Good place, prompt response but tyre rotation has taken one and half hour even after having appointment

Jennifer is the face of Firestone the moment you walk in. She was very well knowledgeable and did amazing with the customer service. She made sure I was updated about everything. Im very much grateful to the mechanics who took care of my car. The labor is hard and must be paid for and Im grateful that theres coupons and rewards that can be helpful to down some a notch. Well took my car to get front breaks in August. After still hearing a scrubbing sound after 5 months. Took my car on Friday January 29th due to THAT noise. I get a call from Jason saying its the back breaks ok let get them fixed. So I pick up my car and I still hear scrubbing coming from the front, I call I speak with Jason first. Then I call back to get corporates number. Am a single mom I didnt want to spend 350 plus right now if that was NOT the noise. So Matt tell me am accusing them of fraud in some many words. I had to hang up cause he was LOUD and told me I had talked already. He was beyond unprofessional and the way he spoke it like he was waiting to get me straight. My point yes I needed back brakes am not disputing that at all but I should be hearing scrubbing noise? After getting both front and back still the noise. So I have to take it back on Monday so THEY can hear the noise. It just not fair. I get its slow but I didnt have 350 close to 400 for break if that wasnt the issue. I am hurt and I have been going to this locations for yearssss. I have seen people come and go but to get talked to in that manner I have never. I just pray that if it was not the back break making noise then I wouldnt have been getting those done at THIS time. I only took it back because of the scrubbing sound coming from the front. Now I out of close to 400 bucks still hear a scrubbing sound after getting both front and back. Just dont understand.

A slow leak prompted my visit. Leak found but I knew tread on tires was low and I ended up with two new front tires. Wish there had been less expensive tires available, but I appreciate the quick service and no pressure to purchase, just advice and options given.

Great customer service @ this location! I had the pleasure of working with Rick and Jason for the past couple of days trying to get a few tires ordered and put on my vehicle. They were also able to diagnose and correct an issue I overlooked initially.I was then notified of some different pricing options and promotional savings that would make my bill a little cheaper. It is a rarity for an automotive business practice to be upfront and honest with customers to help them save money on repairs/replacements so it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service! This is going to be the last time my family and I will be going there. I arrived at 6:20 pm, I stood there patiently for 10 minutes ignored before being acknowledged and then was rudely told that no oil change for the night. Thank you for the lovely service! I will take my business elsewhere.

My dad and I have come here multiple times for inspections, checkups, oil changes, etc and we’ve always had a great experience here. Everyone, especially Rick, is friendly to us and they provide great service. Highly recommended

Concern with COVID19: (Visited early Dec 2020) The workers did not have masks on (the front desk assistant, Jennifer K, only pulled up her gaiter mask, which has 1 layer and does not protect anyone, half-way through our conversation; the workshop mechanician did not have mask while driving the customer car out for check-out). This is concerning and goes against the masking policy that is posted at the front door of this Firestone location. The front desk assistant (Jennifer K) also acted annoyed at me checking in on my car progress (when it was 30 minutes past her estimated time). She also did not give me an estimation of the quote and did not explain my invoice at check-out, which goes against Firestone policy posted at the front desk -- however, I did not ask for further explaination because I did not want to continue a long conversation with someone who was not wearing proper mask or any mask at all.

They do great service. Accommodated me mid day for transmission flush and brake flush. Only complaint was they never followed up when my car was done. So I was waiting few extra hours to pick it up.

James and Jose really went out of their way to take care of me and my car. Very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this Firestone location. Will be back again.

They charged $107 for soldering a wire in my headlight. In reality what they did is avoid replacing the headlight wire harness (cheap part for an old car) like I asked. Watch out for Jennifer she will up sell you on needless charges. I quit going to this place 6 years ago because of this and figured I’d give it another shot. Clearly it’s apart of doing business at this firestone. Save your money and time and just go to Coppell Tire and Auto.

I love the service and the COVID-19 precautions. Very quick and very good customer service. Went for State Inspection and was in and out in less then 30 minutes.

Greeted quickly upon entering and pulled up my reservation. Gave an estimate of parts and labor. Once every thing was agreed to, provided me with an estimated time of completion. Finished on time and was promptly checked out. Really liked the service provided and highly recommend going to them for auto service.

The lady Jennifer was on texting phone when I entered and no one was there. She attended me and made mistake in invoice. When I asked further questions she neglected and ignoring to answer and also humiliated without proper answer . Worst behavior I saw in Firestone . I have been greeted warmly each time, treated with respect and honesty on each visit. These guys work hard to earn your trust, business and perform quality work at a reasonable price. Amazing service - found a nail in my tire on my way home from DFW at 5:30pm. Brought the car in and they patched the tire within 20 minutes for an excellent price. Fantastic service!

Great service. Always happy to leave my car in good hands. Two visits to this location. If you are in before 10am as I am both days you can walk in and car fixed within 1-2 hours.

Had my tires shipped here to be installed. This location is quick and friendly. Only downside is that when I get my car back, the tires are very dirty from the grease(?) they use to get the tire on the rim. Don’t usually have that problem at other tire shops as they’ll at least wipe it down. Small issue considering overall quality of the work done and speed of the work.

Rick and the other staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely go back to have more work on my truck done there.

I started getting my car serviced at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Coppell at 695 E State Hiway 121 after we moved here to Coppell. The staff does a great job of explaining what my needs are and are very quick to let me know if they have any discounts or offers available for me to consider. Just today, Jennifer K helped me out with a bundled discount when the tech found that i needed an air filter in addition to the service i was getting. Her system was not allowing the full $25 bundled discount to come off my bill but she persisted and figured out what the problem was. It was giving me a $20 discount and wouldnt take the addl $5 off... I was going to tell her forget about it but she kept hammering away and eventually got the full discount taken off. I like service reps that go the extra mile...thanks Jennifer K.

Horrible service...Infiniti dealer is charging one service part for $250... But Firestone is charging same part for $450......And they wont allow if I get it from Dealer.....

I just got here after a phone appointment. Both the telephonic response and the on-site approach was stern.. the place itself is the standard professional Firestone. I have been to other Firestones so I recommend this place be a bit more welcoming to increase the comfort level of this place....Im awaiting the response on oil change and full-check. Will review and feedback again.

Went for an inspection and I barely passed because of my tires... They could of lied to me and pushed me tires, but they were honest and just gave me a decent estimate. Great service and fast 👍

Been using this place for several years for basic work and diagnostics with great service for the price. Took daughters car in 4/9/17 as the car was moving around some on the highway. The Tech found a bolt loose on one of the Tie Rods. Tech tightened the bolt and test drove the car to make sure it was ok. When i picked up the car they said no charge. Nice to see an honest company doing good work for its customers.

My family and I have been coming to this Firestone for more than 8 years. I adore everyone that works at this location. I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for anything. But, if I do it’s not the end of the world. I always recommend them to everyone because they’re simply amazing.

After a very rough day and a flat tire out of nowhere, Firestone helped us replace our two back tires right before they closed. Great customer service and I will definitely be back to this location again.

Very professional and quick. Most everything Ive had them work on gets turned over in a day. They will let you know if anything needs to be worked on without any pressure to get it done right away unless they know it to be necessary.

The entire staff were friendly and professional.Rick was extremely helpful in giving me directions to points of interest in the area since I am new to Coppell. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me about the service being done to my car.

Went in for a front end alignment. I had an appointment. Service was quick (about 45 minutes) and the price was what they quoted over the phone. They showed me the specs before and after the alignment. I cant speak to other services, but am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Came in to get a tire repaid because of a slow leak, I tried to explain the problem to the guy at the counter but he completely ignored me. So I spent over an hour and a half before he comes back and says they cant find a leak. I insisted on explaining what the problem was so they finally listened to me and 2 1/2 hits later there still not finished. They did find the leak exactly where I told them they would 😡Do your self a favor and find another facility to get your car worked on I dont feel very confident of there abilities. Good luck if you wish to do business here by the way Im still waiting on my car and its been over 2 1/2 hours for a simple fix 😡😡😡😡😡Update 3 hours later still waiting !!!

These guys are always great. I went there this time to drop off the car for a huge noise coming from my front wheel it was almost not drive able or safe to drive, the service manager came out to look at it and did his magic, within 2 minutes loud noise was gone and I was on my way without any charges. :)

My truck broke down when I was passing through Dallas at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I had my trucked towed to this Firestone at 4:15 and they got it into the shop and had me on the road at 4:50. Excellent service and I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!Did that get your attention? I wouldnt suggest using this Firestone location to anyone. They told me that I needed several things including a new transmission, all 4 new tires, and all new suspension components. They even had the audacity to price out all these items when I simply had gone in to have an alignment done (its easier on an alignment rack). The funniest part is that I am an ASE Master Mechanic and the items are all in good working condition, the tires have over 24/32nds left on them. I called them out on it and they didnt seem to care. I talked with the district manager and he stated that these were all suggestions as to what needs to be addressed. Seeing as how I have told the highest level of employee about this continual abuse of customers, I am confident that their company model is terribly toxic. Dont use this store, even if you have a coupon.

At this time I will rate 5 stars. I will not ding them for being busy and sometimes having to wait. I will say this Firestones service is better than most, Firestone or not.

I will only allow Firestone to do small jobs such as oil changes.

This Firestone is very reliable and customer friendly. I had a small problem at closing time and they stayed open to fix it. Ive since bought tires and had inspections done there and they do a great job.

I Went to the fire stone after going to the CBD place next-door and I’m glad I came to this location to work on my car because these guys are very very professional

There is no point in making an appointment, and does nothing for you! I had one for 11am and its taking then over two hours to put on two tires! There appointments are not true appointments!

The entire staff at this location have always been highly knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and honest. Our family trusts them with our cars and we will continue to go to them for our car service. We highly recommend them.

Had an appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. Took over an hour and a half. I have this done several times a year and have waited at most 40 minutes at other places. Last time I come here for service.

Ive been going here and a few other Firestone locations e for years bc my roommate worked at one. He no longer does, but Ive never doubted the service so I keep going back. This most recent visit, they did so much! Front brakes, inspection, oil change, all new tires, and an alignment. Walked out very happy with the cost considering the amount of work done. They did forget to reset my parking brake, but I called and they told me just bring it in and theyd take care of it. Super nice guys.

Completely unhelpful. I had a back tire with a large whole and filled it up with just enough air to make it there with an hour before closing. Wouldnt even consider helping out because they only had an hour left! The fix would have been 5 minutes.My second bad experience. The first was bringing a mb s 550 with a tire issue. They wouldnt replace it unless I bought all four new tires from them. Took it to the dealer who happily replaced just the one.I would not recommend this location

I have read all the bad reviews here, but we tried this place after a going to 3 competitors (1 dealer and 4 independent repair shops) for some fairly expensive repairs. they were not always the cheapest but they were usually pretty close, were always dependable and fast, told me what needed to be done and showed me when I questioned them. Every time I called around for another quote to confirm their price, they were dead on. I recommend them.

The sales people here are strictly by the book and dont try to upsale useless things. They will give you a list of suggested items and tell you whats important amd whats not so much but leave it to you decide what you want done. The service is always pretty timely and done right.

Ive been here several times. They used to do good work, but are slipping. On my last visit, the battery they said needed replacement for $180 turned out to be not only under warranty but still good.

This place is a joke, the technician purposefully broke the nozzle that sprays the windshield wiper fluid and after my oil change the engine light came on, do yourself a favor if you want your car keep it away from this location. The technicians dont know what they are doing. Very poor service.
