NOT dependable. NOT reliable. NOT customer service oriented.Apparently they no longer allow you to pick up your orders. This is not made apparent on the website so we placed an order and sent a courier to pick it up. They had the order ready and wouldnt give it to our courier. They said they could send it on their courier and we would receive it that afternoon. Well, we didnt receive it. They arent apologetic and really didnt have a caring attitude that I didnt receive my order that I needed today. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

This use to be a good company to order product from but now they are unreliable and send the wrong product time and time again. I order 1 specific thing from this company on a weekly basis and for the past few months I keep getting the wrong item. It can’t be that difficult to get 1 single product correct. Pure laziness and a DGAF attitude for whoever is pulling and checking orders.

In and out, in a flash. As a new customer I was curious why I was not charged, and realized that they bill you. Which for a business, makes ot pretty nice, so you have a little wiggle room for cash flow... Will definitely do business more, as I move forward.

Uline is the best for any business, but particularly small businesses that want to grow. They carry an immense line of products that allow any business to professionally package and ship any product. Live near a warehouse and feel like a road trip?; save the shipping cost and go pick your order up in a timely manner. Organized and customer centered Uline cant be beat.

I have been at Coppell Uline several times now and have nothing negative to say. I have placed orders on-site and the response was amazingly fast and very polite. The customer rep who attended me over the phone is Aqleema ... I hope I got het name right. She was super professional and friendly... helped me every step of the way to finalize my purchase. The place is huge and clean. They are very fast too at pulling your orders. I highly recommend Uline.

I went to pick up my package from uline, price was $31.00, but they charge me $60.62. I ask why this much? They said $25.00 is pick up fee. They mentioned in invoice Shipping & Handling instead of pick up fee.. BE AWARE OF THAT.

I ordered item H2867 it was damaged upon arrival. I called to inform them of the damage, they replaced the item the next day but did not send a label to pick up the damaged item. I called to tell them that UPS did not pick up the damaged product, they then charged my card an additional $400. without my knowlege or permission. When I realized the charge to my account I called again early morning. I was told the item would be picked up the same day. It wasnt picked up until Monday, meanwhile my $800. plus is sitting somewhere in Uline space because I decided to return both items because of the UNPROFESSIONALISM of this company! I saw this trash recepticle some years ago and decided to purchase. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!

What a great experience! Ive never ordered from Uline before and decided to pickup several items, one of which was a large cabinet. I place my order the day before and was able to tell them when I would be by to pick it up. The prices are very reasonable and they offer discounts if you order over a certain amount of an item. Also, if your total goes over few hundred, they start offering free gifts, depending on the total amount spent!Pickup was a breeze! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the forklift driver was polite and professional! He even helped me load my material!Great job Uline! Ill be back again!

Was offered and interview with Uline. Went in for my interview completely Professionally Dressed, Nice Appearance, Had 7 years of warehouse experience, Great Attitude, Well Mannered & soon as you get to the back you have 4 minutes to complete a sheet full of test questions lol kind of awkward to judge peoples off of a uncompleted test. I felt very tortured by this company with being forced to go into a room to complete a test, no one introduced they self. I went to college and spent 4 years and graduated with a Warehouse Associates Degree which I presented it to my interviewer, and answered all questions professionally only to be sent a message 4 days after telling me that I wasn’t qualified. What? I wasn’t qualified after presenting a DEGREE? Shame on you now that I feel down and feel like going to college was not good enough. I bet you have of the peoples working can’t even show a high school diploma. Step your interview game up. You guys is missing out on good candidates because of a pointless unanswered test.

I always come here to pick up my order, and the employees here are always super helpful and friendly. Great prices on products as well, which makes it my go-to for packaging supplies and more!I went out of my way to give a review because last time I went to pick up my order, my car battery decided to die right at the loading dock. Talk about embarrassing! The employees were amazing and gave me a jump which I’m extremely grateful for. Top notch service and I will be more than happy to give my business to this location!

NOT SATISFIED WITH CUSTOMERS SERVICE OR SUPPORT. DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A LARGE WELL KNOW OFFICE SUPPLY COMPANY. READ FOR MORE DETAIL.Unfortunately, we have not had the best experience with ordering office furniture with Uline. We were told that orders could be filled over night and be on site the next day. We were told that all the products were available. We come to find out that they could not provide the products overnight and after we PAID for over 25 desks and associated furniture, they came back and said they were on back order. We had to move our office with no furniture. Then when the back order was to be delivered, they messed up the coordination and didnt give us a heads up on next delivery and then when we were coordinated the delivery --- they didnt show or call us to tell us they were not coming. The only thing they can do for us is $34 dollar and some shipping cost savings. We have missed over half a week of work and the cost of movers to building the desk when they cancelled.

Pickup was quick and easy. Prices were much lower than competitors, and things that were out of stock elsewhere were available here.

This place is insanely organized and clean. I like clean, but I also like my warehouse to look like work is and has been happening. This place, if you arent paying attention to the workers, looks like its never seen work.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time, just called to add to an order I just made. The lady that answered was very pleasant and took care of it within literally 2 minutes.

I used to be a happy customer. They carry good products, and I used to order and pick up from the warehouse in my city. This saved a lot in shipping costs. But then they started charging a fee to pick up! Unless I order more than $300 worth of stuff, I can not pick up my items without paying an additional $25. So if I need some boxes that cost $50, I end up paying $75 so I can pick them up! When I questioned this fee I was told they are discouraging people from picking up their items. They would rather customers have items shipped. What a bunch of baloney. I shop with Associated Bag now. To my delight their prices typically beat Ulines and Im welcome to pick up my order - no matter how small - any time without any additional fees. You lost a steady customer, Uline, with your $25 pick up fee.

Sent uline a message to return an item, this item didnt work correctly. I requested a refund /credit. Unline sent another product of the same one. I told them Im not paying for it. Send me a label and a box. Unline pretended they didnt understand. I have sent serial message. They have not acknowledge the messages.

Amazingly clean, safe and fast.. This place is off the charts.. Ive never seen a facility quite like this one. Youll just have to order from them and pick up at will call, DOOR 115.. Uline has just about everything you can think of and probably a good bet a lot of stuff you would never think of! I WAS SURPRISED when I did my online order.. If you have an account with them, and if your order is over a certain amount, they give you a complimentary product with your order.. I received a free lunch bag with my order.. I use it everyday.. I bought some shelving from them, and the quality of their products is top quality.. they have office supplies, shipping supplies, cleaning supplies, etc., etc., etc...

I understand its most likely a policy and this place ships and handles a ton of material. I ordered back on 09/17/19 a pickup/will call. I arrived shortly after the last pickup day ( which I was not notified via email or any other means ) that the order was returned to stock. Once talking with the gentleman that handles the pickups with a slight giggle that seemed unprofessional he explained that nothing could be done and laughs again saying Id need to call or go back and process another order. I know this place is a well oiled machine but maybe the people working could be a little less rude about orders not picked up and communication sent out when orders are being returned to stock so I dont waste a trip and better prepare on my side of the situation. Thank you for the products and services you do provide however.

Been going here seven years since I became the purchaser for my employer. I got acquainted with an inside sales person & as long as I’m able to talk to her, my experiences are excellent. In that amount of time I’ve gotten to know guys on the dock when picking up & they take great care of me.

I was very pleased on how friendly they were. I came to pick up an order and they were very fast in locating and getting it loaded into my vehicle.

The most helpful, timely, and courteous customer service team I have ever worked with. Their system immediately pulls up my most recent order based on my office phone number so that there is no hard work of looking up item numbers, dates, etc. on my end. They replaced an item I had an issue with in such a hassle free! I felt like I was dealing with a company that placed customer-service as their top priority.

$25 to pick up an order, yet it is $16 for UPS Next Day! I live 5 minutes away! What a total and utter waste of time, energy and resources. I was excited to find a place so close, but this is crazy. If they ever change this, I will happily spend hundreds a week here, but not when such a moronic policy in place.

Great selection and quality

I was looking for a picnic table for my business and Uline had a great style an awesome price on one. They also helped me coordinate picking it up from a local warehouse so I could get it sooner. We quickly set the table up today, and it looks perfect on the edge of our pond where many customers will use it. Great service from start to finish, and I have to say they have the cleanest warehouse I have ever seen.

This is one of those comets/ reviews that makes you very sad to write and is full of bitter sweet feelings. I said that because the products I buy are great quality and the customer service and top natch. The problem is with ULINE is their inaccurate advertising (false) and business policies that squeeze the money out the small business owner. They advertise price discounts example buy this product on up to 25% for $10 when they know that $10 is the regular price at all times for this product. and charging the small business owner for picking up at their warehouse is SO UNFAIR and a HORRIBLE BUSINESS Policy. just because it does dont meet the amount they set. forcing you to pay their HIGH SHIPPING CHARGES. A few days after my troubled order a CS agent from the store called me to offer me a 25% shipping discount. He did not know I have been promised a 50% off. I requested the discount the offered in the flyer of up to 25% the percentage they offer on that flyer. They refused fo to do the right thing and did not give me any discount not even a 00.01% like it says on that flyer even though my product was clearly in the products the flyer offered. Nobody knows why they sent flyers and they are not going to give any discounts to their customers. I mention that to CS and asked why sending flyers and email offering discounts when they know they are not going to give you that discount, he answered he does not know

Sad; we used to buy a great deal from Uline, but since the $25.00 fee was added, I seek out other vendors for many things. It is a poor way to sting small businesses. When I questioned the new fee, I was told that is just the way it is. Interesting that a company that was focused on servicing small businesses would penalize us. Now that we buy shipping boxes by the thousands, 8-10 pallets per order, it would never occur to me to contact Uline.

But if I need one item, Like trash bags or some unexpected supply I might need I get charged 25 dollars each time I place an order under $300 dollars. Way to be loyal to your small business owners. This ULINE facility is great. Its clean and well organized. The people here seem to know everything and they drive the forklifts better than most people drive cars. I cannot stress enough how friendly and accmmodating the people here are. And of course they work fast, too.

Went to place an order for the company I work for and I thought we could will call the order as we are right down the street from Uline. But when I got to the check out and found out that Uline wants to charge me a 25.00 fee to will call this order or pay the ups charge. I quickly cancelled the order. This has got to be one of the dumbest ideals ever. I have taken my business where I am not charged extra to will call an order and will not ever recommend uline to anyone!

If you are latino and trying to apply here dont even try you are not going to get the job. Ive applied here and did the interview and they seemed they didn’t like me on first sight. Anyone can do a simple warehouse job specially young. They only hire Whites and Indians from India only.

My husband bought a dolly with cash.. returned It within 30 days and was told he would get a check in 7 to 10 days which is RIDICULOUS ...why send a check if I PAID YOU IN CASH..and not to mention that we picked it up and was charged $25 for will call...YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP...

Had to order really large boxes—picked them up at the warehouse in Coppell, TX, and the person on the phone and Eric at the warehouse were so incredibly helpful! Great experience.

It will cost me a $25 fee to pick up my products at their loading dock. My previous two orders from them I was not stung with an additional fee. Ouch! That bites into my overhead and I need to find another supplier.
