I had noise coming from my rear axel brakes though I would have them check it out. I had the shop in Onterio Oregon put new pads and rotors on before I left on vacation with my fifth wheel. They pulled both rear and front tires to inspect all brakes and found that the emergency brake was barely on.I tried to pay then and they said no charge. I was very impressed with there service and friendly people.

Bought tires for my rv. Keith gave me a very fair deal. I had an appointment and when I got there, they were waiting and ready. Oh, if you want the manufacture date on the tire facing out make sure to tell them. The right side of the front tire is facing out and the left side faces in. When I was a professional truck tire man we were taught that in the early eighths. Things change.

Great experience! I had fitment issues but they were knowledgeable and willing to try and get me the tires I wanted and make sure they fit properly. Danny and his crew were also extremely professional.

Got 4 wheel alignment done today. They were ready for us as scheduled, friendly, and really made us feel like they wanted our business. Our appointment took a little more than an hour, thats super fast if you have ever been to the competition who I will forever now call far Les. My Corvette is again gliding down Hwy 101, like the dream she is. And they charged about $30 less then the competition as well without the 9 hr wait with an appointment. They do need a soda machine. Thats the only reason I wont give them 5 stars.

Went into the shop about a month ago, maybe more. Had an excellent experience with the staff and we agreed on a lift and set of wheels/tires. they needed time to collect info on the parts and labor for a quote, which was fine. forward 2 weeks later, I go back into the shop and changed my mind on size of lift, they did not have any of my info in their systems, figured it was a fluke. guy said he’d call me with info. Forward another week, I call the shop to ask about progress, no info in their systems again. It’s now been a week since that call and I’ve heard nothing.

We always buy our tires here and for good reason great service, price and selection. Just bought a new set for the Lexus and had a bad flat from something in the road. Replaced this tire at no cost to us. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, highly recommend Farwest tire.Thanks to the whole staff Larry & Lisa.

I went in for a tire quote, they quoted me 3 different tires and I left with the printout. When I reviewed the printout at home, none of the tire sizes on the printout were correct, they were all different... Last time I was there, I couldnt find anyone to help me. Guess it just isnt ment to be.

Brought our jeep in for suspension problems and a new tire. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a new tire and made a return appointment for us. 5/4/20. They know how to get rid of a potential customer. Went to get 4 tires mounted. I didn’t buy them there so they charged $45 per tire for a grand total of $180. They are a rip-off and I’ll never go there again and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

They ruined my priceless vehicle. Never get your brakes done here. Warranty work was never corrected. A big 275lbs. 65 so-called man threw a 63 year old disabled woman off their property because I confronted the mechanics on the SAFETY issues due to the brakes that were never repaired right after 2 comebacks. Also the shop either BROKE OR LOST 1 of MY HUBCAPS covers. NOW THEY DONT MATCH, GEEZ I would of paid to have the covers all match. MORAL of the STORY... OLD LADIES DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO POINT S TIRE FACTORY COOS BAY, you wont feel safe, they wreck your beautiful vehicle they cant fix. I WROTE 2 PREVIOUS REVIEWS W/5☆s... YEAH, THEY HOOKED ME then took advantage of me after JR left the shop! They will lie about anything, I have no reason to. DOJ was contacted, and POINT S S attorney never responded to my calls or emails, like DAN the brut told me too.. NOT COOL! GO TO SCHWAB.
