Great experience with this store! My company was finishing up a 2 month painting project and we needed just 15 gallons to wrap it up. After ordering the paint, we had an unfortunate paint delivery mix up with a courier service, over the weekend. The manager from this store,Robb, quickly filled my order and personally transported the paint to downtown Minneapolis, within in an hour. On a Sunday!! I am very impressed. Robb went above and beyond and we were able to finish the project on time.

I go to this SW more than any other location. It’s not as busy as other stores and they’re usually always in stock of everything I could possibly need. If it’s not on the shelves they never hesitate to check the back. The advice they give is thorough. I am a contractor and they remember my account and as much detail about my projects, so that’s appreciated. Sometimes I think the people who work there are a little too good for working there, but then I don’t want them to leave because their service is so good.

I appreciated that they were able to space out customers and had a bin for people to dispose of their color swatches they were done with instead of putting them back. The sales associate was polite but only somewhat helpful about picking out a paint type. I asked for a recommendation after listing the two room types (bed and bath) and really didn’t get a solid recommendation on type of paint or gloss. I ended up just guessing what I would need.

Folks are helpful and know their products. Our experience was old paint for the front of our house which has dried in the bucket. The SW folks actually still had the color and verified the match even through the paint numbers were the same.

If what you are looking for is perfect color matching using a sample of anything you need to match, then I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams. I needed to math the color of my living room walls where I had remodeling work done. Sherwin-Williams did an absolute perfect match of the color and shene.

They’re helpful and knowledgeable. They help me get the right color the first time, the brush I need to apply and go over clean up too. I leave confident that I have what I need.

I own a painting business and have spent thousands in this store. Never again. I stopped buying their paint months ago its way overpriced and not that good compaired to home depo. After last week I wont buy anything from sherwin ever again. I went in looking for a sprayer. I was told 3500. I found it at another store same sprayer brand new for 2700. These guys are so greedy its insane. And I have had bad service a few times. I called in months ago after spending a bunch of money on paint I realized my paint that was labeled the same was 2 different colors. I called and complained they said they would call me back. Never did! I love my new sprayer and im so grateful I did not buy it from sherwin Williams. I Will tell everyone I meet customers, builders, other painters to boycott these stores and tell them my experience. Home depo has better paint, its cheaper and better pro discounts.

I was very sceptical because I usually use hirshfields but they moved the store, so I went in to Sherwin Williams and I had my doubts but as soon as I walked in the door I was greated immediately, they were very helpful, very nice they answered all of my questions, and best of all the paint was on sale and the paint worked great. I will be definitely using Sherwin Williams from now on.
