Absolutely the WORST customer service. I inquired about purchasing an item that was on hold (but the hold was expired) for a customer. The gentleman behind the counter went to clarify pricing with the supervisor. The supervisor, obviously having a bad day, came out in a huff and SCREAMED IM NOT SELLING IT TO YOU! I explained that the tag clearly showed that the hold had expired and he screamed I DONT CARE WHAT THE TAG SAYS IM NOT SELLING IT TO YOU.I dont know this man. Never seen him before in my life and this is how he treats a customer. Extremely disrespectful, and he should have been terminated on the spot.I was in shock about this mans behavior and asked to speak with HIS manager, who was just steps behind the supervisor and witnessed the supervisors outburst. The manager apologized profusely for the supervisors behavior, but you know what? The damage is done. This supervisor should feel absolutely ashamed of himself. Ive built homes with Habitat For Humanity as a volunteer since I was 16 years old. Although the Re-store is a separate entity under the organization, I expect better from an organization which has benefited greatly from my volunteer labor and financial donations. Yes, I understand that Habitat is creating jobs, but how this man is holding a supervisors position ANYWHERE is beyond me.

I was finally able to go there. While they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, they did have other stuff. Cannot wait to take a pick up and go back!

They have alot of home improvement stuff. A fun place to become inspired. There is furniture but I find it a little price restricted for me. The staff is helpfull and courteous.

Had those lil extras for a little. Had a bathroom rescue where the cast iron tub fell thru the floor. Full removal of existing bath even flooring studs, plumbing, everything, gutted, jacked up, reframed, rebuilt, Bam! Built this vanity out of an old door skin for the veneer $10, solid oak doors $2/each, sink countertop $10, mirror $10, Lamp fixture $10, towl rack $5, paint $10 +, trowls for flooring and drywall, drywall tape, paint rollers... all sorts of goodies. Thank you guys!

Im in the middle of a remodel and needed a quick inexpensive light fixture.... $5 and I had just what I needed.

Ome guy there was so rude to my fiance she said lets just go checknout and leave. All she asked was what the price eas on a item and he said if it wasnt tagged it isnt priced yet walked away without futherimg conversation with her walked off like didnt care. This guy has ruined my exsperience before too year or two before. Guess hes that guy on a job that everyone knlws is rude. Employees represent the company

As a local artist and habitual DIYr I visit here about once a month. Modest supply of potential furniture for upcycling and sometimes antiques, paint, inexpensive used and new tools, doors, -the usual. The guys here are total sweethearts. dont miss the yard out in back although the stuff out there is rather seasonal.

The two gentlemen were so nice and helpful answered all of our questions. we found what we were looking for a write off . The store is clean everything in order so easy to find what youre looking for. I dont think you can find cheaper prices anywhere!

The employee there was very helpful and we got everything we needed for our mini repairs to an outdoor light.
