Called and picked the mechanics brain on a issue I was having and he walked me thru it and I found the problem way faster than I would have if I hadn’t called. This place has been nothing but good to me. Definitely recommend this place

Brought my BMW K1200S for an electrical issue and some minor service and was very please. The shop is a small one man operation with an assistant now and then. Even with that constraint, my bike was given attention and time to diagnose the issue and repairs correctly. Communication was great and I really felt like a good friend was fixing my bike. Craig was very informative, took pictures of the issues, and truly strive to ensure I understood what was wrong with my bike. I never felt like I was being taken advantage or nickel and dime. I highly recommend All Makes Cycle Repair to all riders. It’s a shop with great vibes, knowledge, and passion for riding.Things to consider:Parking: small lot to park across the street but no close handicap area .Bathroom: none that I can see, but I’m sure if you ask they can guide you towards the employee bathroom.Impressions: it does look somewhat sketch from the outside, but the outstanding work, professionalism, and price point overcomes that.

New to town and Texas and my kickstand got bent on my way here as well as losing the spring, Craig charged me for a new kickstand just for him to unbend MY kickstand with no spring. Great way to take advantage of a woman!Update 3/5/2021Craig reached out and said will order a new kickstand and call me to replace my current one. I will keep updating on progress.Update 3/10/2021Was replaced with new kickstand fresh out the box. Job got done!

Last night I was riding to Copperas Cove to attend an visitation at a funeral home for a fallen brother - my throttle cable broke just as I got in town. I called All Makes Cycle Repair and Austin was extremely helpful. After the shop closed, Craig from All Makes Cycle Repair in Cove came to where I was broke down and replaced throttle cable!!! Above and beyond great customer service!!!

Best customer service in a long time, as a beginner rider he told me alot of information before I make my trip up north. Ended up treating my bike to some new tires that it needed. So if you have any questions this Is the place to go

First off hands down the worst shop ive had to deal with. I dropped my bike off Thursday evening and return friday at 6 that only my bike tire had been mounted. I get there hes working on someone elses tire. I wait 20 mins and finally he gets to me. He tries to sell me a new chain and to get rid of my swingarm extensions, but he wants to now charge an hr of labor which is complete bs. I tell him to finish my front tire so i can leave. He finally gets done and then comes back from test ride saying my bike wont shift. Im pretty fed up at this point because he has al the shifter and linkage torn apart tellin my my bike not gonna leave. Finally by 8 something he has my bike out front. Completely unacceptable. Now a week later my tire is flat because i guess the $120 doesn’t include a new valve stem. So once again im stuck because craig is to incompetent to replace dry rotted valve stems. Thanks craig. I will never return to his shop and highly recommend every else stays far away

Took my Triumph in twice. First time to replace the front tire. The second visit was 12,000 mile service, which includes a valve adjustment. I got the bike back in a timely manner and it runs like a new bike. I highly recommend this shop.

Craig has worked on my Harley Road King and Softail Slim. His work has ranged from tires, brakes and regular service to major engine upgrades with Finn (103 to 110 with head work). The work was always done right and I’ve never had an issue with anything they have done. The prices are very good, turn around time is excellent and he always explains everything. I like knowing the guy who answers the phone is the same guy I am talk to in the shop is the same guy working on my bike and the same guy I am paying. That’s rare!!!

Service was great! Extremely nice and learned something new. Very reasonably priced. New tire mounted and balanced in an hour and 30.00 cheaper than what Harley wanted. Cant beat it. Nice to know you guys are around and will use again for work on my other bike. Thanks

Craig you better learn to read your customers better. Yesterday I took my rear wheel of my Dyna into Craig to have him swap out the tire with a new one I provided, that I ordered a couple years ago, when I purchased the bike. I had decided to leave the original rear tire on because it had plenty of tread after I had mounted the front one by hand myself. I did it successfully (as I have done many times over the years) Maybe I am getting old but I didnt feel it was worth all the sweat and cussing to get it do it myself this time. Well, tires wear out and it was time to get her done. I saw it coming a couple weeks back so I stopped in Craigs shop to inquire about pricing. I had just recently moved to Copperas from the Austin area. He asked if I had a tube at the time. I told him no. He said he prob had one and told me it would prob be 10 to 15 for the tube. 25 or 30 for the labor. (said should be under 40) That sounded very reasonable since I have been around the block many many times and I KNOW it costs 40 to 50 to get em mounted and balanced. Well I take off the wheel. I give credit where it is due so in his defense I was a couple hrs from closing. He asked if I needed it back today. I said preferably but I am at your mercy. He didnt have a tube so he called. Another guy close by to get one delivered over in a hurry. I am like AWESOME!! I am thinking good job Craig! He tells me the tube will be 15 to 25 so will be 55. I am like so far so good! He calls said its ready I go pick it up. Good job on the install but He charged me $82.00 $55 for labor $25 for the tube. Well I paid it without comment and left and reinstalled my wheel. I have been riding street bikes and done over 95% of the wrenching on my own bikes since I was 17 years old. Over 30 years. I have friends in Harley and Jap bike shops that pass on employee discounts and other friends that own small service shops all over the country. All treat me very well. I am not the weekend warrior $20,000.00 and 200 miles kinda of rider you just overcharge because you think I dont know any better. BAD CALL CRAIG!!! YOU COULD HAVE HAD A GREAT REVIEW AND I WOULD HAVE REFERRED ALL KINDS OF FRIENDS AND OTHERS. INSTEAD YOU MADE AN EXTRA 20 OR 30 AND I WONT BE BACK........
