We had had it with our 20 year old mattress! My back has been aching big time. My husband noticed these guys were near where we live, so we dropped in. Isaiah was so helpful and shared all the knowledge he had about the different beds, which ones were suited best for what was needed. He was so nice that I felt happy to buy a high quality bed there. He never pressured us, but was just friendly and knowledgeable! I am so looking for our delivery in 5 days and that they are willing to even take our old bed out since we live in an apartment. We got the perfect bed for us that helps with acid reflux and back issues.. Thanks so much!

Not sure I made the right choice when I purchased my mattress. I saw the mattress I bought at another store (not Mattress Guys) and I liked it, but it was higher priced. Ive now had my mattress for about a month and its not comfortable and Im barely sleeping. When I had a less than desirable shopping experience with the girl who kinda sorta helped me I should have just walked out and not bought it. Now I feel stuck because they are a no returns or exchanges place. Im not saying I wouldnt go here if i were you but i would look at all of your other options first. And if the girl with zero personality helps you .. just leave .. trust me I wish I would have.
