The line was backed out into the main road! Busiest I’ve seen a Starbucks. But I made it through the drive through in 10 minutes! Great time and great customer service!

Worst coffee ever. Stopped by to pick up 2 Caramel Frappes - drink had no flavor and very icy. Shame on the employees - This is not normal for Starbucks and bad for the name.

I was looking forward to a venti cappuccino and it was half full based on the cup size while the rest was foam. It did not taste the same or great and I had to add my creamer to it for me to drink it. I was extremely disappointed.

I am in love with this location. The baristas are so kind and amazing. I’ve had a couple incorrectly made coffees and they’ve always fixed it without an issue. I come here everyday and I hate when I have to go elsewhere. It’s like they’re my little coffee family. Trying new things is easy here too! They are shutting down temporarily and I am so so sad but I cannot wait til they open back up. I love you guys !

My order has never been wrong, but.. every time I’ve gone, they are out of something. Today, they were out of the pumpkin spice cold brew, drip coffee, and all coffee beans, and cake pops.

Typical Starbucks in the sense that they serve slightly overpriced beverages and food, but the quality is good enough and the service from this location in particular is fast and friendly.I cant comment on the interior of the location, as Ive only been through the drive-thru and havent been inside.

Passing thru town. Stopped for a restroom and coffee break. Looks like near the end of a remodel. Two nice/clean bathrooms but not labeled yet. Friendly staff and great coffee.

The staff here is always friendly, even during these trying times. They keep their speed of service to a comfortable level and always get our orders right. And they love giving my dog his pup cup!

I was having a wonderful conversation with the barista at the register, and Hershey (saw her name tag), snapped off with We have other things to do.Im not sure if it was directed at me or the barista that I was conversing with, but it was rude, inappropriate and unacceptable.

What used to be my favorite Starbucks has gonne way down in customer service and product quality. Today I got warm nasty coffee! NOT ACCEPTABLE SINCE THEY ALREADY KNOW WHAT i get each time! Since the pandemic started they are loosing focus. I hope that when they open back up next week they are ready to recoup the lost mission points.

I dont go here too often but when I do, its always quality service and beverages. Im only giving 4 stars because it seems as though they are slightly understaffed for high-traffic times which means a lengthy line depending on the time of day.

This location is honestly hit or miss. Sometimes you get great customer service and your order on point, but most of the time you get a rude overwhelmed barista botching your order and then giving you attitude about it. I suggest you drive to the next closest location on Clear Creek.

I’m originally from the PNW and this Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks on this earth I’ve ever been to. I don’t even know where to start perhaps the lines they let build up because they are sloths of service? Or perhaps the stale banana nut bread they provide their customers? Their lukewarm coffee? Their inaccuracies in getting orders correct? The chunks of ice in their Frappuccino’s (not blended to smooth perfection). Let’s be honest Starbucks is expensive and if your buying something expensive don’t you deserve exquisite perfection? Pull it together Starbucks your struggling....badly.

Friendly and hard working up until the point I waited over 30 minutes for my order. It wasnt until costumers who ordered after me got their stuff that I finally talked to the lady at the front. I like that if they miss make your order you get a free new one but waited for over 40 minutes because they loss your order well sucks to be you.

Terrific for when you need a little pick me up! Morning or afternoon, coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon!

I wish when I said extra caramel drizzle they would give me EXTRA. They barely give you any but definitely not extra.

We just stopped and had the best experience here. We have been on the road for a few days traveling to pick up a horse. We couldn’t fit the trailer through the drive through and one of the employees came out and was so kind and helpful. With a full night of driving ahead of us, that act of kindness meant so much to us.I didn’t catch your name but thank you so much.

I am an avid starbucks coffee lover. My favorite drink I always get is the White chocolate Mocha Frappuccinos ( Vt Wtmoc Frapp) but today I was dissipointed because i waited in the drive thru line for a while (not that I care about waiting because I know the wait times in a starbucks line and im ok with it.) just so the guy in the window could try to give me a white chocolate cream Frappuccino and asked if it was the Mocha frap I wanted and proceesed to say hed remake it and still gave me a regular Mocha frapachino. I had to go into killeen to the starbucks on forthood st. And had it made correctly. I had told them about the situation and they were very dilligent to correcting the problem. I will still go to the copperas cove starbucks for the Vt Wtmoc Frapp and not the Vt Wht Ch Crmfr. Please teach the newer ppl if there is that there is a difference in the white mocha and white cream so it dosent happen again.

Im so tired of this Starbucks deciding for me that when I add 6 pumps of a sauce, I really dont mean it. I have added so many pumps of caramel for over a year and I absolutely never get the amount I ask for. They just put a little on top. Any other Starbucks does exactly what I ask. Im done with this Starbucks. I dont care how close to work it is.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. Took 20 minutes just to get to the order window then 7 minutes of waiting before they took my order followed by 10 minutes of waiting after I ordered. NEVER go here if you are on a break unless you have 45 minutes to waste.

There was this really cute girl with green hair and she was absolutely precious. She loved my husband’s Patrick Star shirt, she has a great taste in memes. She, and the other sweet gal, made our experience enjoyable. UwU

It took 20 min to get one coffee, not only that, a guy and his daughter walked in after I ordered. They ordered there drinks at the counter and still got their order before me. Definitely was not happy with the service I received today

When I think coffee, I think Starbucks my go to place especially this spot. Nice atmosphere to just relax and drink my coffee music is great my daughter and i love it. I move down from NYC and its hard to find a good cup of coffee around here, Starbucks has the flavor.

Rolled up to the window at 8:30, waited at the speaker and said hello multiple times after waiting a few minutes with no response. We then rolled up to the pay window and the man working saw us, then proceeded to ignore us until we drove away. Online says the store closes at 9 and the window says 10. Really disappointing considering i drove out just to get some starbucks coffee

I asked for a iced coffe,2 pumps if white mocha and cold foam... they gave me a vanilla iced coffee.. like WHAT?? Think they were probably just being a bit lazy but the coffee was still good

The workers are very nice, but they are always out of the everything bagels Why would you have such a limited quantity of something that people clearly highly request? I waste so much time coming here on the way to work, only to be told they are out. Why offer breakfast options when you cant get the food during breakfast time??

Drove 23 miles one way to the 4 holiday beverages with reusable cups. They were out of the cups, that happens. We could not get a receipt so they hand wrote (scribbled) the amount for each coffee plus tax. No total . We also asked for extra hot but the coffees were barely warm.

Absolutely enjoy the breakfast menu blueberry oatmeal and the protein pack. With flu season Starbucks medicine ball is just what the dr orders for a sore throat or just general all over blahs feeling. Ask for a extra shot of peppermint or honey to help you along youll be feeling great in no time. Service here is good considering the tight space they have to work with, they need to consider relocating to a more convenient location.

Whenever I want to spend $50 on 4 coffees this is the place to go. Forget the pretentious stereotypes of the comsimate writer sitting in writing their story/scripts/columns...etc nope this is all about coffee and its good. Awkward drive through which is why they dont get 5 stars, well that and they charged me $5 for a scone that was tasty but quite small. I expected a great deal more for a pricey scone

Mobile services are slow!!! An off duty employee was standing at the counter trying to hold a long term conversation with the on duty barista. He kept telling her he cant listen to her and multitask repeatedly and was very polite to her about it. She didnt care and kept on talking. She was being so loud and obnoxious that the customers kept just staring at her. She never caught on. No wonder they cant make their orders in a timely fashion. Off duty workers, you need to go home and continue your social life from there. It is not good business when you are running off your customers because of employees actions.

Love this location! It isnt very busy or crowded, they keep it clean, and the staff is friendly and prompt.

They are not consistent with their pours/mixes.. even with the most normal items on the menu. Its hit or miss if its going to be a good or bad cup, but I really dont remember it ever being great. I dont even complain anymore, I just dump it out and hope for better next time. I have had better experiences at other locations.

I love Starbucks! If you go here for non-coffee try the carmel frappe, mint frappe, or look up the Nightmare before Christmas secret drinks.

Sometimes employees cant follow directions on normal menu items. You end up getting their version of your drink because you will like it better. No thanks on the unsolicited changes.

This Starbucks is completely unexpected but necessary. I love the excellent service I always receive, but my drinks! Theyre always amazing/over the top superb. I love visiting nearby family knowing this cuppa is available when I want.

The drive-thru is a little wonky at this location, but everything else is wonderful! Staff is very friendly and attentive. The tables, chairs, and floors are kept clean. There is only a small outdoor patio, but the indoors seating is quite ample and includes padded couches that are quite comfortable. The clientele are normally friendly here, though you dont need to be sociable to enjoy your visit.Dont forget to sign up for their rewards program to get savings and free products on occasion.

It is much easier to just go through the drive thru. The whole point of mobile orders is to be able to get in and out so you dont spend your day waiting for something as small as coffee. It seems like every single time I have done a mobile order (only at this location in Cove), I am always waiting. On occasion upwards of 10 minutes...when I had already placed my order 10 minutes prior to that! Unfortunately though, each time, I have watched a minimum of 5-10 cars that were not even there when I got there, leave with their orders. This does not take into account the people who were there and gone before I got there after my order was put in. Absolutely nothing that Starbucks makes, should have you wait for 20 minutes, especially when you are told that mobile orders are designed to eliminate the wait. This has happened on orders of one, and orders of 4 or 5, so there is no reason. It is always shrugged off when we ask. There are people ahead of you. Unless there is whole slew of people ordering at the same time, there should be no one ahead of me for 10 minutes, then another 10 when I get there. There wasnt even that long of a wait on Black Friday! It seems to be getting worse at this location with each time I order, and now I try to avoid going. They are in the process of losing my business, and Im sure Im not going to be the only one.It used to be great. Friendly. Quick. Accurate. About 6 months ago though, the complete opposite started happening. Wrong orders (that could have been a bad thing with an allergy), rude employees, long long waits, always out of the promotional drinks that are advertised to get you in there to try new things...and on and on. I have not had one good experience in 6 months at least.

My drink was apparently given to someone else since I overheard the workers arguing about giving out the wrong drinks. They remade my drink which was a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte w light ice. It was made wrong. Either they forgot something or just filled half the cup up with water because that’s exactly what it tasted like. Very disappointed and I asked to use my points rather than pay and she said “alright” but i still got charged. Who hired these people?
