The gal who worked with me during purchasing seemed very new and under trained. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Delivery was same day and professional enough. However, my mattress is SO much more firm than the floor model. I of course know and anticipated the floor model being well broken in. And I understand it takes time to break in a brand new mattress. But Ive had mine for over 2 weeks and Im still experiencing painful sleep. That being said... I went in to see if I could upgrade or exchange. But was turned away because the particular model I purchased didnt offer upgrades of course. Very upsetting I have to sleep on a mattress that causes me pain because of a lacking policy. Now I will have to spend another $100-$200 on finding a comfortable topper (money that I could have spent here if upgrading was allowed for my model) If youre going to offer upgrades and exchanges, it should be for all of your mattress. Train your newbies better so that they are able to confidently send a customer home with the right mattress.

Rv matress was terrible complete waste of $500

From start to finish the buying process was simple and easy. Jeff, the expert sleep consultant here was really straightforward about finding me the mattress and accessories that I wanted; meaning he wasnt simply trying to push a sale on me for his benefit. Thats a great quality to look for as a consumer. Other than that, he and his associate answered all my questions regarding financing thoroughly and transparently. They did not try to hide any extra costs or have me purchase unnecessary items. I will say though that Americas Mattress bundle and save deals are great. If you are looking for a whole new set up come to this place, because in my opinion (after checking with other local/non-local options) this place will save you some money! That covers the purchasing part of the deal, It wouldnt be a thorough review if I did not cover the delivery of my purchased items. After a delay in my mattress coming from the manufacturer by the delivery date: I was not only compensated for my wait, Jeff was willing to close the store and delivery my items personally by the next day if he had to. That sealed the 5 star service in my opinion. This company is dedicated to doing the right thing for their customers, and that is an attribute you sadly cant even pay for these days. The businesses either cares or they dont, and Americas Mattress definitely cares. In the end, my new frame, adjustable base, and mattress arrived and was set up in a professional manner in less than 45 minutes. Delivery guys were courteous and professional. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and I am so glad I decided to shop local with Americas Mattress.

I was in need of a new bed. It was 4:30 on Mother’s Day weekend when I called the number on the door. I need a bed I said. The kind voice on the phone said he would be there in 5 minutes. Buying a mattress in a store that specializes in mattresses is the way to go. It far surpassed our experience buying a mattress in a furniture store.Tina S. in Coos Bay, was extremely helpful and impressed us with her knowledge of mattresses and the art of sleeping. We purchased an i-comfort mattress with adjustable base and got the 120 day in home trial. We wont hesitate to call her with our questions. She is now our sleep consultant!

Kristina was very knowledgeable and such a delight! She assisted us with our financing and even shared her personal experience with cancer. I am a cancer survivor myself and instantly we connected. When we left I told my husband we need to go buy her flowers! We were just so impressed with her! What a great experience from purchase to delivery. We purchased our mattress and adjustable frame in Florence. Our sales person, Jon (yawn), was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. And it just got better...the delivery was on time and very professional...they were careful to not scratch our floor, removed and hauled away our old bed (not an easy feat) and remained friendly and professional throughout. We went in here shopping for a king size when our queen size bed just wasnt going to cut it for our growing family (and my belly)! Kristina showed us a few different beds, but recommended one in particular that felt amazing... the price tag was a jaw dropper, so we decided to shop around. Shopping around was a waste of time! After going to SEVERAL competitors, it was obvious nothing anywhere else would compare - in quality OR price together.
