Jasmine @ store is ripping people off & making store XTRA $$! She DELIBERATELY: pushs high sales, ALLOWS unruly customers, is DISCRIMINATING against CERTAIN PEOPLE, doesnt do returns correctly, & costs people a lot of money! SAD 😥 Jasmine wants to advance in business but she forgets it is a small town & eventually Karma catches up with people...Eventually she will mess with the wrong person 🤔 with contacts there in Coolidge since its so close to the Prison. 🤦‍♀️ But U know what do I know I was just 1 of those MANY people that the other associate had to help & clean up the mess & the rest got dealt with at Cricket 611 since I have been w/THEM 5YRS!

Went in there with my friend bc she needed a new phone and let me tell you they were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had ! I believe the young man’s name was Gerardo. He was very knowledgeable and helped transfer all the apps and pictures to the new phone, not to mention he was very nice and sociable! We were in in out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely make this store my go to !!!!

Great service, especially for the price. They have great deals for new costumers. Current costumers are not able to get any deals 😐 they are a bit slow. But I recommend!

Helpful staff. Quick transaction. We had a bit of a wait but it was not the fault of the staff or Cricket Wireless.

Do not come to this store they lie and say whatever they can just to make their commission then when you wanna actually buy a phone outright they cant negotiate the price well this is one customer who WILL be going to casa grande from now on

One of the worst cell phone stores I have ever been to the manager is very rude and unhelpful and her along with the other employees would rather spend time on their phones texting or whatever rather than taking care of customers they also dont stand behind the products that they sell and when you have an issue with them less than 24 hours after buying it theyre rude to you and tell you you have to contact the factory I would rather drive 500 Miles cross country to go to a cricket store than ever step foot in there again

The staff is very helpful here, they do their best to solve any problem if they can.
