This place is awesome I couldnt find my baseboards anywhere until somebody told me to try this place and yep there they were so happy.

They had the trim I needed to match that no one else seems to carry! The associate at will call recognized the profile immediately and the price was better than expected! They were quick to pull the inventory and even had a red flag for the overhang. A+ experience!

They have taken the opportunity of Covid to charge the most they can and lower their customer to as low a level as possible. I recommend going elsewhere if you can.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with this company since they are who the builder used for my doors. To make a very long story short, I have reached out to them several times in regards to having the same issues. Everytime I have called to speak with someone in Service, I am always transferred to someones VM. To this day I have left probably 10 Vms and have not received 1 phone call back. When I finally got in touch with someone, I asked was there a better number to call to get someone because I had been calling and noone ever answers or calls back. The technician said I was being rude and disrespectful by telling him he was not answering his phone and hung the phone up on me. The true problem is that there is no accountabilty, and these people can treat customers however they want, without having any repercussions. I recorded this phone call, because I just had a feeling something would happen. I spoke to a supervisor and explained the inappropriate way I was treated and offered for him to hear the recording, but he refused..lol That speaks volumes, makes it very clear that they do not hold their staff accountable. Any type of business owner would want to hear a recording if available when there was some type of customer complaint. I am sure I will get a generic response to this review explaining how they are thankful, and will use this information to better their company. I think it is clear they will not do that.

Great doors. High prices. Very rude and annoyed employees. Across the board. After numerous chances, I’ve decided to spend my money elsewhere.

These guys change their hours at every whim. You call and they don’t answer and when you do the person doesn’t bother to tell you they now close at 2pm instead of 4. They also won’t let you into the showroom. Go somewhere else. They aren’t worth the hassle.

We are very happy with the composite deck from BMC. BMCs knowledge and expertise was invaluable in guiding us through the design and build, to sourcing stone and granite to complement the house. I really loved the results. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Never use this company the glass in their doors is horrible. Had two panes scratched, had them come out and replace it and the next two pieces were also scratched. Poor quality work also. DO NOT buy glass doors from these people
