Datamax has been the best thing that has ever happened to our church. Theyre service is impeccable. Anytime we need them, there response time is same day and on time. The training received was thorough and efficient. Also the monitoring of our toners, with deliveries prior to the actual need has been a life saver and always on time. AGAIN, They are the BEST. No other company can compare
I was having a few issues with our printer and make a call to the service dept. They had a tech out in 30 mins and the problems were resolved right away. I appreciated that they made sure to get to my location although it was late in the day!
Excellent copier service and print management. They have the best technical support Ive seen in a copier company. When we deployed uniFLOW they were outstanding- and they had ready access to Canon when needed. They gave us lots of help not JUST with the copiers BUT ALSO with the Windows server managing. They do make mistakes at times, but theyve always been very responsive to us in correcting those mistakes. The only downside to them was in our Houston and Austin campuses. Apparently, Datamax has no local presence in those cities. They where still able to supply us with copiers there, but to service them they contracted a local 3rd party. The 3rd party has not been that great, and Datamax didnt seem to have the best communication or control over them. But Datamax does stay on them and eventually everyone is satisfied, it just takes longer than it should. My understanding it that they have recently changed that 3rd party company, so maybe it will get better. But in DFW, theres no one better.
Datamax has definitely been the right company to rely on for our copy and print needs. They have worked with us over the years to supply exactly the right machines for our various print needs. This has allowed us to expand our inhouse print and production capabilities. We can now honestly tell any department, We can do that! From a cost and turn-around standpoint, Datamax solutions allow us to dream big and deliver quality items for our programs at an affordable level. And then there is the service team, they are second to none in their commitment to prompt, quality, knowledgeable service. I get an immediate response when a call is put in. Whether we are making adjustments to our onsight equipment with the sales team, putting in a service call, or ordering supplies, Datamax delivers!
Datamax is ALWAYS on que with keeping the customer #1 and happy! They come immediately when I call. If it is ever later in the day and they cant make it over, they are always waiting at my door the next morning! Wonderful service techs always know what to do and go above and beyond when visiting.
We have been using Datamax for 8 years and have had an exceptional experience from the beginning. The equipment is top-notch! We have had very few issues over the years; and when we do, a service tech is out right away to correct the problem. They are obviously a great company to work for because there seems to be very little turnover. Weve had the same contact the whole time weve been with Datamax, including the service tech. It makes a huge difference when you know who youre working with!! I recommend Datamax to anyone looking for new office equipment.
Not only have we been extremely happy with our Canon copier/printer, Datamax has been wonderful in working with us during the remodel of our building. I had to call them just one week after they came out to move our copier/printer to ask them to move it again. Due to changes in the construction plan it needed to be moved ASAP. I called late in the day, right before 5:00, and got a voicemail!!! I left a detailed message and thought, oh no, this will hold up construction, or theyll get dust and crud all over the machine. Datamax listened to my message and sent the technician out the next morning! I was so impressed and glad to know they have employees that can think on their feet and help their customers take good care of the machines. And they sent the same technician that moved it the first time so he was familiar with our set-up. Thank you Datamax for taking such good care of Grace Church of Ovilla.
Calvin Du, the tech, contacted me within minutes of the service request ticket being sent. After explaining the issue (unusual noise?!?), Calvin had me record the printer running and send it to him. Shortly thereafter, he arrived with the replacement part needed, after diagnosing the issue from the recording! Printer was fixed and up and running within 90 minutes of the original service request. Highly recommend!
Datamax has been our printer equipment & service provider for over 10 years. That alone says a lot! Quality equipment, knowledgeable support team, and tech/service support that always finds a solution. Highly Recommended!
Datamax Is a great company! they are quick to respond and fix problems. We have been with them for over 6 months and have enjoyed their service. We work with Curtis mostly and hes been great!
I am more than pleased with Datamax. Our equipment is used in an office setting and as all machines do, they periodically need service. My contacts are available to me via email. Minutes from reporting my service issue, I receive a courteous response that my issue has been addressed. I usually have someone in my office the same day for repairs. There is nothing more they could do to improve - they knock it out every time!
I have had a Datamax maintenance agreement on my copier for several years now, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. When I have a problem, they promptly send someone to fix it. If the copier is down completely, they are good about sending someone the same day; if the copier is still functional, they still always send someone within 24 hours. The technicians are knowledgeable and always fix the problem the same day unless they have to order a part (which has only happened once or twice, that I recall). I consider their prices to be very reasonable, especially given the level of service they provide.
Datamax is an excellent company to work with. Weve had our company copiers contracted through them for nearly 10 years. Their maintenance/repair technicians are always quick to resolve any issue we may have. Their service is what drives us to continue our contracts with their company. A great company to partner with.
