Would not Recommend. Tried multiple times to get a quote to lift my truck and the main guy tbere never got back with me. Very unproffessional and unreliable . Apparently they didnt want my business. Go to jeremies offroad in redsport. He is amazing and his prices are way better.

I needed some place that would do tires for me for reasonable price just Mount them on the rims and they handled it well and handled it in an expedient amount of time. Very impressed and very happy and will definitely use them in the future.

We have been camping in the area and the tailpipe came off our truck. While expertly replacing it Tim (the owner) saw a badly leaking rear axle seal. Even though they were really busy, parts were quickly located and the problem was fixed. All of the Mechanics/Technicians we’re competent and professional. The price was more than reasonable. and I am grateful to them for their hard work, even staying late to finish. Thanks guys!

(RC SHOP) Poor advice, poor knowledge, close at 5 so forget about coming after work and you better be there early on the weekends. In general an EH experience. Might as well order it online cause they are most likely out of the part you need anyways.

These guys were terrific, my muffler was dangling in the breeze and I made an appt to get it shored up. I was in and out within a half hour and they only charged me $30- Austin was so helpful and courteous. As an older woman I sometimes hesitate to negotiate these kind of things myself and they made it painless. Thanks so much!

Got me in right away to fix an exhaust issue. Ive used Tom & Gigs many times over the last 40 yrs, and always have had great service!

This owner is completely rude! I bought a tonneau cover over a week ago. The cover has now pushed up my bed rails to the point you have to slam the cover down. I went back yesterday to bring this to thier attention and the owner went off on me telling me Im ridiculous and saying its people like me that make his day so bad. He basically was telling me Im stupid for thinking that the cover was at fault in the first place. The bed rails were not like that when I brought the truck in nor did they have any cuts in them. Yet Tom and gigs decided to, without my permission, cut pieces off my brand new bed rails to make the tonneau cover fit. They didnt call me before making a decision to modify my truck.After all the argument, he said Im not allowed back so I told him if thats the case I dont want the tonneau cover and to remove it and refund my money. He refused. I guess his 30 day customer satisfaction is not on his to do list to keep his business running right.This guy and his minions are just completely oblivious to good customer service and how to treat and talk to someone respectfully. I was repeatedly given dirty looks and eye rolls from all his staff working in the back. I even had one come up and tell me he was an engineer in the coast Guard trying to discredit me of my issues with the cover. I will never in a million years ever do business with this page again and will Def not recommend anyone there either.
