Allina sold there Medical and Oxygen supplies to an EXTREMELY inept company.I had been working with them for 2 months to get my supplies since I’m now Medicare eligible.They have lost my information, misinformed me about supplies, I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes and am now disconnected.Medicare restricts who you can order from and evidently chooses inept companies.This new company adapthealth is totally INEPT!!Additional follow up.Called back again received automated information. Was told wait 6 min or not lose spot in line they will call you back. Well.... it has been an hour and no call back.I will call Medicare and file a complaint and find a different company.Wish I could pick no star rating.UPDATE-4/6/21: I did get call back, requested supervisor. Was told would overnight supplies. Well...wrong supplies sent. Called left message on Friday 4/2. Have yet to hear from supervisor!Also, reported to Medicare.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY4/13/21 UPDATE: Supervisor never called. Had someone from shipping call, had to explain again which product was needed. They stated would correct. Well, they sent ONE. I had ordered six and received six incorrect ones but guess only get one correct one.There is no need to contact them as all you do is get prompts, on hold for forever, no return phone calls when choosing not to lose place in line and the call you back. This company is nothing but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI still stand by my statementDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
