Have always relied on Dependable and they have always delivered top notch service. Cory was especially good, he rebuilt some things that I wouldnt have even noticed, and really did an amazing job. Also appreciated Ryan who showed great customer service when he looked into the original issue.

Excellent customer service! Dependable installed a new AC unit last year. Had an issue with it this year. They were able to come out the same day I called and take a look. AC was fixed in a timely manner and Dependable stood by their workmanship and did not charge for this visit. I would highly recommend Dependable for any heating and cooling needs!

I was referred to Dependable by a contractor that had installed my HVAC but is no longer in the industry. I was unable to schedule service due to my tight repair timeline, but Tim spent several minutes on the phone with me anyway trying to diagnose my air conditioning problem and even looking up warranty information for my condenser. Instead of trying to railroad me into using them, he gave me two referrals for other companies. This level of customer service is all too rare these days. Ill definitely do business with Dependable in the future!

My Irrigation company was at my home on a day that my AC wasnt working an incidentally mentioned that Dependable H&C had recently responded quickly to his AC needs so I decided to get an estimate from them too.Donna set up the first avail appt.Corey arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and respectful.He took time to explain the job installation process to me and searched for any potential problems that may arise.Everything Corey said he would do he did on installation day.He brought Scott an experienced retired installer an another young man named Trey.They worked extremely well as Team.Sometimes having service people in the home or doing repairs can be more stressful than the original concern itself but Not these guys.When I asked a question they all took time to address my concerns.Never making me feel as though I was intrusive or slowing the work.And they worked hard and steady.They did an Exceptional job with the installation of my AC.Then again at my sisters home on the same day they installed another AC and Furnace.Left everything aesthetically pleasing.I highly recommend Corey at Dependable Heating an Cooling.An if possible I suggest bringing Scott out of retirement.Im hopeful any concerns or repairs will go just as smooth.Thanks Corey, Scott, Trey and Donna for your help!Meryl BPark

My experience with this company was excellent and I feel they are someone you can trust. We were told by another company that the parts for our air conditioner were not covered by the factory warranty. Called Dependable Heating and Cooling and they checked and found the parts were indeed covered by the factory warranty. Came out the next day and fixed our air conditioner (during an especially hot day). Saved us the money of the replacement parts.

Wow! I am just amazed about how wonderful and helpful these guys are. Our furnace died in the middle of January. Other companies ( not to name names) were difficult to work with, and they wanted to overcharge us . Not these guys. They came out quickly, gave us a fabulous price, and were super friendly to deal with. Thank you so much! Ill call you in April to do my A/C unit.

What a great find. The service providers at Dependable vented a bathroom fan for us. From the first call to Tim to schedule the appointment to the day of the project, everything went perfectly. Cory and Shane arrived promptly, were very professional, and completed the job quickly and expertly. Highly recommended.

I give this company incredible reviews. I got several quotes from several companies and found Dependable to be right in the middle. After mentioning this to Tim he beat even the lowest quote and gave us the same quality he originally promised and even an upgrade thermostat. The kindness of the staff is also amazing, responded to every call and was always here as promised. They even showed extra care in my home by putting cardboard down when it was raining and replaced a chimney cover that was missing and not even part of the job (free of charge). We really appreciated you guys and thanks for the wonderful work.

4 furnace and Air conditioners installed at a office building. The best install job I have ever seen and I see one just about every day.Service Technicians are #1.Office people are courteous and helpfulHighly recommend this company.

When I called for a furnace tune-up appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite. They were able to get us in within four days of the call, which was much appreciated. That said, I would perhaps recommend a second opinion. Cory took a look at our furnace and recommended a blower motor as we had a bad bearing and an ignitor. This repair would have been $700. Since we have a service plan through our gas company, we asked them to come out to repair these issues. To our surprise, the furnace was operating as it should and no parts were needed. Be wary of parts they try to upsell you on during regular maintenance.

Saw a Dependable Heating and Cooling MN van at I-94 and Maple Grove Parkway around 7:15PM (3/10/19). To give some context that day had rain in the early afternoon, followed by sleet, and heavy/wet snowfall causing slippery roads.Witnessed a truck turn left on to Maple Grove Parkway from the I-94 exit ramp and proceed to gun it. They lost control of their vehicle and went over the median. They crushed a tree that was at least 5 years old in the process.Driver of the work van proceeded to drive OVER the median (instead of backing up) and drive into oncoming traffic without flashing hazards or anything to oncoming traffic (again, they were in left lane of the road).This road is 2 lanes on both right and left sides. At the next stop light they simply swung over to the right side (the side they should have been on) without using any signals. Within 20 yards, they then changed lanes in stopped traffic at a stoplight without signaling. At this point they were between the left and right lanes of traffic. Easily could have caused an accident to the vehicle behind them in the right lane because they did not use a blinker to signal a lane change.I was turning right to go to Wal-Mart and looked over and saw the driver of their van was looking down at a CELL PHONE.... while driving in snowy and icy conditions after already having lost control of their vehicle, crushing a tree and then DRIVING INTO INCOMING TRAFFIC....Dont use these guys if you want to keep other drivers alive. Driver was reckless & didnt learn his lesson to SLOW DOWN and SIGNAL ... 30 seconds after crossing the median and destroying a tree the driver was looking at his CELL PHONE and changed lanes at a STOP LIGHT without signaling.

Professional on the phone but the technician that came out was dishonest and held back information. Waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.
