Borrowed tables, I like the staff. Very well stocked w/all kinds of themed parties in mind!

Ordered a water slide online which was amazing our family had 7hrs of fun on it. However I bought 3 balloons for around $24 and all three popped before I got home mind you its the foil ones and I never had this issue from the dollar tree or Walmart and the owner herself told me there was nothing she could do. Now that upset me because there was no reason y they should have popped before I got home and my house is only 3 blocks away from there. So I say if u go to them only go for the bounce houses water slides and slip n slides. Otherwise for all other items specifically balloons your better off going to the dollar tree. At least theirs didnt pop before the kids could play with them.

Very unprofessional and insensitive owner. Book to get told she is refusing service and that she could not give me a refund. After calling the police 45 minutes later she decided to give me my refund. I guess I have to be a lighter skin tone to get great customer service. But thank you because what I thought could be a mess-up day for my 10 year old turned into an awesome day. Took my money to someone who values their customers even doe it was last minute. Cheaper, no delivery charge with a pleasant experience.

Manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and downright hateful to me and my husband. We are business owners and only use them in emergency situations if we have to.My husband was told that he was being picky on what he was requesting for helium balloons . We asked for them to blow up our balloons, using our hi float and 2 per color in a staggered arrangement. He was told that he was asking for a lot and when he informed her that we were tax exempt, she told him we shall see about that. If you are not in our system you are not tax exempt. He explained to her that we are, we do business there all the time. She had the nerve to scoff at him when she found us in the system. I then called to talk to her and complain to the manager or owner on her rudeness, she jumped down my throat like a teenager would trying to challenge me about her disrespect and rudeness. I explained how her behavior is not appreciated and how I would be happy to take my business elsewhere. I demanded a 100% refund and he would be back to pick it up in a few minutes. He returned and she was worse than ever towards him. By the way, he attitude and actions were in front of other customers and employees. She did not care at all.

The guy with all the tattoos is very friendly. He made my experience very delightful.

I recently rented a Jumpee for National Night Out for The Stonegate neighborhood in Temple, Texas. Part-N-Jump charged me a total of $358.00 for one Jumpee in which to rent the Jumpee for 6 hours (3 p.m. to 9 p.m.) was $159.00. The rest of the fees was a deposit fee of Transportation fees of 140.00 and $27.32 in taxes. The employee set-up the Jumpee, during that time the sun was out. The the National Night Out Event started at 5 pm. At that time it was raining, and it rained until 8pm. We never used the Jumpee at all. I only asked if Party-N-Jump could be so kind to return $100 back to me since the event ended up being cancelled due to the weather, and I paid $358.00 for a Jumpee that was never used, and they told me NO! They didnt try to offer me a discount on my next rental or possibly a free rental due to this being a neighbor event and not a personal event. NOTHING! I will never, ever rent from them again. Party-N-Jump you could appease the customers a little more to have a good reputation and experience from any customer that chose your company for an event. Thank you for nothing but taking money.

The place is a bit crowded. Also, they dont always notice you when you walk in. On the other hand, they do have a little bit of everything.
