I love this place and the brownie jackhammer they offer!

They have a great selection in desserts. My wife & I were casually passing by and saw Andys with not too many vehicles and immediately pulled over to treat ourselves with some sweet treats. Staff was doing a pretty good job and were doing their best to deliver the orders as fast as they can. They had plenty of options to choose from. This was my first time and I totally loved it. We took some pecan custard concrete & a plain strawberry milkshake. Fresh ingredients & very rich outputs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Love me some good desserts with good portions. Custard is really fresh tasting and they are fast. Loyalty program is a bit different as you have to check in there, provide a code and then you get points. A little clunky but not a big deal.Trying all their different options. Choc-O-Rocko is so good!

Great little location. Custard here is always refreshing! Sundaes here are my favorite with strawberries, Oreos and vanilla custard.

This place is fantastic! My boyfriend and I went with some friends for some dessert and were pleasantly surprised by the options available. They had plenty of choices for chocolate lovers or those that prefer fruit or berries. I had the blackberry with bits of waffle cone in it and it was sooooo delicious and refreshing. The berries were fresh and not too overwhelming and the waffle cone bits added a nice sweet crunch. Perfect summer dessert. My only complaint is I asked if I could add whipped cream to it and the guy looked at me like I was weird and said We dont have whipped cream here. like I had asked for French fries or something. Either way, without whipped cream it was still great. Highly recommend.

This particular location is absolutely amazing. The manager is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They always go above and beyond when it comes to their customers. This store has a customer for life! and delicious custard!

I always receive the best service when I go to Andys! The store manager Derek is super friendly, as well as the other staff.

Usually a good experience here but Ive gotten the wrong order on occasion. Their method of occasionally posting someone in line, sometimes with an ipad, sometimes with just a phone, is hit or miss in terms of accuracy. Otherwise the custard is great. Just wish the key lime was year round!

Great variety to choose from and make your own as well. Try to visit at least twice a month for a little treat for the kids!

Creamy custard far superior to soft serve ice cream. They have a wide variety of toppings available so you can build your own creation or choose one of their many available creations. The two we tried were very tasty on a warm afternoon.

Amazing taste, if you have not tried frozen custard, and you like ice-cream, try it ! I decided to surprise my two teenage kids by driving them to Andy’s custard, I had tasted and loved the fresh yummy taste, the texture and divine flavor just a week ago with some friends last week. When I got there, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. Anoushka was so kind, and courteous, she listened to me, understood my situation. I went back to my car, got Apple Pay setup on my phone and went back to her. She explained that it’s not an acceptable mode of payment. There were at least 20 people at Andy’s at 9 pm. I’ve seen adults lose their temper, with long lines and waiting customers. Kudos to her, the whole team at Andy’s in Coppell, she went out of her way, made it work for us. We’ll be back again for more most definitely!!!The place is super clean, awesome variety, and unique flavors I’ve not seen at any other place.It’s her smile, her kindness, that really touched my heart. People like Anoushka make our world a better place.

Its a rather nice place to go to with very polite people, the flavor choices are nothing extraordinary but there alright. The pricing is a little stiff for me but good if you ever want to splurge Its a good place to go .

Our first time here wasn’t great. The girl taking our order was super rude. We didn’t appreciate her attitude. Our treat melted super fast. It’s not like other custards I’ve tried where it’s very thick. Oh well. Won’t be coming back here

Interesting place. Frozen custard was good. Concrete Sizes look small but it is so thick you such order a smaller size if not sure.

This is a great Andy’s location. Andy’s as a chain is really excellent. We eat at Andy’s so much it’s embarrassing. This location gets super busy but they move pretty quickly

We LOVE ANDYS in this house! Lol I go all the time and my favorite concretes are always the ones with fruit in them. I love how you can fully customize and get whatever toppings you want! My usual go-to is a banana cheesecake concrete. You can tell they use fresh bananas 🤗. Recently I tried the seasonal strawberry shortcake concrete and added bananas—- also delicious.When it’s summer time and they have the key lime pie, my husband LOVES it.Also, I love the app and the rewards program! I’ve gotten several free concretes that way. 10/10 recommend

Very good custard HOWEVER when i ask to speak to Andy he is never there.

Best dessert Ive ever had. Great location and roll through lines quickly. If you see a long line, dont shy away. They move fast! Only downside is their spoons. 3 of the 4 people in our group had their lips cut with their plastic spoons. This has happened to us in the past and we now bring our own.

Who ever this Andy person is has a wild business model based in making things so tasty they likely hurt you. One must be very careful navigating the menu because you cant go wrong but it will likely wrong you, diet wise of course. Ensure certainty of sharing even a small with someone you care about as the trial will surely shake you to the depths of your glycemic index. Clean and fast with good prices. Go with caution as you will not regret it.

Great ice cream (frozen custard), Italian ice, sundaes, shakes, and more! The drive-through is super quick and the team are pleasantly professional! I love the James Brownie Fudge Jackhammer + Creme Carmel, its vanilla frozen custard with brownie bites & peanut butter blended together with creme carmel with a core column of fudge in the center. My gf likes the fudge and cheesecake jackhammer. I dont have pictures to post because we ate them too fast, maybe next time Ill let the camera eat first. Will definitely be back soon!

My husband loves it here. They are fast and delicious. Make the Apple of my Pie year around. It broke my husbands heart when it was discontinued. Only thing I have to complain about is, after like 10 visits they inform me about their reward program. Wish we would have know earlier.

Andys has the best frozen custard that Ive ever had. This location is great for a drive-thru treat or a meeting place with friends. There isnt indoor seating, but with delicious ice cream in hand who cares about the heat. Definitely try the jackhammer filled with waffle cone pieces, you get the best of both worlds!

I LOVE this place! I visit regularly because of the excellent customer service, and delicious treats.The pecans are so good that are topped on the custard. I recommend the butter pecan concrete, blueberry chip concrete, and the new blackberry custard ...all yummy! Although, if you are a first timer here, you could just opt for the kids sundae with pecans, which is also amazing. Anyway, great place to visit, glad their local.❤️

The night staff is rude . I believe her name is Erin who takes the orders, she rushs did not get the correct sizes. Then when getting our order corrected she just wanted to laugh about it. Manager didnt handle the situation they made our order 3 times and it was still wrong. We finally got our money back took the wrong order and left. Maybe dont have all you highschool age kids working and the manager young himself not knowing how to handle the situation! On top of it all they never gave us our points when we provided them the code.

Ive tried a mint chocolate chip custard mix and a strawberry freeze, both of which were excellent. The small size was plenty on both for satisfying my sweet tooth. Be advised there is no indoor seating so if you want to eat there youll be outside, recommend coming on a nice sunny day.

We enjoy getting frozen custard in the drive through and sitting on the tailgate in the parking lot during these covid days. Always have excellent and friendly service here. Watching the sunset is an added bonus. Thanks.

I was afraid when we moved away from Carrollton we would lose my sons favorite place to visit. Luckily enough there was another awesome Andys near the new house. Do yourself a favor and try this place, you will throw rocks at the rest of them after you have!!

Andys custard is really good. I wish they had more than just chocolate or vanilla, but the toppings are delicious. I like the Concrete (custard & toppings mashed together) but would have preferred the smaller size of a sundae.

Awfully expensive. Two large Sundays and a medium (actually was small) coke... $20! And I thought Freddys was expensive! Yikes!

The chocolate waffle cone was delicious. Rich but not too sweet. Theres a small sitting area outdoors. No indoor sitting. We didnt wait long for our ice cream!

Today we Tried it. It was the worst Ice cream Custard we had. We ordered Butter Scotch & Pecan Concrete and it was nothing more then MacDonalds Vanilla Ice Cream taste with few chunks of Pecan and butter scotch taste you have to think and dream for. It was a total waste of Money and Time. Medium Size is 900 Plus Calories...... Total Waste of Money and time.::)) Will never go there.......I will give -10 to it if it was there......

This is an odd, overpriced custard place in the middle of a grocery store parking lot. The fact that it has no inside and no outside dining is very awkward. Even sonic has more dining space than this place does. The custard itself is okay, certainly overpriced for what it is.A group of friends and I ordered sequentially, and they forgot one of our orders and made a different one of them twice. They dont seem very coordinated. I personally do not plan on returning.

Food is good. ASK FOR A TOP and NAPKINS if you use their drivethrough. Give your order SLOWLY and CLEARLY if it is a large one, or theyll start making it and THEN confirm your X, Y and Z with their own terms/wording. You want the right order, they want the right order... Miscommunication happens, sure, but the baffling reason behind it makes it hard to brush said experience off and go on with your day (without describing your troubles to someone else, at least).
