If I could give no star thats exactly what I would give them! Worst company Ive ever dealt with.They show up every week to take dirty clothes and to drop of clean clothes. They never bring back the correct amount of clothing that was dropped off the previous week and when you let them know, they either dont care and ignore you or they tell you that they didnt receive that amount.They are supposed to replace uniforms if they are in bad shape. They do not many workers here have shirts that are faded jeans really worn out they will not replace them. After so long of us bugging them that the uniforms were in terrible shape we were told that they could replace them they had us sign a form in which we were told that it was only to replace the uniforms when in reality we later realized they had us sign to renew our contract for 10 more years. At no moment were we told that we were renewing our contract we were told it was only to replace all uniforms!You email them about any matter they simply just dont respond. They have the worst customer service. Week after week its problems with this business.

I love how everyone that left 5 star reviews couldnt give any kind of comment. This company is quite inconsistent. We signed a contract with these people and agreed on a certain rate for that contract period and all of a sudden they start increasing our rates. Every time we try to discuss our issues with them, they seem to be in no hurry to assist us. It seems that if they arent making money off of a deal its going to be put on the back burner. This has happened before and when we threatened to look elsewhere they helped us. Now that its happened again we made the same threat and they dont seem to want to help us now.Not to mention the continuous issues weve had with restocking fees and clothes not being the right size. At one point we had an employee leave us and they were still charging us for his uniforms and it took months to have that issue solved.

This uniform company is a joke. Goe else ware for company services . How does it take 2 weeks to get uniforms. At that time, its summer time about 80+ degrees. All you bring is jackets. No pants, no shirts completly rediculous. Must have been all employees adding all the 5 star reviews . Their customer service at this branch is not good.

I would not recommend working for this entity as their office manager/recruiter lacks professionalism and laughed throughout our entire phone screening.
