The people who work here ARE USELESS! They started using a company called LSO to deliver my sensors. They are saying it has to be signed in order to receive the package. Which in the past I never had to sign for it. A 5050 Rep told me I have to be home in order to receive it. UM people have jobs. 5050 you guys need to do better. No wonder you guys have these ratings.

Again for the 100th time, my sons prescription was processed late. The only answer I get, is that they do not know why. There is not one ounce of care in her voice. My son is 15 and a Type 1 diabetic. They put his life in danger by not processing his orders on time. It is such a shame that they would do that to a 15 year old. Unfortunately, this is the only place that has a contract with my sons insurance. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

My son received a faulty dexcom g6 sensors and supervisor Maxine was really rude to me. Every single sensor fell off his arm from the faulty order they sent him. Refused to replace and rudely told me to contact dexcom. Well thanks I dont have a way to test his blood now.

All of these wholesale pharmacies are subpar but Fifty 50 is lazy and dangerous. If your life depends on your prescriptions, find a reputable pharmacy. I needed to reorder medical equipment a few weeks early due to equipment failure and Fifty 50 refused to submit the claim early despite my insurer saying it would be covered, citing it never worked in the past for other customers. Now I am looking at a trip to ER. Thanks Fifty 50!

I think this pharmacy is wonderful! They donate half of their income to diabetes research. They are fighting the fight for patients while being hammered by insurance companies coupled with costs of meds and products. They are not the problem and neither is your doctor! It is your pharmacy benefit manager and insurance company! Contact them and post your review!!!

I absolutely would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!! First of all, when you call during normal business hours, the phone rings forever before its ever answered. When one of two people finally answer, they usually end up putting you on hold for a good give minutes. I called last Monday to order pods for my daughters insulin pump. The guy who answered the phone (finally) said he would place the order for the person to call me and give me the copay information. I never received a call back. I called Tuesday and spoke to the same guy. He puts me on hold for greater than five minutes and finally comes back and tells me that I was at the bottom of a large stack of orders. I explained to him that my daughter was fixing to be out of be pods because I had no idea it was going to take this long. He tells me he pulled my order out and put it on the top. He assures me he would call me back in a few minutes. He NEVER called me back. I call back again Wed because because we are down to our last pod. This time, I speak to the girl. She puts me hold forever again and finally comes back. She gives me the copay information. 45 pods for $751 or 10 pods for $361. I ordered the 10 pods and let her know we were on our last pod so needed them shipped asap. Fast forward to today, the next Wed!! And I still dont have any pods. I called to check the status of the order. The exact same girl I no placed the order with answers the phone. I explain that no I need to check the tracking of the order and she puts me on hold. She finally comes back and tells me the order was never shipped. It must have gotten missed. Now again, I remind you, this is the girl I told that I need them shipped asap. I work in a medical clinic and make notes of urgent things I need to do all the time. And she could have cared less. So now my 9 yr daughter is having to give herself shots again until we can get some pods in. Needless to say, I cancelled that order and moved to Pumps It!! They have the nicest customer service and get this!! 10 pods from Pumps It is $105!! Thats 50% LESS THAN fifty 50. Trust me, you do NOT want to use Fifty 50.

As of this year, this company has been horrible with my insulin supplies. I have been skeptic using them because of the delay. On two occasions I am told someone will call me back, the first time was because they needed a prior authorization, this took almost 2+ weeks with me confirming with my Dr. that the prior authorization was sent. The last time was when I asked for 2 boxes of pods and was told by a young man I would get a call back confirming the order or if they were unable to mail the 2 boxes. He never told me the price and no call. Lo and behold they only shipped 1 box and a half with no authorization from me. I had planned on switching back to my last medical company that shipped 3 months at a time. This is the last time I do business with Fifty 50, they want your business but cant be bother to call you back.

Im fairly new to this pharmacy (6months). I move from another pharmacy due to never getting my supplies in a timely order. Let me tell you their customer service is above and beyond. Follow up is amazing and consistent. If you happen to get Tanner as your rep he is amazing and the very best.

Sometimes when you call this place the phone just rings forever. It used to be a really good pharmacy. Recently my daughters supplies didnt arrive when they should have, so we waited a couple of days hoping they would show up. They did not. I called and asked what was going on and no one knew anything. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then the woman came back and told me she would have to ask her manager and call me back. We were running low on omnipods, and it was a Friday and I knew they would be closing soon since they close earlier than most businesses for some reason. SO, I called back a little over an hour later since the woman I spoke with never called me back. I was put on hold again and a few minutes later the person came back and apologized and said our supplies would arrive on Tuesday. When I asked what the problem was and why they were not shipped on time, I was told... I dont know. Cant wait to deal with this again next month.

I have used Fifty 50 for nearly 2 years. Always quick to resolve issues. But since January 2018, they have dropped a major ball. I had to call them to fax new insurance paperwork, was lied to stating they sent it in December when truthfully they sent it while I was on the phone. My daughter has early onset Type I diabetes and has run out of all testing supplies because of them sitting on paperwork. Called this morning and was told the paperwork has been in line ready for her box since the beginning of the week. Why did it take a 3rd phone call to initiate a rush delivery? Youre holding lives in your hands and you cant even follow through. You went from amazing to poor quickly. Please read all other posts. Obviously it is a trend. Try another supplier first before using this one.

Fifty 50 Pharmacy is a very appropriate and fitting name that they take seriously. Fifty 50 are also the odds youll get your order processed and delivered on time. Was supposed to receive my order Tuesday after calling in Monday before I was to leave for a funeral out of town. Lo and behold they not only didnt process the order on time for Tuesday, but the new ETA was Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday, I go to track the order and they entered in the wrong address when they should be using Ctrl + C. After contacting them about their their mistake, I was told I would receive a call back and after an hour later - still no callback. They fixed it though to their credit. Ill be receiving my 90 day supply of medical supplies while Im 5 hours away from the shipping destination. Diabetes is a hard enough disease to live with, dont make it any harder by giving this llc your business and more importantly your time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Or actually they probably had my stars on ‘auto-ship’ but never sent them to me. Issues with them month after month. Moved from Edgepark to Fifty50 for my son’s Type 1 medical equipment, thinking it would be smaller, local and a much better experience. Well, I was wrong. At least with Edgepark I could see where they weren’t doing their job. With this company, no website to review and follow orders. They never ship out when they say they will, moving your months supply back further and further until you are a month or more behind. No communication from them. They always ‘just’ received approval when you call in to find out what is happening. I am proactive, we moved, I called them to update address. Well, of course, shipment time came and they sent to wrong address. I call in to check on when sensors and transmitters are to be sent out, they tell me in 3 days. Yes, you guessed it, it didn’t happen. Working on 3 weeks behind today. These devices that my son needs are lifesaving devices. Without them, who knows. I understand that all the employees probably don’t have kids with chronic diseases and I am not calling you for therapy, I am asking you to just do your job. Last time I checked, when you don’t do your job, you get fired. I would love to say that this was the first time, but it’s not. Oh, don’t leave them voicemails, they don’t return those either.

Been using this company for the last 6 yrs and I must say that their service has deteriorated. The ordering process was so seamless before they cancel their pharmacy connect portal. You cant log on to see or request refills, you are at their mercy with calling and following up. Did not receive the courtesy call that I ALWAYS received if the order was delayed as they are waiting on a rx request from doctor. I have definitely transferred by business to another mail order company and hope 50 gets their act together and hire the friendly people they once employed. The people that answer now are not empathetic and will not give you any options for emergency supplies unless you ask and kinda blow you off when you are frustrated that they will not call the Drs office to get the order moving forward. PumpsIt has my business now!!

If I could give this place a negative stars review I would. They say one thing and then do another and when you call them out on it they just speak over you. If you have the option to use a different company do it! They over charge for supplies, dont communicate and are just rude and shady.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Every month there is always an issue as to why the order is not sent out. Most recently I had a situation where they lied and said they were waiting on a pre-authorization and the authorization wasnt even expired. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake they tried to put it on me like I should be calling them before I run out of pods. Its mail order I shouldnt have to follow up with them every month to confirm my order will be coming out as promised. The supervisor also lied and said she would rush the pods to me and never did, hung up the phone and didnt even have the courtesy to call me back. I will be choosing another mail order company as soon as possible. All prospective patients should STAY AWAY!
