I bought my son a pair of Adidas that basically fell apart in less than 2 months with less than regular wear. I took them back, and they said there was nothing they could do because he wore them outside.

Customer service is good but shoe size selections are limited. I even tried to order the size I needed and it was not available.

Great staff, both sylvia and the young lady working were amazing. They never made me feel like I was being rushed, and there was a fair amount of people in the store. They also seemed very knowledgeable of all the shoes, which was very helpful since I was looking for walking shoes for work and running shoes. The store was also clean and well organized, I will definitely be returning.

Clean, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to greet and even though it was packed, the lady took the time to help figure out my little guys shoe size. They also made sure we were doing okay when theyd pass by and help was easily obtained.

This review is strictly for the Copperas Cove location. I purchased shoes to wear to an event from this location. I wore them while I was getting ready which caused my feet to hurt. I knew I wouldn’t last the night in them, chose not to wear the shoes, and returned them the following Wednesday. The sales associate questioned me on if I had worn them and told her only while getting ready. She started messing with some glue that was coming out of the the side of the shoe and said she needed to get a manager. I informed the associate the glue was there when I purchased the shoes (only one in my size and they were the style I wanted). I became quite angry as if I was being accused of lying. The manager came over and did the same thing, even found stitching that didn’t seem to have taken, again something I didn’t do. Both asked me multiple times if I had worn the shoes and every time I told them only while I was getting ready. Here’s the thing, we had to park in a parking garage that is quite a ways from Bass Hall where we went that night. Had I worn those shoes they would have been demolished on the bottom from walking. And if the stitching came undone while I was getting ready then it would be a no brainer to return them under those circumstances as well. The manager finally told me she would “take them back this one time”. This was horrible customer service and I did not appreciate the hassle of the return. I will not be back to this particular location.

Everyone is really helpful. You can get any kind of shoes here. Its a nice, clean, well lit. Theres also plenty of space to move around, and plenty of seats to sit and try on your shoes.
