Everyone is great. From the people at the front who remember you by name (yes they know you have appointment when you walk in, but they greet you by name when you enter the door- not after they look you up.)They give you lots of tips, and education. Getting my lash extensions was a new experience for me, but I felt relaxed and welcomed. Desiree did an amazing job on my lashes and was very professional. Cant wait for my next session!

Paige is awesome! I went to her never having lash extensions before so I was a little nervous. I wanted volume lashes (I like them dramatic 😁) and she delivered. Ive had no issues with them and I love waking up looking ready to go! Thank you Paige and Ill be back again soon! 😊

Desiree is amazing! I love my lashes to look great but I don’t want you to be able to tell I have extensions from a mile away. She makes mine look so good even up close they look natural. Always love coming in because sometimes I can just take a nap or I can get an extra talk therapy session. Salon management is great and will even text you if there is a cancellation if they know you wanted to get in sooner. Highly recommend and request Desiree. Love and trust them so much we are planning to book extensions for my sister in law and her whole wedding party for the big day.

The place was nice, clean, very professional. My stylist was quiet which I liked cause’ I don’t talk much during services. However, after less than 48 hours, half of my right eyelashes are gone. I rarely EVER have any time to myself as I’m a single mom and had family travel to watch my son for 92 mins of “me time” just for the lashes to fall out. I’ve gotten lashes for 5 years and have never had this problem so it’s not a matter of after care or me not knowing what I’m doing. Just disappointed.***EDITED TO ADD: The company had me come in and pay for a fill ($65) and they comp’d the add’l lashes. The 2nd picture below is after 2 weeks. The first time around I had ONE lash left by this point.

Best experience ever. Cynthia was very sweet and professional. She took the to explain the process and find out what’s important to me before starting services. Even after finishing my lashes, she explained the after care, what would be beneficial to keep my natural lashes healthy and how to increase more.

Amber was fantastic!! My lash extensions and brow tinting looks great. The bed was very comfortable which was a huge plus for me since I have arthritis and she could raise it afterwards to help me sit up.

I had a great experience! My Lash tech was Desiree Vasquez and I recommend her! Desiree did a classic set on me. She finished my lashes in an hour and fifteen minutes and they were perfect! Everyone was kind and very attentive. The location is very clean and very pretty.

Do not recommend going here. Though they are kind and seem professional the quality of the work for what you pay is drastically disappointing.I came here twice and should have learned my lesson the first time but like I said, they were kind and very close so I gave them another try.Please go somewhere where they actually listen to what you want.Chains are not the way to go as they don’t care if you like it or not, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I love this place! I had my very first lash experience here and the staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and clean, and I felt completely at ease. The check-in process was super easy and they had me back for my appointment immediately. My stylist, Alexis, was the sweetest person ever and she did an amazing job on my lashes! I got a lash lift and I assumed that while the solution was setting on my lashes we would sit in silence, but Alexis sat with me and got to know me and asked about my life. She walked me through the entire process since Id never had it done before and she was so kind and helpful. Ill definitely be going back to see her! 10/10 would recommend this place.

I originally received lash extensions from a different salon but switched to the Lash Lounge because my mom got extensions from there and they were beautiful! Every time I go in for a refill it is a relaxing and easy experience. They always ensure I am getting the finished product I want and they truly want to make sure you are happy with your lashes. There has been no damage whatsoever to my natural lashes and they stay on for long time (I still have some left after almost 2 months of no refill!). I would recommend the lash lounge to anyone.

I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for almost 3 years now. I switched to the Lash Lounge this year and absolutely love it! By far the best place I’ve gotten my eyelashes done at! The membership deal is the best in price compared to the other places I’ve been to. Cari does my lashes and she does an amazing job and is the sweetest person! The front desk and owner are all so sweet as well! I drive 30min for my lashes just because this place is absolutely worth it! Recommend

Even though my stylist was late my experience here and interaction with my stylist were initially positive. However, I’m incredibly disappointed by quality of the work that was done, and how my concerns were handled. Hours after application inner and outer lashes showed no evidence of lash extensions. Two days after a dramatic look application there were several gaps on the entire lid. I paid double for a volume look to only receive a mediocre classic look. If they were in capable of creating a look similar to a previous look I’ve had, that should have been communicated. When I called to voice my concern I received no call back and after calling again their error was blamed on the “everyone’s lashes are different” excuse. I will be on the hunt for another lash studio.First photo is what is advertised as what I pay for.Second photo is the look I was going for.Third photo is 24 hours after application....

Im thrilled to see the Lash Lounge open up in Coppell as it has been hard to find in the area that can tint my lashes without getting tint all over my eyes.
