Was there for a model car kit. They actually had a few at 1/2 price so I left with 3 kits. Great options.

Good prices and found everything I needed plus more. Honestly better for what I needed than Hobby Lobby plus the cashier signed me up for a rewards program which have me $20 and she took 20% off all my items.

The lady in the framing department was very helpful.

They have pretty much everything a crafter could want. The prices are a bit high. I could not find assistance anywhere. Some of the isles a difficult to pass through due to the amount of product.

It was good, their were lots of good deals for fall.

At the time I went, which was Sunday around 6 pm, the store wasnt crowded at all. I was able to pay for my purchases quickly. Everything went smoothly

I have been going to this location at least once every 4 months since I moved into the area 2 years ago. Poor customer service but I still needed my crafts. Recently, I ask an employee for help in locating an item and he just didn’t seem like he wanted to help given he exhaled pretty loudly after I asked.Never going back there again. That location needs a extreme customer service makeover!

Shelves empty ~ couldnt find any employees except a cashier with a line 10 people deep. The cashier was an older lady and so very sweet.

Because my wife is artsy/craftsy, this is on of her most favorite stores.

Had nearly all of what I needed. Store in the middle of an offering switch so many shelves were empty with signage explaining new items coming.

Good selection, has just what we needed, recommended.

My fiance and I went to buy yarn last night, couldnt find what we were looking for. I was bummed out but an employee who was working in the picture frame area was helping us the best she could. She was kind and very friendly, even though I was bummed the item was sold out, she made my night. She was very sweet, kind and caring.Was irritated by a man sweeping the floors though, when she was trying to help us. She kept asked him questions, he had an attitude walked away barely acknowledging her or us at all. She handled the situation very well bc it was awkward. She deserves a raise and promotion, she clearly knows her job and does it very well!

Try having employees available to help you locate products. We spent I dont know how long waiting for the one employee to finish helping another customer then finally got a chance to ask for help, they started taking us to where it might be then said it was somewhere in that aisle and left to go help another customer who wasnt patient at all. This happens far too often. The thing we were looking for wasnt even there, and now were taking our business to Hobby Lobby.

Best for multi crafts. Framing, scrapbooking, beads, paints, holiday decor, kid crafts, yarn, glitter, cake decorations, candy molds, fake vines garlands flowers, clay, wood burning, and so much more...I made this about 10yrs ago from michaels. I named it steve.

The manager there was super friendly and overheard a conversation between me and my daughter and was worried that some one was making us uncomfortable and was ready to come to bat for ! Her doing that made my daughter feel like she was safe to shop there !

Went in for their ad deal of b1 frame get 2 free. I wandered around the photo frame area over and over to find it. There was a bigger guy who was an associate that I kept seeing back there, but he kept ignoring me. He did glance at me everytime he saw me, but I figured he didnt want to help me so I continued searching for it myself. After about 10 minutes. I finally found the frames I was looking for without any help. Usually Michaels is pretty good about help, but not this location I guess or this particular day. I prefer the Michaels by northtown mall, but that location closed down unfortunately. I Went to find my son who wanted copic markers, but they were locked up in a case. There was no associate back there for assistance. So he grabbed colored pencils instead. We went to check out. There were 3 associates at the register. One was ringing up a customer. Two saw me approach and walked to a further register to talk. I assumed one was in training. The older lady kept staring at me ignoring the fact that I was waiting and she could simply assist me in checking out. Once 2 other customers lined up behind me is when she finally stopped talking and went to assist them. I was annoyed and walked to the first cashier that just finished helping the customer before me. My son then asked if I can ask the cashier to assist with the locked case because he wanted at least one copic marker. So I asked and she said that there is a button back there to press for assistance. I told her I did not know and/or see that there was a button to press for assistance, so if she can have someone go and unlock it thatd be great. She interrupted me and said that she was just telling me for future. Hmmm rude? By that point I just wanted to be done and leave. Not sure how these associates are trained.

I like that I can usually find what im looking for at Michaels and they frequently have sales. This Michaels is always clean and we) stocked with friendly, helpful employees.

There was a sale for 50% off all christmas items. I was with my mom shopping for a christmas tree topper for her chrismas tree. They said that christmas tree toppers are not a christmas item and charged full price. WHAT A JOKE.

Had a $10 reward and they had nothing. Out of stock on pretty well everything. Very disappointed.

They over charged me I didnt realize it til I got home :(

I will never shop here again. They have no workers on the floor to help you and when I asked for help they just ignored me. To bad I had to give them a star they deserve no star at all. Plus treated rudely because I was not wearing a mask and I refuse to wear a mask. So I think this was a reason to I did not get help.

If you are crafty or wanna be, this is your go to place. They have most everything you need and people that are knowledgeable enough to help you. Great prices. Easy to spend time here. Close to home, plenty of parking and easy access for all.

The employees are not very helpful even if you are able to find them. It has been this way for as long as we have known. We used to enjoy going to the store that was by Northtown but that store was closed and this is the only one that is close to us.The store is basically clean and organized but it is not as easy to find the items we want because the layout doesnt completely make sense and not having employees that can be found to help makes it even more frustrating.

I usually have really good luck at michaels. I am disappointed that they dont accept competitors coupons any more because they are so overpriced. No coloring books in stock at ALL, but I did pick up some craft storage that was on sale.

Decant store with a lot of stuff, didnt have one thing I needed, but I found some good deals on other things.

If you need to get certain items for projects, you can probably find them here.There is a lot of selection, and usually there is a coupon or two online so you should never have to pay full price for anything. Which is good, because Michaels tends to be a bit overpriced.Certain weekends, they have craft activities for kids, which seem to be free. My neice got to make a Halloween picture frame, and had a lot of fun.They do have excellent options for frames and some home decor.If you have prints that are awkward sizes, they can do custom mats. I had three different prints that I had Michaels make custom mats for, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product and work. I provided the frames and Michaels even put a paper backing and wire hanger on the back, for free.I would definitely recommend them for any custom framing or matting projects.

I would give it a 0. I placed an online order and it wouldnt let me track it.So I called the manager from my online pickup site and he was rude as soon as he picked up the phone. He kept saying oh my gosh when I asked if I can track my order since I had already been charged and he statedi have it here: After giving him my information he still could not tell me what i ordered and when it would be ready so I asked for a refund and he gave me a fake number to call and hung up on me. No way does anyone deserve that treatment. I still plan on going back to speak to someone higher up and make sure I get my money back because I do not want to support anyone who treats people like that. No one deserves that kind of treatment no matter what kind of stress they are going through.. Update will be posted

Found some of what I wanted.

Went to get a piece framed and the gal behind the counter did an ok job. She was helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. It will take a couple of weeks to get the frame which seems to be reasonable since it has to be made.

Store was out of stock on a lot of items, a ton of Bare shelves...quite disappointing.

Some empty shelves, but lots of products still available.

Thats the only reason for any stars!The male cashier 1) wouldnt accept no, I dont want to sign up for being a member of whatever their shopping dealy, 2) he took everything out of the basket, layed it on the counter in a row before he scanned it all and 3) as Im trying to take my unfolded/messy receipt from him, he was looking/talking to the cashier girl by him and on the com, said, Hey, [guys name], Im done at 9 and its 9 now, so ...? Not professional at all!!!What about cleaning, straightening up and restocking/facing shelves before you get off your shift??? I dont get it?!?

Not enough cashiers, and those that were on had no experience and ppl were shoving and yelling about simple things.

I went to pick up some crafts for my kids to paint. They had a wide variety of craft projects for kids, a counter in the back for custom picture frames and I was surprised by how much merchandise the store was able to keep, and still keep organized, inside the store space. I will need to stop here more often to pick up future art projects to keep the kids busy on cold winter days.
