THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Since day one when I set up my account they were horrible. They never delivered my water. I had 5 different reschedule days and everytime they had a different excuse to why the water was not delivered and when I called customer service they were NOT helpful they didnt care about my issues finally I canceled my account and called a different company and they delivered my water in 2 days.

One of the worst companies ever! Does not deliver on delivery day. Dishonest and customer service is non-existent. Weve had numerous delivery issues. Spoke with Francia, she was not only not knowledgeable but unfriendly and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. It will save you time and headache.

Nice place good people great water. Did not know the history of nestly or I would never have gone there in the first place and certainly will not be back.

Excellent environmentally conscious company. This is a company with heart.
