DONT GO TO THIS STORAGE UNIT!! I am a single mother of 2 and I went the extra mile to get the climate controlled unit; and I paid for the insurance- it was a month I had not checked on my things and I go to move my stuff out and my Ashely 4 piece sectional; leather bookcase headboard; electric fire place; 5 piece table set and clothing have all been destroyed with Mold growing on them!!! I am told by the insurance claims adjuster they don’t cover mold- I am told by Travis to call the District manager- Laura calls me but to no avail I AM NOT BEING COMPENSATED at all for my ruined furniture. I’m sad; hurt and feel like I’m being punished for their failed climate controlled unit!! I stand corrected- climate controlled does not and I repeat DOES NOT CONTROL THE HUMIDITY. All military personnel and single moms be ware!!! This storage unit is complete garbage and I’m very disappointed.

The manager is very nice and polite. Also, he is knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend this location to others. If I am in need of storage again, I will use CubeSmart.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEN ANY STORAGE PLACE I HAVE EVER USED

Please check their F rating with Better Business Bureau. Their is no way a lot of these reviews are real. Please don’t risk your valuables. We went and checked on our unit after a few short months and our furniture was torn up by mice including a sentimental gift from my husband that cannot be replaced. Make sure you have good insurance with a low deductible. We thought we researched well. The damage is not worth what they charge. Also, they don’t do anything but tell you to contact your insurance and most insurance does NOT cover rodents. We moved over to All Storage and are MUCH happier. We also pay less with military discount.

Ive been storing here for over a year and never had an issue. Property is kept very clean and there are cameras all over. The fence is very secure. I would say the only issue is crickets but there are traps outside the units. I have not experienced rodents or any insects inside my unit.

THEY WHERE INFORMED that units had mice and still didn’t feel the need to inform OCCUPANTS they had a mice problem.Nor was there any thing done about covering my furniture that was damaged. No one could help but the insurance company who NEVER reached out to me after numerous attempts. The manager of the location was supposed to try and contact insurance and let me know if he had any luck. He NEVER reached out to me to let me know if he had heard back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Called for information, booked a reservation online showed up and was greeted immediately, was shown 2 units one o reserved for and a size up cause you know we all have more stuff than we really think we do. I signed a Month to Month lease and was out within 10 minutes. Very easy experience and the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had renting a storage room. Thank you!!!

Stay away from CubeSmart Self Storage! We stored our household in 2014, paid extra for the insurance even though we had renters insurance, only to come back to find the entire unit infested and destroyed by rats.The rats destroyed everything family photos, heirloom bedding, clothing, an entire library of books and precious documents.Management was notified and we were informed rodent infestation is not their responsibility and is NOT covered by the EXTRA insurance weve been paying for.We have to wear gloves and filter masks to work in the huge unit. And Im afraid 80% of it is unsalvageable. And for all that... CubeSmart just raised our rent to $150 a month.Go somewhere else. Make sure they include rodent damage BETTER YET make sure they include rodent & pest prevention/extermination. And get it in writing. Seriously, Go somewhere else.

Im active duty Army, to my fortune I lived across CubeSmart self storage. With visible experience, I know how safe and well maintained the property is uphold. When my orders were changed, I needed to secure items that I had to hand carry, CubeSmart had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, my plans changed again and I didnt needed the storage after all. Paula, the manager left me a message (missed her call) to remind me about the storage reservation. I informed her that regretfully, I didnt need it after all. Not to my surprise since other reviewers stated the friendliness of the staff; she was understanding, friendly, and compassionate about my situation. I highly recommend CubeSmart, a good size property with great staff. Might cost more than other storage facilities, but there is no price for the piece of mind knowing your items are saved.

Only needed a unit briefly but the staff at Cube Smart in Copperas Cove treated me like family. Marisha and Travis run a tight ship there. If you’re looking for a storage facility, look no further. Highly recommend!!

We just stored our household goods at this storage facility. It was a great experience! The manager was quick to get us in and out because we had a football game to get to lol. Any how I highly recommend this place. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

I have been a storage renter for years, yes YEARS, and I have always been so glad that I picked CubeSmart in Cove for my storage place. They are super friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with my choice. Mareshah always takes the time to help me and answer any questions I might have. I was running late and wasnt going to make it with my trailer full of stuff to rent my unit before they closed. I talked to Mareshah (one of the managers) on the phone and she said no problem - Id be happy to wait for you. So rare to have the lowest prices and best customer service!

Great little storage spot tucked away in the middle of town. Easy to work with staff, clean office area, and NO vacating notice NEEDED (other places in town require you to give notice 30 days in advance or else youre on the hook for another!).

Mice ate through everything that had a plastic hose on it. Washer, dryer, vacuum, carpet cleaner, etc. I just put my stuff in storage when my husband deployed in May, and the amount of damage for such a short amount of time is ridiculous. I have used multiple storage units before, and never had a problem. Great people, just horrible vermin problem.

Employees were good. Prices are decent. The problem I had is when I went to empty my storage, two rats were living with my things. Chewed up some of my furniture and used crapped all over my things. The insurance alliant that is suppose to cover damage said they dont cover done by rodents and its suppose to be taking care of by come smart. Cube smart said that they dont cover that, that its just a risk you take putting your things in a storage. So I was disappointed with that response cause they make it seem like your stuff will be safe with their facility, then something goes wrong and they say its a risk that I chose to take. So I wouldnt feel safe using them again.

Management was very helpful and friendly - super experience so far!

They continuously raise my rates each year, normally $5-$7 which is ok. This year they are raising my rate by 25%. I went to the location, talked to manager Jordany Brown who told me to talk to a person at 1-844-248-3104. The people at that number said that they had no idea why but would send a number to their regional office because they dont have anything to do with rates. (Date on notification was 8/12/17 and I received it on 8/21/17 and it is supposed to go into effect 9/14/17) Nobody seems to be able to give me an answer for the extreme hike in rates. Currently waiting for regional to give me a call.Edit: Regional called and resolved the problem.

These two managers are approachable and everything that managers should be.The buildings are clean and our unit was perfect. We stored our items and never had any issues.I’m actually sad our time with CubeSmart ended. Upon giving advance notice that we would be moving our items out of storage, we were treated like family just as the first day we entered CubeSmart.Upon arriving to move out our items, Jordany and Mareshah greeted us with a cart. We exchanged some laughs and they wished us well.Copperas Cove CubeSmart has two human assets inside. They are doing all the right things to create a great experience. Best Customer Service I could have ever asked for. Thank you Mrs. Paula for all your support A++++. Prices are very reasonable and the first month cost us $33 which included an Admin Fee and $11 Insurance which was a promotional offer at the time we signed up. We got lucky to find that deal, I would always keep checking Online to see which offers they got available. We had the 10x20 Carnex and were almost able to fit our 5 bedroom home into it. With our Military discount we paid under $80 with their Insurance included every month.We do have USAA Renters Insurance that covers everything, so you do have the option to OPT out if you have your own Home Renters Insurance.I felt comfortable storing my belongings here because of the Security Systems they had to offer and the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else we looked at. We didnt need a climate controlled Unit and none of our belongings got damaged. I would definitely recommend this Company. We have now moved to AZ and are using Cubesmart in Green Valley.
