We have worked with Meadows Homes on several Marketing Projects! The communication was amazing, and they were very easy to work with. I know they put a lot of pride into making as many homes available to their customers with 3D tours. Making customer convenience a top priority is a sign of a great company!

It has now been more than 18 months since we purchased our home and we are still waiting for lots of things to be repaired..one month ago I called the sevierville office and ask to speak to Phillip but he was unavailable as always....I was assured he we would call me later that day but Im still waiting....I have a large crack in my ceiling that has been there since day one and a long list of things that they promised would be taken care of....they do not keep their word. I would not recommend them to anyone...I cant even get a call back

Go and ask for Nancy at Mobile home Liquidators .She is the absolute best .She is the most INCREDIBLE salesperson I have ever dealt with in any industry.I love my home . I bought a new double wide and had it almost a year . SHE HANDLED EVERY ISSUE I HAD .I recommend HER and this place to anyone looking for a new home . 5 Stars

I could write a book on what went wrong with this process of buying a home but for now this is whats weighing me down. Be careful about site improvements. I was charged for things my dad completed for me. I paid for a driveway and home site prep that were both completed by my dad. The only thing that was done for my driveway as of now was delivering one load of gravel. They tell me I have 2 more loads on the way. Was told the site improvement list could not be fully detail because it wouldnt all fit on the mortgage paperwork. MY CONCERN IS how can you have someone sign a contract knowing is not fully detailed. It took 5 months to close on our loan and its taken another 6 months and COUNTING to complete. Our lease is up and The house we live in is being sold now and luckily we can stay until it does but after that ??? just be aware we were originally told that it would take about 6 months give or take ..

They do not stand by their word. Promise you the moon and stars and never do as they say they will. Im talking about the Lebanon office. I dealt with the Cookeville location and they were more helpful than the place I bought from. Sent a crew of 2 men here to my home and they were a fly by night crew. Everything they touch was not right. Sloppy work at . didnt start working till 2, 3, 5 o clock in the afternoon. Didnt show up half the time. Left my home looking worse than when it got here. Want answer phone calls . But when they needed something from you, they was on the phone in a minute. Roof on house needs singles replaced, asked several times for them to be redone. Swag in roof nobody wont look at. Now today come home and the marriage wall is cracked from side to the other and called to tell them, and guess what I got their voice mails. I had this home here since June 8th and it still isnt finished. So all I can say is buyer beware they dont stand by what they say. But all things said my house is a beautiful home if I could just get the things done that need to be done.
