We have been going to this location for a couple of years now and I have to say this is the best game stop around. Alyssa is super friendly and my kids love her. They have a great selection of games and when I am in doubt of a game my kids mainly my 15 year old will like she helps and so far all of her recommendations have been excellent. All the other staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well, we have never left feeling like we were unwelcome.

The selection is pretty limited, though I expect thats because of space restrictions. They seem to run a lot of toys, shirts, and collectibles instead of hanging onto games...

Three employees, one occupied registering a PS4 or something for 20+ minutes, the other two answering phone calls and looking at another computer hardly acknowledging the 4 of us in line. 3/4th of the store under construction so ya cant even go get items yourself. No wait, 5 of us now and the other two havent looked in our direction... When the first gal finally finished with the PS4, I was out with purchase within another minute.What on that computer could possibly have been more important than preventing the tiny space in the front available for customers from becoming a COVID hazard?!

Emily, and Ellissa.Dillian Helped me sort out a mistake on an online order that was ready for pickup elsewhere then I asked for a change and got the order I paid for.Also very nice staff, highly recommend shopping there.Emily And Ellissa were awsome ladies, funny to talk to and felt really great shopping there.

They had what no other game stop had in the area, which was Wii stuff.

Had a large selection of games for my son (6 yrs old) to choose from. The staff made him feel comfortable and talked to him like a person. Two thumbs up

Says the only way we can purchase games is by buying online and then picking up at the door. Tells me there is a game available and when I try to pay for it, it says it cant be picked up at the store. I tried about 10 different games once of which the guy swears is in stock but wont do anything to fix the online order process. Says plenty of other people are able to get their order so mine doesnt matter.

I visited here cause my son wanted games while I was shopping in Catos. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cant remember the one cashier but way to go on customer service.

Probably the only Gamestop in the area that knows their job and knows what theyre selling. Nothing worse than walking into a game store and the associate is more into arts and crafts than games. That doesnt help me at all. Anyway...very helpful staff, very knowledgeable about gaming and systems. Old school and new. Highly recommend the drive to this store. Always have what Im looking for.

Amazing costumer support and, for the most part, amazing prices as well! Though I dont come here as often as Id like too, mostly due to my constant state of being broke, every time I do stop by I feel as though Im in a safe, homey place. All the employees interact with one another as if they were friends and they treat their costumers in the same way. Despite some games costing a little more then they should, I highly recommend stopping by!

Bought a new game and manager added $3 protection plan without telling me. I called her out on it. Gave me the cash back but honestly I wont be back. If Walmart next door has the game you want, go there instead. Its just not worth the hassle.

Sold me a jank Xbox controller with my used console purchase.. BUT were pleasantly attentive and entertaining both times. Soooo...#Meh.

When I first heard they GameStop would be opening up in Copperas Cove Texas I was astonished. I never knew that it would open up so quickly! The manager is a close friend of mine and because of her the other employees have also become my friends that I came with they are a very friendly staff and its a blast walking in and chatting with them.

Poorly stocked. The staff is very slow or there just arent enough to help customers quickly. Every time Ive gone in Ive had to wait almost 20 mins in line with just one or two ahead of me.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was some Mighty Morphin memorabilia. Which was awesome. Extensive DBZ merchandise, had Dark souls 1 and 2 to replace my copies that were stolen, and as I was checking out I feasted my eyes on a Mace Windu ForceFX lightsaber, which will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine. Ps3 game collection a tad pricey. But what ya gonna do. The good games are always too expensive. Im just glad to have my souls collection back. Now if only I could get the blade stone drop on Demons Souls and FINALLY ACHIEVE MY PLATINUM TROPHY!!!!!!!!!

I went in to buy a game for my son that he had been wanting.I found a used copy on the shelf, but once at the counter the sales clerk couldnt locate the game disk. They either didnt have it or it was mistakenly mis-filed. So, I ended up having to buy the new copy.Too bad they cant compensate for their mistakes!

Great customer service.

I was called a week before the Monster Hunter World release saying there would be a release party for it. Usually in my head, this equates to MIDNIGHT RELEASE, so that the game is still released on the day it is suppose to hit the shelves. I get there about after 10PM to find that they are closing up shop because they already had the release party at 9PM. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS!!! No employee at the store even remotely said what time they would be having the release party. So now I wasted a night off from work and a trip into town because the staff failed to communicate when they actually hold these events.Also I have a problem as to why Monster Hunter World was being sold at 9 PM on January 25th, 2018. Last I checked, it was to be released the 26th, so the store also broke the street date for the game.
