This is the most beautiful and colorful store in Miami with an incredible variety of products at fair prices. Israel is super friendly and they love that customers enjoy the store. Even when I dont buy anything, they always offer me water or a soda. 100% recommended

My wife bought a bike there today. The store carries a good inventory. What impressed me is that they took time to text pictures of the three bikes she was interested in so she could get a better idea of the colors. They quickly answered calls and texts. Rare service these days. The reason it mattered? We drove over three hours for a particular brand after a closer local store treated her poorly. We are loyal shoppers looking for relationships when it involves activities we are into and that require future purchases. They took time to pull out three bikes and adjust them for her comfort to do test rides. Not one hint of being inconvenienced by an avg recreational rider vs hard core road rider. The same was true with several other staff members. I watched four other customers come through...all got excellent treatment.

I called the store from abroad two weeks ago, since I was looking for an MTB that fits me (small frame + 27.5), a very challenging endeavor to be honest. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Mik was super helpful! He even reserved the bike for one week, until I got to visit the store. The bike resulted to be the perfect fit. Some super-friendly and nice people work at No Boundaries. I always get a good feeling just walking in. They take a genuine interest in what your are after before making any recommendations. Everything for my biking and most everything for my running comes from there.

Terrible customer service. Tried to exchange a pair of shoes given to me as birthday present and they didnt have the right size, they offered to get me the same shoe and I had to wait, until then, no problem. Got a notification to pick up the same shoe but smaller and the guy at counter took forever to exchange only to tell me I got the newer model (same shoe) and I had to pay around 50 bucks because it was a 2022 model and not the 2021 which apparently was on sale. Tried to explain the guy that is not what I was offered when I returned the shoe for exchange but he really didnt seem to care. I asked for a refund, and the guy didnt even try to keep me as a customer, I did get the refund and walked away, forever. I have been a business owner all my life and would have at least TRIED to close the deal and keep a happy customer.

If you have an issue with your bike; JUST DO NOT GO THERE. I spend a week trying to get them to add oil to my hydraulic breaks. They could not do anything because they do not have oil. So, They suggested a service which I originally paid to fix the issue. On top, they want me to change my breaks in my second visit because they can not find the oil. Unbelievable and dishonest... this is just a pretty store...lack of skills

I came here this past weekend to buy some road cycling shoes and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Nicola was so helpful and he even reached out to their other stores to make sure I got the right size. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going there in the future for all my cycling needs. They also have a great selection of hiking gear (bought apparel for a trip to Kilimanjaro a couple of years ago).

Purchased a bike for $3700 which arrived with a snapped Sram Apex Derailleur. The bike has never been used and cannot be ridden because of the broken part (it is the main chain). I phone the store weekly and they continue to give me the runaround. Can you imagine spending nearly $4000 on a broken bike and being told theres nothing they can do about it?I would stick to purchasing a bicycle from a larger chain store that has accountability to its customers

Great personal service. This weekend I had no plans for riding and had some things in my mind I needed to buy for my rides: helmet, lights and shoes. Got a text from Rodrigo on Friday for a Saturday ride of 70+ miles. It was a great ride with great people, with coffee and tequenos included. During the ride Rodrigo explained the different helmets offers in the market, had a discussing with others about different light offers, and for shoes had long discussing about shoes. After the Saturday ride got invited to a ride in Weston for the next day which was a great ride with new people. By the end of Sunday i went directly to No Bounderies with everything cleared of what I needed to buy. Ended up getting a new Giro pro light shoes, an Oakley helmet and Garmin radar light for the rear with the front Garmin head light. Great service, great price, but the most important I felt like family and had a great weekend.

I went in to look at a bicycle and unfortunately I forgot my mask. My fault. You offered me a mask. How nice of you. But $10.00 for a friggin mask while I look at your bikes. No thank you. Then I went to CREMA for lunch. Still didn’t have my mask. I told them I didn’t have one. They offered me a mask. Free. Yes thank you.

Amazing bike store with excellent customer service! I called the store early today 2/7/19 to have my bike bottle holder cage screws fixed since one of the was loose on my frame and they told me to bring the bike in! Upon arrival the associates welcomed me with a smile and offered me help. Literally 5 minutes after my bike was fixed by the mechanic who you could tell knows what he was doing. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who would love to have their bikes serviced or fixed. They work extremely fast and with excellence. I assure you that will be taking your bike home like new after they finish with it.

I don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I ordered a bike from Linus a company out of Venice CA. It took several months to get the bike which was fine. But it says the bike would only take 5 days to get after delivery, the bike was delivered a week ago according to the online tracking. Finally after hearing nothing almost a week later I try to call them but the phone lines are down. I then go to the shop and the guy tries to tell me the bike just arrived yesterday. Well that’s a lie because I have the tracking for it. I say ok when will it be ready he says ok I will have it ready tomorrow. I call today (Wednesday) and he says Friday. There’s been zero communication, I don’t find this place efficient or helpful, will not have any more bikes delivered here.

Been going to No Boundaries since I started cycling as I was referred by my cycling group 305ycle. Everyone there treats me with respect and with tremendous amount of attention. Every time I go there they immediately attend me right away & will give you the honest answer every time. Recently, I have been in contact with the manager Israel in reference to upgrading some components on my specialized & we did exactly that yesterday. He accepted my bike, added bontrager rims, pirelli wheels, & new tubes. Mounted & all... he gave it back to me in about 3 hours. They are swamped with work 24/7 but the fact that he was able squeeze me in & satisfy my needs so I can ride today says a lot. Hence I go back every time I need something or something is wrong with my bike. Also, I’m very picky with anything I need fixed to the point that I hover over people to see the work that’s being done but not in this case. I know it’s in good hands so I drop it off and leave. Take your bike for whatever you may need to No Boundaries & speak with anyone there or speak with Israel as he’s the manager & he will guide you in the right direction.

No Boundaries tuned up my two old mountain bikes and they are now like new. Service was exceptional and very good pricing. Definetly will return to this store.

This is the worse bike shop in Coral Gables & Miami.HORRIBLE service, staff seems always to be too busy to give good service.It took 7 days for them to review my bike and when I went there nothing was done.Do not go to this place, dont waste your time.

I walked in to buy a bike for my 4 year old son and the service was excellent. I wasn’t sure what to get and I was given several options, the person that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. They even had my son test the bike and where very friendly which was very important to me. I will definitely be going back in the near future for a bike for myself. Great store in a great location.

I asked him some questions and he just answered no no no no. Another staff was helping me with doing everything but he got all credit from me. I never recommend this store to others... Horrible service. Dropped off my bike and was promised bike service would be done the next day. I called in at the end of the day almost at them closing the next day since no one had even gone as far as calling me to let me know what was going on. Their response was they didn’t even know. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere where paying customers are actually given what promised.
