I have to say, working with Jodi and the guys was fantastic. They really did bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. We had to have our flooring shipped from Georgia; and, at first, we were honestly uneasy about it, as we needed the materials quickly. They were diligent, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They promised to call us and update us, and they held to it! They reached out to us when they promised they would; as we did not have to hound them about it. They were on the ball, diligent, and worked out reasonable delivery with us. They were honest and transparent with the entire process. I really cannot say enough positive things about them.Also, the quality of the flooring (luxury vinyl), was excellent. Highly recommend this place for your flooring needs!

TO Begin with I have to admit being a Musician I am extremely particular and extremely meticulous. Flooring Express with the Band Leader, Director, and Producer Mr Jodi Silver literally Surpassed my expectations and desires for my carpeting choices. Mr Silver arrived at my residence the very same day I asked for a example of carpeting for my Residence. he measured to the inch of my different rooms and had several examples of color, texture, Medium and Width of each particular carpet according to the budget I asked for. I really could not have been more confident and pleased with the choices I was given. During installation time I had my rooms ready and the Bed which I had in one of my Rooms I was unable to move myself. The Two Gentlemen that arrived immediately knew of my floor plans and choices that I chose and was relayed to them by Mr Silver. The installers were Respectful, Polite and was extremely careful in installing the carpet to my exact Desires. The installers COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.. Afterwards the Installers carefully moved My bed and the rest of the heavy furniture back into its rightful position. The carpets in my Rooms Look EXCELLENT. I went to Flooring Express on January 1, 2020 upon the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed that I made the decision to come to Flooring Express for my carpet needs. Met with Jody and explained to him what I had in mind. I came with a carpet sample and was shown several colors of carpets to choose from that matched the style of sample that I had. Jody was exceptional to work with and within a few minutes I had made my decision; based on Jodys experience with carpets and suggestions. I wanted to use hard wood flooring that I owned for my office and Jody agreed they could install it for me.We scheduled an appointment for January 3 and Jody to came out for measurements and he showed up on time as scheduled.To make a long story short Rafael arrived with his team (as scheduled) yesterday at 10:45 and by 4:45 all work was completed and the result is amazing! I had been living with carpet that came with the house when I bought it and the change is incredible. The installers were extremely professional and pleasant with outstanding attitudes. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and worked nonstop. I am so happy with the results and I would STRONGLY recommend Flooring Express and Jody Silvers and his staff to anyone who wants quality products, quality work and quality people to work with. You will not do better by going to one of the big box stores thinking you will save money. So for any Carpet, hardwood floor projects you are thinking about doing or any other kind one flooring project I would recommend you go to Flooring Express.

Worked with Jody roughly a year ago to get some carpet installed in the upstairs part of my house. They did a phenomenal job! Installers were professional and did the job in one day. Outstanding experience all around. We put hardwood on the bottom floor of my mothers house, and she is one tough cookie to please. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process, from the knowledge, assistance, and guidance offered during the selection of materials, to the cleanliness and punctuality during installation. The staff always made sure she was happy with the progress which kept her very much at ease. Beyond the already expansive selection, and the fact that pretty much anything can be ordered, the most important part of this and any business is the people. Flooring Express is not a place you want to do business. I noticed a lot of other reviews on Yelp were not good as well. I bought laminate flooring from them about 4 years ago. The floor faded terrible near my 2 sliding glass doors. I contacted Jody, the owner, and told him about it. For about 4 weeks Jody would not respond to emails and calls. Finally he responded and told me it was not his problem since he did not make the laminate he only sold it, but he would try and call Century Flooring the distributor in Miami. The original boxes have a warranty against fading in the boxes which I still have. Jody emailed me a copy of a copy of a copy of an old one page faded sheet of paper which says there is no warranty for direct sun. Exact opposite of what my warranty says. My sliders are not direct sun, we have a roof over hang and lot of bushes and trees, there is no direct sun. Jody will not respond anymore and ignores all calls. He got my money 4 years ago and actually doing something for a customer takes time and effort right, so he takes the easy way out and ignores me. Not the way you handle issues with customers. If you thought it could not get worse it did. He had his attorney send me a letter demanding I remove this review. Obviously its still here. I sent the the attorney a letter back telling them to show me a law where a customer cannot write an honest review of their personal experience of a company...dead silence from the attorney. Nice try Jody, funny though, it cost you probably at least $500 to have the demand letter written and the review is still here.

Picked out carpet for my house and had it installed the same week. The carpet technicians were very professional and install was perfect.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! I just hired them to install wood floors in my 4 bedrooms, and they totally went above and beyond what I expected. Jody, the owner, has been in this business for 30+ years and knows more about floor installation than anyone else I spoke to in town! I called around because the job I needed was complicated...I have marble in the main areas of my house and I wanted to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood. In order to make this work, I needed a subfloor installed first to raise the whole floor up so the hardwood would meet the marble in a flat plane. When I called Flooring Express, Jody answered the phone, and I could tell right away this guy is honest and really knows what hes doing. As a perfectionist, I had done my research on this project and I wasnt going to trust just anyone...he asked all the right questions and even had questions and concerns I never thought of. He personally came out to my house to look at the job, and his estimate was more than reasonable! He spent a lot of time talking to me about the project and understood exactly what I wanted. Then he meticulously planned out the best way to construct the subfloor, which ended up being a combination of plywood, cork, and a couple of other materials, so my hardwood would meet the marble perfectly. (I thought I was extreme when it comes to attention to detail, but this guy was over the top!!)When the time came to do the job, he sent an awesome crew!! Jose was the head installer, and he immediately noticed the concrete slab in my bedroom was not level. This would have made the whole floor slope down if not corrected...so he fixed the problem by pouring concrete in the area and re leveling the slab. He had the entire job finished in 3 days!!! My floors are GORGEOUS!!I just cant say enough about this place. Its so rare these days to find a business with such exceptional customer service and quality of workmanship...10 STARS!! And Im definitely going to refer my friends!!

Strongly dissatisfied with the POOR customer service from both the sales rep and the owner. I was told that the installation would only take one day and was not notified that it was going to take longer until the day was almost over. I wasnt happy with the installation either. I had to go around with a razor blade cutting all the loose strands of carpet so that it didnt fray. There is a hard bulge underneath the carpet in one spot about the size of a quarter and the carpet was lifting a day later on my stairs. When I expressed my concerns to the owner and sales rep I didnt even receive an apology, Nothing was fixed!I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. If there was an option for zero stars, I wouldve selected it! Good luck and keep looking!

I did not purchase tile from this company. My experience: I had been looking for over 2 days for a very specific tile, which I dubbed the Loch Ness monster of tile. Even though this company did not carry it, Chuck was uber helpful he stayed on the phone with me and made a couple of suggestions and I followed through. Not only did one of the companies he suggested I call have my Nessy tile but theyre giving it to me for free. Ive been working with contractors, vendors and customer service reps for a long time and mostly its been very painful. Most people dont want to step out of their box if it doesnt pay off for them or their company but Flooring Express and Chuck have totally made a difference. THANKS A MILLION
