Great place to shop for beds and headboard

Worst communication and service Ive ever experienced! I tried to be nice and give the company an opportunity to right their wrong, but they could care less! My furniture was cracked and I still stupidly ordered more and requested a filler pen to make life easier. They are refusing to come to me at all now, the owner will not call me back and the sales person hung up on me because I made it clear that I will write this review! I gave them so much opportunity to do the right thing but I dont have time to deal with people that are incapable! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Their Farmingdale location used to have non stop complaints and closed down. Time for this one to go too!Also, it’s very sad when people respond to a bad review by lying! No one was informed of any window of time for delivery (which is always the store’s responsibility) and the driver was “late for his other job” and wouldn’t wait at all!You should be ashamed of yourself for responding with false information! You can send me the marker. I wouldn’t step foot in your store again!
