Just like other posters have said, limited knowledge, or just trying to upsell me, not sure. I was told the i3 laptop with 8GB of memory would not be able to open multiple browser tabs or run MS Office. Completely ridiculous.

Be very afraid if you forget your receipt on returns. They will give you less than 50% of the purchase price towards an exchange. Corporate policy that basically takes advantage of every customer that walks in the door without a receipt.Last $ theyll see from me.

The woman at the fax/copy center is always very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The store is quite large and has a great selection of office products. The prices are reasonable & the quality is excellent.

No notary services at this location.This review isnt about Staples, which is fine for other servicsa. Its about Google Maps and the inability to remove Staples from a list of businesses locally that provide notary.

Walked in ready to purchase a chosen laptop with cash in hand and was pretty much told no laptop could run a any games and nothing staples carries will, even though my two year old model of the exact same laptop runs these programs just fine. Lost a $500+ sale for computer and accessories by treating a customer as though they are ignorant for asking questions and dismissing presented knowledge when trying to narrow down and purchase a product.

Staff was safety first with masks. They attended to customers like professionals, no wait, very efficient. He was nice to share a coupon and saved me shipping costs. Ill be back for the customer service!

I went to this store today and stood waiting at the tech counter several minutes. Then I asked a lady with long gray hair if she could find someone to help me, (I’m a woman) she said ”he’s with a customer”. So I stood there and stood there and I saw a man come up and say to her “ I need some help” at the tech counter....and guess what? Help was there within seconds! What kind of woman dismisses another woman in favor of a man in a retail situation in this day and age? RUDE! And sexist! I’m disgusted....

They have a little of every thing. And the people who work there are nice and friendly.

Anything you need for todays copys and equipment they have .I found some family photos, 2x3 inches from the 1920,s no one who they were .After Staples enlarged them we were surprised, Ever hear of a Mule Skinner ? That was what they were, pictures of my companions father, as the driver of 20 mules pulling a combine in Troy, Oregon WOW! By John Rinkes

I was so pleased to be greeted with a smile in the copy/print center two weeks ago at Staples in the Newmark Center, Coos Bay. The courtesy and professionalism of the two young women working there should be commended. I came in with an idea and they pleasantly executed it on pretty card stock for me. The price was very reasonable. Many customers came and went while I was waiting and were greeted with a smile and quick service. Thanks! Ill be back :)

Sorry i dont like this store very much, have purchased from other staples over the years, have been in this store several times in the last 2 years, the worker atmosphere generally doesnt seem to be upbeat or helpful to me, compared to grants pass or medford

Great service at their Copy and Print shop. A regular Staples, otherwise. I had an item shipped to the store for pick-up and it arrived in 2 days with Free shipping sent to the store.

I have recently done additional business with Staples which started out good but then my efforts to get help with product-development and marketing have been met with excessive greed and distorted perceptions on the parts of Staples employees. My requests and agreements made have been twisted and distorted, customer service waning and efforts to work things out have been met with, at first some effort but then a snapping-back to greedy, insistent talk!

Really good place to get copies.

They have been out of stock on Window decal sticker paper, and then asked that i come in to order it directly to my house, but then were unable to order it. Then told me to wait for the next shipment to come in a week later, now that Im calling to see if it came in Im sitting on hold for 15 minutes just for someone to check an isle for a product.

This staples is the best i have been, been places where the have more people, but slower service, i am like every person grand who always needs help, but i dont nag my family, i get great help from my local staples -old man mike

Employee went out of their way to help find a specific charger for an old ratty laptop I was using for school. You dont come across to many people like that anymore

Really poor customer service. I stood at the front while multiple employees saw and ignored me while I waited. They always seem under staffed and not very helpful.

The employees did what they were asked. But they were extremely rude. Its not what they said it was their presentation, their body language. It was not enjoyable. Will not be returning for anymore help from the printing department.
