Steve was very quick and knowledgeable from the second i called him. He showed up the day he said he would and the time he said he would. He walked me through all the problems with my recliner couch and gave me a fair quote and had the parts ready on hand and fixed everything the same day. I highly recommend calling him if you have any concern about any piece of furniture, even if he doesnt work on it himself he can guide you in the right direction.
