens of thousands of dollars in supplies every year Id say no more nicely. I legitimately like my style of putting up a greenhouse I have 2 and need fast set up Greenhouses that can be moved and adapted. Not asking you to warrenty it and to come across that way about it wasnt necessary.

My plants did not do well, however I was able to reach someone at customer service and he was helpful.

I bought a Japanese maple for Bonsai. It came with a fungus. They said that they would replace it for free. I will give them a good review just for this reason. But, if you get a plant with a fungus or disease then tell them so they can improve the quality of further product to come. I really hope that this and the replacement tree lives, and that they are being honest with their practice.

Growers Solution is definitely the latest greatest in the horticulture industry. They had all the products I was looking for from my new greenhouse to jiffy pots and I could purchase them right from home. Growers really does carry the entire spectrum of products for my greenhouse and gardening needs. Their website is very easy to maneuver around and their prices are very fair. They even claim that they wont be beat by anyone price wise. Their service was second to none, and they were always available even when I called back with additional questions. I have ordered with them multiple times and will continue to give them my business for any of my gardening needs.

I bought asparagus plants from these people. hardly worthy of calling them 2 year plants. and one 50 count package of plants ( I bought 100) were heavily damaged (some totally dead) with mold and/or fungus. I called and was informed to just wash them off and that it was perfectly normal.. I am a very experienced professional market grower, and have never bought such shoddy plants, nor have I ever been told such a lie.

I had ordered some Colorado Blue Spruce trees to plant in our yard, got them in two days!! They arrived in beautiful shape, very nice trees, in Great condition. I am very impressed with them. I had ordered some before from another nursery, they came bareroot, didnt have much luck with that. These came in pots, much,much better. In fact, their awesome! If they make it, Ill buy alot more, they have an vast amount of plants and trees. Will most definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Very pleased with the trees.Thank you. Just received my second mail order of common lilac..I am extremely pleased with maturity and quality .Both of my orders have exceeded my expectations.I never had any luck before from another company and was hesitant to order on line again....Growers Solution has restored my faith in mail ordering.

I purchased a Sycamore tree from Growers Solution. The cost of a 6 tall tree was $16.99 + shipping. Unbelievable...All other nurseries were $60.00.

Was hired to work there and fired in one day. Was informed by another employee they had done the same to another. I would not work for them again. Or buy anything they have to offer. They sell bad product.

Purchased Annabelle hydrangeas through Etsy. The plants were larger and better than described. Shipping was quick.

Shipped blueberries to Minnesota in February, 30 days you are out, now planted in May and 2 out of 14 blueberry plants are growing. buyer beware.

I received two plants one look like a twig and it was the more expensive one 16$ for what plus shipping the other was beautiful I dont know how your company can put two different plants in the same box .
