The employee we worked with was very friendly and helpful. I love that when my son of 16 walks in, they treat him as they would any adult customer, not an annoying kid! We were happy to know their Magic AP cards are all in a searchable database online, so my son can shop from home and go pick up his cards since the trip to get here is about 40 minutes for us. Great experience!

Its was very fun! Had lots of space for a regionals. Not from around there but would go again if they had more big events.

Excellent service, decent collection and display, plenty of different games to get into.The only reason I give a one star review, is because some of the staff are rude and inconsiderate while playing Magic. Anyone they aren’t already friends with get ganged up on and killed first in almost every game they play. Then, they make excuses like “we’re here to win” or “get a better deck” when it’s meant to be a casual game and they’re just being rude.No wonder the MTG playerbase there is dwindling.

Nice little place for board games. Staff is friendly. I got no experience whatsoever in regards to D&D, board games, etc...but the staff seem pretty good at answering questions or guiding me towards something suitable for learning.

My first experience at this lgs was tonight. Went there for Modern horizon 2 prerelease and had an amazing time the owner Armando was there played with us. He raffled out promos after already giving generous rewards for the event. After he let us play commander. It was friendly and relaxed. It was definitely my best lgs experience and I would highly recommend. I will be back there for my mtg needs.

During the tournament tonight an employee, that was partaking in the event, isolated another participant and harassed, provoked, and even threatened. I didnt appreciate how hostile he was being to the participants and their belongings. I would not suggest this place for events, until the situation is properly handled.

This store houses a friendly environment for people to play albeit some of the store staff that partake in the events belittle and berate others ensuring a hostile atmosphere.Came to the store again on 4/23/2021 for the friday tournament and was again harrassed, threatened and verbally abused by a member of the underground games team. For the customers that come to the store in hopes of being able to relax and enjoy their time with their hobbies beware of Christian Solorzano of infringing on their experience and degrading the professional atmosphere the store has worked tirelessly to attain.

To start off I love supporting local communitie shops like this one. But one thing i cant stand is business marking up a product just because a item is highly wanted. I get the high demand high price business concept. But out of a local community store i cant support this type of practice. I walked in and saw they had 3 skywalker limited addition figures for 20 bucks! Couldnt believe it. So i got one. Now coming in they want 79.99! Why? i can go to Book Stand and get one for 50 (and will continue shopping here), or ebay. Very upset with this and will no longer be supporting this store. Look out for your community and your community will look out for you.

He scalps prices and sells his products for at least 15% more what it’s worth sometimes even doubles or triples it if it’s Pokémon or something people wants.

Mostly MAGIC and YUGIOH here. They do DRAGONBALL SUPER CCG as well. Pretty friendly play groups and community. Selection is decent.

Some booster packs I purchased from this place look to be resealed. :/Edit: I have nothing to gain from lying. See attached photo.I kept one of the tampered booster packs and had a few others look at it. A few other packs had this weird cut also. Im still able to have fun with the cards I did get, but if anyone is purchasing from this store just be aware what to look for.Final edit: I am not talking about the slit at the top or bottom of the pack that helps open booster packs. I am talking about the blantant gap in the middle, exposing the cards. This pack and multiple others were like this: already OPENED. I went to another store and purchased from them, and NONE of the booster packs were opened like this.

Had great service and was very welcoming but I did see a worker open up a booster pack for a little kid for either pathfinder or d&d so if you have some unsealed that’s why but other than that it was great

Staff changes often so its a suprise on what to expect when going. Sometimes you get someone who knows the ins and outs sometimes you get someone who barely knows magic from pokemon. The owner is good and always pleasent.They have a good selection of cards and are usually competative with pricing but not a great place for trade in with my experience. The rewards programs are bad and there is always a reason why you cant get your discount. Often they dont ring up right and no recipt breakdown is provided so you are just at the mercy of hoping they ring it up correctly.Would like to see the staff wear masks in the future and the computer to check card availability moved from the main checkout area since its always crowded with people trying to get service. Used to go to just see what they had for cards but with the look it up yourself option its become more convenient to just buy online and skip the hastle. Sort of kills the thrill of the hunt to have to know what you are coming in to buy. Used to spend hubdred regularly there but now I find it hard to want to go.

Good selection of card singles. They have a very nice store. And I believe they are expanding. Decent selection if Warhammer. They carry some DND books. Mostly cater to Trading card games. My go to store to play at usually. They always have a good turnout. They host a lot of magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon and dragon ball super tournaments. Sometimes at the same time so it can be crowded. They do have snacks and drinks. The store is very clean and the employees are nice. Excited to see what they do with their new space.

Takes hours to get your order even if the place is empty. No sense of urgency and nothing to do while waiting the time.

This shop is awesome, the selection of cards you can buy here are ENDLESS!! This is Copperas Coves hang out for table top and just clean fun. If you havent participated in any of the tournaments, let me say they are a blast. Make sure you have some free time because you might find yourself here for a few hours.

Underground Games provides excellent customer service to their customers. They keep stocked with new packs on a regular basis. There has been a comment regarding the new slits on the packs. The change in the booster packs with the new slits are on all new magic packs, regardless of the distributor.

Are you able to request certain cards? For example, if I would like polymerization, is there a way you can request cards, and also how do the yugioh tournaments work?

I will touch on some of the aspects you may feel important and then I will give you a more in depth account of my experience. So first off the store is quite roomy compared to what I am used to. They have an incredibly nice inventory and the display cases are incredibly well organized. I have never been a fan of having to search forever only to find that a store does not have a card in stock, this store has two stations for customers to search their inventory. I was able to locate the cards I wanted in a matter of less than a minute. The prices were extremely fair. The layout was very easy to navigate and roomy. The restroom was clean. I have refrained from doing this review until I was absolutely sure my first experience wasnt just a fluke. I recently moved to the area and happened to drive past this place by chance on a Friday night. The staff not only answered all my questions but seemed to actually enjoy providing me service. The atmosphere was exciting and filled with laughter and chatter. I decided to return just to see if I would get the same experience and I was not disappointed. I also want to point out that every single time I have visited the store, the owner was present and actively engaged with the staff and customers. They had games of Magic, Pokemon, Yugioh, and Warhammer going on. The store literally excels in all categories but none of that is as important to me as the player atmosphere, so I will touch on that. Every time I visited the store to check it out, I did not bring any cards in the store. I was greeted by the players and asked if I played commander. I told them I didnt own a deck and multiple people offered to let me play with one of their decks, so I could join the fun. I was blown away by the kindness and the atmosphere of the players. I should mention that the players were very diverse in age and gender. There was not any bickering or fighting among the players, only laughter and excitement. If you are looking for a new home to play, I highly recommend this place. They rip people off, and sell product that has already been paid forEdit after store reply...First you sold it through tcg and it is against the rules to cancel a sale if bought after a price hike. You agreed to that when you created the account.Second, if it was on your site, or in your then you must honor the price listed on an item, that is the law.If you can not honor your agreement with tcg, or even honor your marked prices then you are a horrible greedy store, that will do anything to make a buck, even brake the law.

An associate purchased some cards through tcg. Over the weekend the price spiked and the order got Canceled and refunded then the same cards were reposted at twice the price. At first was unwilling to honor the price but supposidly decided to in the end. Once the cards arrive Ill update my review.I run my own tcg account along with the one for my lgs i frequent. It sucks not to catch a spike before the sell but it happens and I always honor what it was listed for. Its good buisness.
