I would recommend twin lakes pool any day. Working with Kim and her crew was a pleasure. We had the pool resurfaced, new tile, handrail down the steps, and a new filter done. They are responsible and hardworking. Everything came out beautiful 😊

Family-owned business which they hold much respect for the customer been going for years the only place I get my propane tanks filled.

We have been customers for many years. Always prompt and polite staff with free water testing. Everything in one spot, so fixing your pool issues is always convenient.

In the beginning of the contract, the service guy was a very good one and very responsable, but since some time ago, the quality and attention to the business is very poor and I have complained several times about the service since then I do not recommend this company

Great place! These guys helped me bring back to life my Intex above ground covid pool, It was green and full of algae, 3 months without running because I was unable to get the correct sand filter, but once They became available I took pool samples every three days to a week, they tested it every time and In about three weeks the pool was crystal clear, going for in for the first time today!

I’m only leaving this review HERE because I cannot get a hold of anyone at Twin Lakes to express my frustration with this company. Sorry to say, because I really like Don and Earl, but this company has really taken a turn for the worst. So much turnover in their pool cleaning service department, no one answers calls or returns them (all departments) and the repair department is run by Sheri who believes the filter being cleaned will solve all your issues- except my Twin Lakes pool service technician destroyed my filter by not cleaning it routinely after the remodel was done- he since left the company. I did a full pool/patio remodel with Twin Lakes less than a year ago and I’ve since had multiple issues with the patio and now have a pool leak going on for 3 weeks and cannot get a hold of anyone at Twin Lakes to fix it. They have caller ID and make you feel they are dodging customer phone calls. What a shame.

Place is nice and clean. Went there twice to get my pool water tested and each time that same employee barely talked to me... I was looking for information so I would buy pool products in their store.Guess what, I walked away and went to another pool store with friendly employees...Twin lakes pool just lost a customer

I had a 30 yr old pool . They made it look brand new . The workers were all professional there work speaks for itself. There price was more then reasonable. I had other prices there prices were awsome. Great job guys

Beware when buying chemicals. Bought chlorine and one of the caps was put on at an angle so i have chlorine spill in my car. They should check the caps before giving to customer. Ruined my clothes and hopefully my rubber mat saved my interior and my car has strong fumes of chlorineWhats worse i went back to buy something else and to let staff know, a guy named Zack, and not even an apology or acknowledgement just a “heres your change” and he walked off.Staff needs some more training in customer service and how to handle Noxious chemicals.

I have used Twin Lakes for many years for all my pool needs. Because of the CV lockdown and I just had knee replacement I asked them if they could deliver chemicals, or take my credit card over the phone and load chemicals into my truck? No, they couldnt do either. So I called Pinchapenny down the road, Angel said yes, they can do either for me. So, Pinchapenny is my new pool store. Thanks Angel.

Twin Lakes is the greatest. I started using them a few years after I left using a national chain that only wanted to charge me for more and more services. The people at Twin Lakes are always very helpful and are excellent in explaining my pool problems and giving me options. Recently, my poop pump died and I was left high and dry by another service company. The pool sat for over two weeks and it looked like The Creature from the Black Lagoon was living in it. I went to Twin Lakes and they fixed the pump at a very reasonable price. They helped me install it and tested the water for needed chemicals. The amount of chemicals that they said I needed was far less than I thought at about 1/3 the cost. My pool is now beautiful and the pump works great. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Had weekly pool chemical service with this company and suddenly the pool turns green and I check all chemicals and find there is no chlorine, ph is 6.3, stabilizer is non existent, and total alkalinity is 20 ppm. For $80 a month I expect better results.As if this was not enough, I call them to complain and get voice mail. No one returns my call, but the following week the chlorine is so high that the pool cant be used still - but at least it is not green.I call again and get voice mail. Still no return call.Now I am spending additional money on chemicals to restore my pool to balance myself.Today I called and left a VM saying to cancel the service.While stuff can happen to prevent delivery of service for various reason - thunderstorms, worker falling sick (which maybe is the cases here but who knows since they havent called me back).It is that lack of customer care - to return a call and discuss the issue with me that demonstrates that I should no longer use this company and stay away. I would advise the same to you.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY COST US SO MUCH MONEY. WE WERE CUSTOMERS SINCE 1982. THEY CAME TO FIX THE JACUZZI MOTOR AND OUR ELECTRICITY BILL WENT UP TO OVER 500 DOLLARS BECAUSE THE MOTOR NEVER SHUTS DOWN. WE CALLED THEM FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS COUNTLESS TIMES BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED OUR CALLS NOR THEY FIXED THE ISSUE. FINALLY TODAY WE CANCELLED THE CONTRACT WITH NO RESOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM. THE PUMP CONTINUES TO RUN AND THE ELECTRICITY BILL CONTINUES TO GROW. I RECOMMEND NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

I spoke with Sheri from repairs, who was extremely nice and professional. She sent an individual out to replace our pool light. He came out on time and replace our pool light. Very professional company. I would highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. If I could give this a negative rating I would. I’ve watched this company grow my whole life living in Cooper and finally decided to head in and grab some pool chlorine. Paid for the containers and walked out the first time saying maybe it was just an off day. The next time I was treated like a pest instead of a customer. The third time i left saying never again will I step foot in there. #1 They are so over priced it’s rediculous... no correction it’s insulting. #2 The red headed lady (sorry didn’t have time to catch her name) is so rude. I can’t believe she is in the service industry.

Won’t be back to this place I just installed a new pool called with a salt system. The employees comsult on what to add and recommended three times the salt needed for the pool will. I have to empty out pool to regulate the levels. Also, sold me calcium after doing some homework on a new pool I didn’t need it.

Needed propane tank refilled for Hurricane Irma and they had the most organized system to fill all the tanks they received. They called to let me know my tank was ready to pick up.. Friendly staff! I always go here!

Was going to be a repeat customer until they charged me $7.50 deposit per chlorine jug. Muriatic acid bottles were less than half full. Pool cleaners were $40.00 over internet.

The deposit on the containers is not refundable unless you keep your receipts. Would have been nice to know this! I have been buying my chemicals here for years, and now that I sold the house they refuse to give me back my deposits! Poor customer service.

Do not shop here for pool supplies, very overpriced after they try to show you all of their stuff they do not give you instructions on how to use their stuff. Then when you use the stuff and its wrong they may try to show you different stuff to counteract the stuff they just sold you..
