Excellent quality shop.The shop manager (Tyler) and the technician are knowledgeable and customer service friendly.I will be getting my repairs at this shop.Just waiting on the parts.

My daughters car had the check engine light come on, I took to auto zone to see if it was something simple to fix. The print out stated it was a mass air ... so I fixed it. Then light came back on. Called around cove to see if I could bring it in and everyone wanted me to bring and drop off for the day. I called Precision and they said bring it in and they would check it out. I’m so glad I did. They took car and started checking it over. They were so nice and professional. They described everything going on in regular terms! It was an affordable fix and the car is back on the road driving. All done TODAY! I will take all our vehicles there from now on!

The GM and staff were super nice and knowledgeable!!!! I appreciate not having to spend hundreds of dollars!!!!

The service I received was exceptional. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. There is no pressure and they help you find the cheapest cost for your repairs as much as they can.

They seem friendly enough but I will know for sure after they fix my car.

Try to get me to pay $800 for a tune-up and pretty much just to clean my fuel system which Ive had it done cheaper. And it would not correct the issue I was having with the car.

I went in to this business yesterday looking for an oil change, and balance. I paid for the $54 dollar service, They were very nice and communicative. When I got my car back I noticed it was a little slow to start but thought nothing of it until my battery died the next morning. I took it to get charged at auto zone only to find that my perfectly good battery was no good. They switched my battery for one that was pretty much dead, so I would run back looking for more service because Im a young mom so I must be dumb right? Wrong. This is where they wrote something wrong on my overview then crossed it out and marked it good.

The guys at Precision Tune Auto location are good. I keep going back to them for any of my truck issues. Theyve always been fair with prices and have always gone out of their way to help me or find the issue. Highly recommended.

Good professional mechanics that will get your vehicle back on the road quickly! They are honest and straightforward. I have found it is cheaper to repair than to replace. If youre old care isnt running the way it should take it to Precicsion Tune Auto Care and not the junk yard. If youre car is worth fixing its worth taking it here.

I like the honesty and integrity of the staff- I came in thinking I needed more done to my car and they told me some things were fine but others needed to be fixed. They were able to give me a timeline on when I would need to get the rest replaced by so I could stay aware. They also offered military discount. The staff maintained polite and clean appearance as well as a clean shop! Loved it! A+

I am new to the area and was referred to Precision Tune Copperas Cove by a co-worker after my check-engine light came on. I also needed a second opinion on a quote that I received from another shop for brake repairs. Matt, Willie & Danny were AMAZING!!! As a woman, I often feel like mechanics take for granted that I know nothing about cars. Matt and his staff were so kind and took the time to explain the needed repairs. The treated me with total respect and I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. And-as an added bonus-I saved $200.00 from the quote I had been given by the other shop!! Very friendly, really chill, didnt try to overcharge me or try to tell me I needed to fix 10 different things or my car would explode. Knowledgeable professional and reasonably priced. 10/10 for sure.

This place does not deserve anything less than five stars. Not only was I fairly quoted on repair and parts, but Giovanni and Timothy went above and beyond to take care of my car by looking out for smaller repairs that were needed, and offered to check out under the hood for free. These guys are honest, and straight forward about their work.

I went in a few weeks ago for a power steering leak they couldnt find nothing. So they bled it. It worked. They didnt over charge me or make up something they said bring it back if it happens again. And a few weeks later it happen again. I took it back to show them . They were happy to help. There customer service was awsome. They took there time and Investigated my issue. They found it. They made sure I left with my car at 100%. My car runs like its brand new. I recommend precision tune auto care. The best customer service and mechanics around. They make sure the job is done right. And if problems occur they are happy to help. They stand by there work.

Fantastic, HONEST mechanics!

I took my vehicle there last year for an alignment and was informed that I needed ball joints replaced. No problem, Right? They supposedly changed them and showed me one of the old ball joints off of my car. Well low and behold a year later I find out they had never been replaced just cleaned up to look like it and now I am left feeling like a fool for paying the $798 dollar bill. This place is not trust worthy will not be doing business here again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was on the oil rig and my wife needed to get brakes done. she brought her car in and they charged her for changing pads, turning rotors and brake fluid flush. here we are 4 months later and the front end was shaking horribly on her car. We brought it to the dealer and they brought us back and showed us the rotors, they were never even turned. We talked to the current manager and the district manager and they said there is nothing they can do. Yea, real good at taking her $260.00 and not doing the work. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

GO TO BILL’S MUFFLER.Precision tune Wanted to charge me $265 to replace something that wasn’t broken and told me that my vehicle wouldn’t pass safety without it. They put it back together incorrectly so that it would not function properly. Went to bills, they fixed what precision tune had messed with free of charge and got my safety done within a hour. I will say that precision tune staff is friendly. So if you want a lie with smile, take your car to precision tune. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly and honesty, go to BIll’s muffler.

Employees are really friendly. They do a good job. Only thing is that they feed into the mechanic stereotype of hustling customers to get more work done on the car. It seems like every time I bring my car in, there’s always a new problem. You all should watch that documentary about mechanics and car dealerships. Be sure to check out your car manuals because mechanics will make a persuasive recommendation to get your car serviced, in which most of the recommended services are not recommended in the manual provided by the car’s manufacturer.

Everytime I take any of my vehicles to this shop I have the assurance that it will come back working better than they went in. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what is cost effective for the owner. The guys there will get the job done in one day if they can. They are the best. I love how they listen to you and not make you feel you did anything wrong.

By far the best care and service I have gotten . I have a 1998 accord and was recently told ( by a different shop) that I had some parts that needed to be replaced ASAP. When I brought it here they checked out the car and told me that nothing was damaged . Have been coming here with my husbands car aswell and the service has been great for both of us 10/10 would reccomnd

I’m giving this place a one star rating only because I can’t give it 0. Not saying they scammed me but they charged me 500 dollars to “fix” the solenoid on my Honda and the very next day my car had the same issue. Took it back and they said “they didn’t clear the code” cleared and it my car still had the issue. I took it to Fast Lane in Cove and they said the solenoid is the issue. So after spending half a thousand to “fix” my car I’m now spending more money to fix the same part!! Not a happy camper.

The girl that test drives is rude!she drives your car crazy thru the parking lot almost hitting people doesnt follow parking lot rules and then runs her mouth to people bad service because of their inspection tester.

Ive been taking my car to Precision for oil changes because Im too lazy to recycle my oil. Most of the major repairs, I do myself.I used to have Kwik do my oil, but the compulsive up selling they do for unnecessary services made me find a new place to go. The manager at Precision is a consummate professional, and is excellent at what he does. I will continue to have a Precision oil change for as long as I live in Copperas Cove.

Ive had good experiences in the past going to Precision. They have always been friendly, but apparently they are just screwing you over with a smile. I had all four of my brake pads and rotors replaced on my car and they charged me over $700. A quick google search shows the average price to replace this is in the $200-$400 range, which means they charged me twice the actual price of the service. The labor charge was $250 when I was told it would take a hour and a half so twice the actual price there as well...over $160 /hr apparently. They also misread the year on my car and ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait additional time (that they were apparently charging me for). They were pleasant enough, but they obviously were just taking advantage of me. Do not go here...or at least call around and get a second opinion on the price. Learn from my mistake, I will NEVER take any vehicle there again except if I need to use the warranty on my $700 brakes.

Dont go to the Copperas Cove location I paid 800 bucks to get my car serviced an the same day they for got to put my oil sticker in, 8 days later my car starts leaking antifreeze, 17 days after the first day I went they tell me I have a oil leak an all this other stuff wrong with my vehicle Shun dont know what hes doing nether do the other backyard mechanics......the place only got 1 star because you cant do negative stars DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE SAVE YOUR CAR FROM DISASTER...... I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION IN THE COPPERAS COVE AREA.... THANK YOU...

About a year ago I took my car to Precision Tune in Copperas Cove, TX for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving their establishment I was driving through town and to my surprise I felt my car collapse and saw my rear tire roll past my car. Thanks, Precision Tune. After realizing how bad they royally screwed up they had no choice but to fix the damages done to my car. Under the guise of new management my girlfriend recently took her car there for a problem and was charged an absurd amount of money to have it fixed. 3 days later the same exact problem is occurring because they didnt see the real problem the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE!!! Im lucky to be alive.

Went there to have my radiator fixed and they were great.

Worst shop in Copperas Cove I would never trust anyone working here. They had my car towed didnt bother to call and tell me to pick it up. They stole 2 Tires from my backseat. They also stole my oil drain plug and loosened the nuts on my oil pan. They quoted me 3-4000 dollars worth of work and when I refused they made me pay in other ways. I wish I could sue this company I used to be a loyal customer but after taking on my latest project I have seen their true colors. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DONT GO HERE! Thank GOD I have experience and was able to keep my car from taking too much damage!

This is a business run by an owner who cuts corners and hires anyone who calls themselves mechanics. Also owns the horrible Killeen Precision Tune.Total disregard for doing the job right. If you are stationed at Fort Hood, dont go here or to the Killeen location. Do your research, save your vehicle from disaster.Note: Even claims in profile that all technicians are ASE and PT Certified. They might have one, and thats iffy. All others are backyard mechanics, AKA shoddy parts changers.
