This is the place where you can eat very authentic taste of pizzas, especially Indian options like Paneer Tikka and Chilly Panner Tikka pizza. I am sure you will love those options and both are also available in Chicken option instead of Paneer.Only one start this place looses because of their staff, they really need to work something to speak with the customers. Most of the time they dont know anything especially and online deals which is an official website to order the pizza online.Overall, I love this place and would recommend this place to everyone.

We were looking for something different from the average pizza chain, so we decided to order a pizza from Italian Express.Wow! They didnt disappoint us. Our order was timely & hot on arrival. We had humongous slices; tons of cheese; and large portons of chicken. The pizza was tasty and filling. I had two slices and it felt like I had four. 😄I must say it was definitely the best pizza I have ever eaten in Coppell. Italian Express will be our pizza joint for now on.😎

For someone that has dietary restrictions, without a doubt, no one accommodates those needs and fulfillsour food requests like Italian Express. For some folks, I get it, “it’s just a pizza joint”, but it’s not, the variety, the freshness of the dough, and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recipe is very traditional Italian. Food is definitely great most times. Wait time is not. Also be advised it is a carryout place and dont have seating arrangements (if you are contemplating dinning in).

Paneer Tikka Pizza is too good

We have been ordering pizza from this place for more than a year but yesterday when our pizza wasn’t done right we complained about it . We were told we can no longer order . This is ridiculous but to be in service industry and refusing service based on not delivering it right way. Instead of accepting mistake and doing it right, they refused to take order .

First of all we couldnt believe we could get a tandoori chicken pizza in the US. So we ordered tandoori chicken pizza and buffalo wings for our Friday night. The delivery guy was on time. The buffalo wings were really delicious, juicy and perfect size wings (neither too small nor too big). What can I say about the mouthwatering pizza? Awesome taste, perfect toppings, the delicious authentic makhni gravy. We totally relished our flavorsome and authentic Indian style pizza. Still feel the rich flavors in my mouth. Would definitely try other pizzas from Italian Express. All the best and keep it up.

Let me begin by saying that in my opinion, this is the best pizza place in Dallas. Great portion size, good prices, and amazing menu options. This place has the best chicken alfredo pizza in Dallas. I am not a big pizza lover, but this should be crushing big chains like Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, or Dominoes. This places personal lunch pizzas are fantastic as well. They contain many indian options as well. I would easily recommend any alfredo sauce pizzas here, they never disappoint. This is my go-to pizza spot.

I eat here at least 3 times a week. Manoj, the owner, is amazing and his pies are so good! When ordering the Chicken Tandoori or Paneer Chicken, I always get thin crust and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I ordered a Chicken Tandoori with added Paneer and it’s one of the best pies I’ve ever had. Thank you, Manoj and Italian Express for making a wonderful pizza shop for all to enjoy!

We had the Garlic bread, Chicken Alfredo pizza & Paneer tikka pizza. Everything was very good, the paneer tikka being flavorful. Our kid loved the garlic bread.

Great To-go pizza! I got the paneer tikka masala pizza (in the picture) and it was just fantastic. It was spicy, the paneer was well cooked and basically, it was heaven. They have a LOT of variety on their menu and this is the only one Ive tried. Cant wait to come back and try their other pizzas.

They delivered the incorrect order to my hotel room (food options are exceptionally limited here) and then I could not get through to them via phone. Their voicemail box is full and I’ve called 6-7 times to try to get my $20 refunded because the delivery fee was so high. Incredible lack of communication.

Quick delivery, chicken wings are good. I agree with everyone on their subpar pasta dishes. I had the chicken parmesan and the chicken had a freezer burned taste; basically paid for a glorified freezer dinner which Im rather disappointed about.If you do buy from here stick with the pizza.

STAY AWAY! Horrible food!Ordred calzone, pizza, motzerella sticks and a 2 liter. The motzerella sticks are not hand made, they are frozen and have freezerburn taste. The calzone was not cooked all the way, the cheese barely even melted. All vegtables were Luke warm and had not been cooked, the only flavor came from the raw veggies, which were more of a sandwich than a calzone. The pizza has less flavor than a pizza from Wal-Mart guaranteed. Stay away from this place.

Good pizza but super rude and senseless people take orders on the fone and will reject your order without telling you !! For no reason!! Worst experience for sure!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is by far the filthiest place Ive seen!!! The floor is dirty, the register is filthy, the guy who takes your order fixes your food...doesnt wash his hands, doesnt put on gloves. The guy in the back wears regular clothes, no apron, no gloves, no hair net, he touches everything from the cans of sauce, to the door handles, to the garbage can, to his clothes, to the cheese that he picks up and throws on your prepared food!!! Im sure he doesnt wash his hands after using the restroom either!! WHERE IS THE CITY HEALTH INSPECTOR?!?!?!?! Im gonna call them myself. I know heat kills germs, but there is no reason why this place should be open! Totally disgusting!!!

We had 2 vegetarian pizzas and 1 chicken pizza .2 medium Vegetarian pizzas were enough for 4 super hungry people.Thin crust as well as hand tossed we nice to have.If there was a sitting area around, would had been a treat.

Got the chicken Tikka pizza. Amazing! We swapped the jalepenos for tomatoes. So generous on the toppings, this is our new go to place for sure. The tiramisu was great as well

My husband & I were invited to one of his co-workers homes for a party. So we stopped at Italian Express to get a vegetarian pizza because most of them are vegetarian. We ate some too. It was very tasty. It had most of the veggies that we like.

Pizza is delicious. Ordered it twice for delivery and it was good both times.Pasta was pretty good. I tried the lasagna and I loved how they werent shy with the mozzarella. But that cheesecake...an absolute waste of money. I ordered it only to make my order meet the delivery requirement. It taste like frozen cardboard. Hands down the worst cheesecake I ever tasted. I ordered the turtle. If you are considering it dont. Maybe the cake is better, but Id recommend getting your dessert elsewhere.

The pizza is very good, I ordered without any problems and the pizza was delicious. They have a variety of toppings, especially ones that suit Indian tastes, and is reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Extremely disappointed. My fiance spent $50 on this place trying to do a nice meal for us, we dont eat out or get delivery very often so when we do it is a treat. But the best thing we ordered were the sodas. The pizzas tasted like they were from chuck e cheese, the toppings tasted like they were all frozen, the cheese sticks were awful, the calzone, every just terrible. Extremely disappointed that we wasted all that money on such poor quality food.Not only that, customer service on the food was very rude and rushed us off the phone and our delivery guy demanded a tip. We gave him one just so hed leave us alone but he sure as hell didnt deserve one. Very rude and was on the phone with his girlfriend.We will not be ordering from this place again.

I had ordered garlic bread and pizza with half and half toppings of chicken tikka and paneer tikka. They make really good hand tossed pizza with spread of cheese that melts in your mouth. I ordered when I visited the place so it took them 15 mins or so but one can order online to save time. They do offer good chocolate cake desserts.One thing to note is that they dont have dine in so you cannot sit and eat there, but nonetheless food was really good, I will visit again.

Terrible customer service. I’ve worked in the pizza business for several years and I’ve never had any situation where the employees begin to scream at the customer over a simple mistake and just asking for in store credit in the future. I believe this came from the manger as well. Will never be eating from here again and will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this zero stars I would. Hope this gets to the owners

Ordered food shortly after 7pm. An hour and a half goes by and we finally get our food. Dont promise a time the food will be delivered and then show up way late. It was cold by the time we got it. Then we got way too much food. Ordered 1 ceaser salad, got 3, ordered one thing of breadsticks, got 3. Dont need that much food. The food left little to be desired.

This place is not safe at all.. I could not eat my salad, the whole ingredients pass thru his hands after he receive money .

Quality of food lowered severely. Used to be very good, but now very poor quality and preparation of food. Dont get the pastas ever; chicken parm is two big pieces of chicken on a huge bed of cheese, under which is a bunch of angel hair pasta with barely any sauce. Wouldve returned it but lived too far to bother going back

Spaghetti is always huge, like 2 meals worth. Decent tasting as well. The salad sucks but the bread sticks are great! Great price for the quantity, too.

I can only imagine that if the food area is this dirty, what the restroom looks like! Had I not been watching them so hard I would have taken pics...

The food is really good, but this last time that I went there. It left me a little disgusted. They do not use any gloves when they are moving from product to product. I could ignore the fact that the guy that was making the pizza was extremely hairy. But, I saw him moving from vegetable to meet back to vegetables without washing his hands. I dont think I will be back here anytime in the near future.

Very bad customer experience. I ordered through online ordering platform and got a confirmation email on the order pickup. When I reached the restaurant for pickup they told they are not honoring any orders from their platform. I had ordered in the past also without issues.The owner said talk to them and he cannot help. I love these guys! All the food is good. Every sandwich, every pizza. I really enjoy the Pepperoni Pockets and the Club sandwich though. Annnnd try some cake!

Nice choices for Indian flavored pizza 🍕

The salad was questionable. I ordered a chicken parm for dinner b/c I just got out of the hospital and while it was a great idea I feel like I’ve just paid 26$ for chunky Caesar and elementary school cafeteria food. I even had to spit a piece of chicken out. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Sadly I cannot recommend this place. Their pizza was good maybe once for us.They cant seem to get their act together - never pick up the phone on time and the pizzas are sub-par.It also shocks me that for a pizza shop they cannot cut a pizza into 8 similar sized slices properly - it cannot be that difficult if you do it daily.What they also dont know is that vegetarians do not like their pizzas cut by the same knife that cuts a meat based pizza.

My favorite place to have pizza, the thin crust is just too good.We generally order paneer or veggie ones with thin crust.We even had it for our office treats and everyone liked it too.

Spaghetti marinara tastes like garbage. And I dont mean that as a metaphor. I mean, it literally tastes like they dug it out of the trash, after letting it rot for two weeks, then halfway reheated it and brought it to my hotel room.I forced myself to eat a few bites of it, not wanting to waste the $10 spaghetti that I had delivered. But now, I wonder if this is going to make me sick. Im not even picky, okay. But this is absolutely disgusting. Ive never had anything like this. Order at your own risk.

Good pizza

We ordered BBQ pizza, Chicken parmesan, Salad, bread sticks, Honey BBq Chicken wings, and the Lemon cake. It was all great!!! The sauce is not very spicy but it lets all of the different flavors to be experienced. I dont usually care for Italian food but I would frequent this establishment if it was in my home town. The delivery guy was very friendly and helpful.

I live in a gated community and, even though there are clear signs that state no soliciting, someone from this business came and left to-go menus on every door. I was inside when this happened and soon as I opened my door the menu fell on the floor, and I saw 2 more menus that had fallen off my neighbors doors as well, littering the hallway. I picked them all up but I definitely dont agree with the business practice, just causes more trash to end up everywhere

Tandoori Chicken Pizza ordered on Uber Eats. It was SO GOOD. Perfect seasoning with cilantro, and pickled onions that are nice and sweet. One small was enough to fill 2 ppl.

Worst pizzzaa eve .. no taste,no professionalism, had to wait for almost 45min for 1pizza and it wasn’t worth of 20$ at allll and it was not at all like what I even ordered, I asked for veggies on half instead he hav put the veggies on full pizza.
