A cool local shop still pretty Covid effected with limited seating. The location is great but sitting outside is loud with traffic noise. The coffee was very good. The bagel sandwich was OK. it as a piece of precooked egg casserole reheated in the microwave and put on a toasted bagel. Love the atmosphere.Great coffee place, not a breakfast place.

Love Liberation Coffee. But my normal drink is a red eye with steamed heavy cream. I am on keto. Liberation is the only coffee shop I have been to, and I go to a lot, that told me they could not steam the heavy cream. Cold cream makes my coffee cold so I have to go across 121 to Starbucks again. Sad really.

You just cant beat Liberation. We have been to multiple places but everytime we come back our taste buds feel like they are back home. Their roast just works for any occasion. And they truly care how well their coffee taste.

COVID-19 impact: definitely open both inside and outside which was very nice! Counted two tables and one seating area for two people and two tables for individual seating areas. Outside, I believe theres four tables with three of them providing three-to-four person seating and one providing two-person seating.Ordered one of their special drinks cold, because its Texas and thats how I do 75% of the year: Pumpkin Pie Latte. It was tasty without being overly sweet! Tbh, tastier than Starbucks cold PSL variant of the autumnal offering.Nice spot to chat with a friend (or two), especially since they werent playing music which allowed for easy conversation and no shouting matches!

I couldn’t speak highly enough of this place. I have been coming here for about 6ish years now. Great coffee. One could argue it’s expensive, but you can taste the quality. Baristas are super nice. Great atmosphere with lots of light/chill colors, *super* wifi, has a printer you can use as well. SO MUCH SEATING. SO MANY PLUGS. Pretty quiet even when full. I absolutely adore this place

Perfectly roasted, I enjoyed the Liberation signature blend, and gluten free cake balls. It was also a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of light so I stayed and worked for a couple of hours!

Great place for a good cup of coffee. The associate was very kind, knowledgeable and confident. I ordered the lavender latte and it was very strong but delicious! There are places to sit either inside the shop or outside. The inside could use some work with its interior design, but overall cute and cozy.

Quite the pleasent coffee shop; however, the space is quite small and the tables are not big enough for 2 people to get work done. In addition to that, the tables are too few and far between to enable the combination of 2 tables for quick collaboration. Thankfully, it is quite the Covid safe establishment and even has free wifi. The parking is quite sublime as well.

Loved going here! Good parking, good seating, and if you’re here for business or school, they also have a printer. My bf and I are from Denton and just happened to be in the area so we stopped by. After going here, I would gladly make the drive again. I got the pumpkin spice with oat milk.As someone else mentioned, I was also told they couldn’t really do a 16 oz which I thought was weird but just brushed it off. The other size was a good amount as well so again, I wasn’t too bothered by it and I do agree they should be able to make recipes for larger sizes.Overall, really enjoyed coming here.

Truly the best quality coffee in town. The employees have been so kind to us that we have come to call them friends. We always feel welcome here, the atmosphere is relaxing, and they even have printers for people who are working or in school. We dont go anywhere else for coffee anymore.

My first time to visit. Im a tea drinker so I checked ahead to make sure they offered hot tea. Coffee drinkers seemed to really love their brew and the place was hopping. My friend and I were catching up and we sat in comfy seats near the back and had no trouble hearing each other. We stayed 2.5 hours undisturbed. I asked for more hot water to brew a second cup of tea with my generous two tea bags from my first order and they were very accommodating . My only complaint was that the guy taking our initial order stopped in the middle of serving us to get something for someone else (not sure why and he did apologize) but I never felt like he gave us his full attention and seemed distracted.

They have a fantasticly robust espresso. I like to get a mint mocha half sweet and a legendary bacon cheddar scone. My only wish is that they still had macaroons. Great light and atmosphere to sip and read.

This place is such a cozy and relaxing coffee shop! I love coming here to hang out with friends or bring my baby with and just sit and chill with him. The staff is very sweet and friendly as well as very knowledgeable in all that they sell. I will for sure be back again to this place as it very quickly became my new favorite place to go to. Even if I am just there to sit down and relax by myself, the entire experience was very welcoming and enjoyable!

The quality of coffee here is unprecedented. After having been a Starbucks sheep not knowing real quality, I am glad I found Liberation to open my eyes (or rather taste buds). If you think all coffee is created equal or think you are satisfied with a Starbucks, I strongly urge you to give Liberation a try immediately. The owners are also fantastic - very hands on and interactive and just overall good people. Highly recommended!

Great place to work on computer. Plenty of outlets everywhere. Good soft music. Great pride in their coffee. Different kinds of preferences (milks, coffee types etc....) are covered. They have sweets like scones and breads. Nice people.

Nice coffee shop with quality hot and cold drinks. They have tables, chairs and couches depending on your mood. Few of the tables are outside as well if you happen to catch decent weather.

Nice clean store opened and operated locally. My most recent visit was good because I forgot to order my hot drink slightly less hot since I burn my tongue constantly. Informed the barista and he quickly was able to fix my order with a smile and without attitude. Good customer service and a nice quiet atmosphere. My favorite to order here is a simple iced mint coffee.

I did not have a good drink last time someone grabbed me a iced coffee with coconut milk. They said it doesnt mix well, but at Starbucks, it does. Not sure why that time was really bad. Also the flavor was like old coffee bean flavor.I wanted to give them a chance again, and I got a cold brew and it was much better. But, the prices are a little much for what it is. Same size and same drink at Starbucks cost had the price . No sure lol if they just dont buy their coffee as much in bulk, but that is too pricey to make it a weekly habit here. But the atmosphere is nice. The people are nice.

We just moved to Texas about 2 months ago and Liberation is very close by. I enjoy their coffee, however, compared to Edison and Ascension I think there are better options.They also dont put espresso in their Frappuccinos, which is something Ive never heard of (and Ive been to A LOT of coffee shops around the U.S). It costs $1 for every shot, so if you want two shots (which is standard), this can be expensive. Also, when they started offering their pumpkin latte I got told different things depending on who was working. I had been ordering a 16oz pumpkin latte all week, then one person told me they couldnt offer it in 16oz. Another day someone told me they simply dont have a pumpkin latte, and charged me an extra .50 cents to add cinnamon on top of the pumpkin spice. Eventually I learned to state cafe latte with pumpkin spice so it would be done right.I honestly stopped going once I discovered Ascension because of the weird customer service, and I prefer Ascensions espresso. However, today I decided to go to Liberation since Im almost at 50 points and decided I should go a few more times to get my $2 off. My husband came home with my cafe latte with pumpkin spice and it was just a cafe latte. Checked the receipt, I was charged for pumpkin spice but there was no flavor. I ended up having to add my own, so I just wasted money.I doubt Ill be back when Ascension is another 5 minutes. Coffee is good but because the service is so hit and miss Id rather go elsewhere.

Perfect place for a casual, flavorful cup of coffee. If you can get over the price of a nice cup of coffee (which is average for most local coffees), this place is really great for a local cup of Joe.The servers are nice and answer questions thoughtfully. They seemed to be dedicated to getting the order right.The coffee had this aftertaste that reminded me of pretzels, and I really liked it.Four stars because the service is a little slow paced, and it was a little small and bare to me. (Or maybe I just dont get the ambience.)Either way, Ill be back!

I needed a coffee shop I could hide out at instead of having to go to a Starbucks before I see a client later in the day each week. And, this place is a winner! The cappuccinos here are AMAZING. They are very smooth to drink, taste and quality-wise. The atmosphere and environment is not too loud, which makes it the perfect place to study, listen to background music while you sip your hot beverage, and, in my case, play my classical guitar every once in a while if I have it with me. They have special drinks, hot drinks, and cold drinks to choose as well as pastries you can nibble on for breakfast, as a snack, or as an evening dessert. Of course, I always like to support local coffee shops instead of corporate coffee shops, too. I avoid Starbucks as much as I possibly can because their products are watered-down, quality and taste-wise, and every shop if theirs is too loud and crowded. So, come out and visit Liberation Coffee!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Im always treated like family, the atmosphere is super laid-back, the staff is absolutely lovely, and the coffee is ALWAYS perfection. The menu is simple, yet allows for total customization. With coffee cuppings and new featured roasters each month these guys provide the very best coffee there is. This is by far my favorite place to snag a cold brewed coffee and a pastry, and relax. Liberation Coffee Co. is as good as it gets, yall.

Coffee tastes like coffee, cant go wrong there. Baristas do their jobs, kind of unheard of but it seems to be working. Drinks are served within a reasonable time so if you want to wait in line for an hour this isnt the place, theyll have you rung up and sipping your espresso faster than you can say hey, whats taking so long? Their Bathrooms have great plumbing, I flushed their toilets for like 20 minutes straight one time and it still seemed to work. I would recommend this place to a friend, I would also recommend it to an enemy who Im trying to reconcile with.

Cant move a chair without a hassle for a group of four. Cant put an iced mocha in a blender. For a time when small business is hurting youd think customer service might step up a bit. Sad.

I dont usually write reviews, but I come here too often to not give a review. I have the cortados and cold brews here most often! Everything here is solid choice and surprises me in the amount of flavor coffee can express. Cant compare to a mainstream coffeeshop like Starbucks, where beans tend to be over-roasted and coffees tend to give off a bitter + burnt taste.

Cute shop with a good atmosphere. The espresso wasn’t the best i’ve ever had, but their pour over coffee was really good. Had a nice time relaxing here and sipping on a rainy day.

The fraps here are leaps and bounds better than anything Starbucks sells. TRY THEM! Theyre delicious and have become a weekend tradition with me and my boyfriend.

This is a cute little coffee shop that can get very crowded. They have coffees and snacks you can order, they staff is young but very friendly. It reminded of what Starbucks was like back when it first started, the place itself is small and theres not a lot seating but its cozy. This place was not my scene so I wont be going back but its definitely worth checking out as it popular spot. My only concern is that when customers leave their coffee mugs on the tables the staff isnt too keen on cleaning them up so there was just cups of half drunk coffee on the tables. Nonetheless, it still deserves 4 stars for what its worth.

This place is really awesome because I feel like I have no idea what Im doing when ordering coffee, but these guys have empowered me with some solid fundamentals... and its just a really good spot with really good chairs by a really big window... with really good music.

Worth the buck. Good assortment of bakery items. Barrista was friendly. This is a shade expensive than Starbucks, but quality is definitely better. Local store where people make drinks for you. I felt a people connection, unlike at other chain stores. I got a mocha. It was very well done.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in Coppell! Kind service, AMAZING espresso, and their specials are always incredible and tastefully put together. Their food options are all carefully selected to pair fantastically with the espresso- my favorite is the chocolate macaroons! The cold brew is refreshing and delightful as well. The atmosphere is usually quiet and peaceful with great music taste. Ample supply of seating and efficiently placed electricity plugs make it a perfect study space! Above all, the service and management is wonderful- every barista, without exception, gives the utmost care and attention to your order as well as a friendly chit-chat that makes this place even more warm and welcoming than it already is. 10/10

What a fantastic coffee shop! All I have had so far is the normal drip coffee here, but it is full of flavor and from a local roaster. There is a lot of seating, good music, and an overall great vibe to this place. Whether you are looking for a place to hang out with a friend or get some work done, I think you will be pleased with this place. The 2 guy baristas I talked with are also really friendly and dont have that snobby barista vibe that I would often encounter up in the Seattle area when I was living there. Ill be back!

Just stopped for a coffee at their remote location at Klyde Warren Park and the customer service was terrible orders were wrong and when i mentioned they were wrong i got a snarky response and was told Id have to wait until 3 other customers were served first, and even after waiting coffee wasnt even worth the trouble tasted terribel!!
