Never have to wait in line

Stopped there at 3am tonight. September 19th.Went to go check out and there is only one cashier.Shes sees me standing there ready to check out and continues to walk away and do pointless activities.I wait for longer and she keeps looking back at me to see if Im still standing there after many minutes of waiting I just was forced to leave without my groceries because she refused to provide service and check me out.If your employees hate their job so much to not do their job atleast open a self service lane so we can.Do their job for them.Completely worthless employee..FIRE HER!

Im a big fan of the Cub deli. Salads and meat. The bakery muffins and blueberry scones are always good 😋

The employees here are always very courteous and asking if you need assistance. Self check out is available. You can even buy stamps here. I love my Cub.

Nice store. They had what I wanted at a fair price. My only concern is they have huge bushy shrubs on either side of the exit totally obscuring the view of on-coming traffic.

I miss having a cub so much, so when I have to travel into the cities I do my grocery shopping. Variety of products and prices are a lot better. Fruits and veggies are fresh. Can download coupons from app actually clip them and save.

Nice grocery store, they almost always have what I need in stock, they tend to have helpful employees. My only complaint would be that despite the signs on the outside of the building saying you need one, they dont seem to be that good at enforcing mask wearing. Ive seen maskless customers walk right in without a problem. Aside from that, its a nice store.

Cub is the best grocery store in the north metro, but this cub is the least up-to-date one I have ever been to. Food selection is less than other nearby cubs, organization of aisles and selection is different than others, and the overall ambiance is plain rough. You can get essentials here, but I dont know why this cub is so inferior to others.

Everything I was looking for I found and they had some fantastic clearance deals. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Good quality food & prices. Wouldnt go here to get seafood, or steaks. Check out your local butcher shop instead.

Pretty rude late nights

This is my favorite Cub in Minnesota! They meat section always has soup bones! Okra!? Hell yea! There is not any other grocery stores in the northern metro that I know of that has Okra. It can be hit or miss on its freshness but its refilled almost daily. Much better than frozen.

Always busy. Prices seem little on the high side. Great selection.

Have shopped here for years and have always been satisfied. Today a couple was in the store unmasked, digging through produce and sneezing. I told the manager I was concerned and he said he has had several altercations with these customers and the regional manager has said they don’t have to wear masks for some reason. I told him they would be keeping that couples’s business but losing mine.

Less crowded it in the a.m. and early p.m. Its nuts between 4 and 8 p.m. Parking lot is in need of extra plowing.

Great food and staff, honestly the only issues here are cosmetic. And who doesnt shop somewhere just because its a little out of date on the inside? Love shopping here!

I frequent this Cub Foods location often and at different times of the day from busy afternoons to picking up a couple items late at night. The staff is always helpful, friendly and personable; I recently had a lot to buy and paid two different ways and the lady who checked me out went above and beyond at providing customer service.They have a wide selection of items and reasonable prices throughout the store and Im very happy to see Clearly Canadian being sold again.

My first time ordering 32 spicy fried chicken from this cub foods and I didn’t know that this cub foods has 2 price tags on their fried chicken. All the other cub foods I’ve been too only 1 sticker for me to scan and I’m all set to go. As I was walking out in a rush the lady at self check out said have a good day then stopped me and said I missed a price tag, like I purposely did it and I didn’t even know. Then as I was explaining myself, she replied back to me making it seem like I knew and that I was trying to steal. I even apologized for not knowing and still she said THEY AREN’T like other cub foods. I thought this cub foods was so good compared to other places I’ve been too but I guess not, only made me felt discriminated because I didn’t know that this cub foods was PRIVATELY OWNED. The old lady employee should’ve handled the situation better. I am not gonna put her name on here but I hope this cub foods will teach their employee to have a better choice of words and treat their customers better. Not everyone KNOWS THAT CUB FOODS IS FRANCHISED like the employee said, “ THEY ARE A FRANCHISED CUB FOODS NOT CORPORATE.” Which not everyone knows.

Its a grocery store... they try to keep up with supply and demand an everything except the popsicles I love they cant keep them in stock its like someone takes them off the truck an brings them home they never ever have them . Anyway the older workers are tired an mean pretty much everyday but the young members are lively an upbeat Ive never tried order an pickup however Im going to give it a try an get back with yall.. the government is going to lockdown again an my babies and I will need a routine with getting groceries again. I love seeing my favorite crew members miss Sarah shes worked there since she was 15 and miss ruth them 2 women make our shopping trips fun n enjoyable lastly why i cant give 5☆ they stopped kids fruits out of nowhere but kept free kids cookies. Not what I wanna see my kids getting. Overall we really like this cub its allot better than others in my area

I had such a nice young man as my cashier, his name is Enrick, he had a great attitude, and he was very kind. I think all of the cashiers and store employees deserve a raise for putting themselves out there for all of us

Prices are higher than other places, but you can find the specialty ingredients you cant find other places. The checkouts are so slow even when there arent many people in line.

The staff here is super friendly and super eager to help.

I dont know why their beef is so good but I always buy the steaks and Pub burgers from the meat department. The delli is on point as well.

Come here every week with my fiancé. I’ve noticed that some of the produce has been “on its way out” and still for sale so I have to be careful and thoroughly inspect what I’m buying. Some prices seem higher than other retailers but it’s quickly made up for with the Cub Rewards card and weekly sale-ad prices. Occasionally the carts run dry and employees block the aisles during the afternoon rush with stocking responsibilities. However, we will continue to shop here regularly.

Cub foods is our go to grocery store! Fresh produce is actually fresh (unlike other stores where you bring it home and its molding two days later).Store is well kept, clean, organized.We always look through there miscellaneous area too where they have random kids toys (we always get there washable tattoos!) Or stuffed animals. Our daughters favorite stuffed animals are Max and Gidget from The Secret Life of Pets, which we got here at Cub!Thanks Cub!

I used to go here a lot, it seems like they have been increasing their prices little by little over the past year, used to get a 2 liter of soda for $1.50 now its not uncommon for them to be $2.25, I can get soda cheaper at the gas station.. also the frozen pizzas are getting over priced as well, can get any of their pizzas for way less at Wal-mart, i still use Cub for things like meats and odds and ends, I have never had any trouble there and the employees are pretty good

We had a bad experience here last Saturday the wife and I went to get our groceries they have a good selection of product just about anything you would need… Our problem came at check out we decided to use the self check out because it’s always much faster! Cub foods if you’re listening change your self checkout system and get a hand scanners and make it so you don’t have to put every item in the bagging area! Almost impossible to use with a cart full of groceries needless to say we spent more than 10 minutes checking out time after time after time we had to get an attendant to redo something?? I would have been out of Walmart in a third of the time!
