Loved this place!! Kate is super nice and accommodating. She dropped the dress off that I needed to try on before ordering to my place of work. And then picked it up during quarantine when she needed it. I can’t wait for the dress to come in!
Kate was amazing! I came in this past weekend with 5 of my bridesmaids and Kate made the process so smooth and easy. The store was really clean and in a nice area. I love that this is store dedicated soley to bridesmaids dresses and not just a bridal shop with a tiny bridesmaids section like my first appointment before Bella Bridesmaids. The prices were reasonable and they had a large selection of dresses. Plus, its very convenient that they have a store in Orlando, since 3 of my bridesmaids live there. I am so happy with the dresses we ultimately picked and would recommend this store to anyone.
Terrible customer service! My friend called 7 times during the whole day nobody pick up! We when there at 3 pm to make an appointment in person and they were closed! They supposed to close at 5pmHorrible experience! Still no appointment and nobody takes responsibility for not being there and not picking up the phone for two days! Or respond back! Finally got to go in after fitting to get an appointment! The lady that took care of us was nice. I still think is outraging that after waiting for so long just to try some dresses no thank you take my business somewhere else.
Kate is the absolute best ! She has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my bridal party, even coming in on her day off to meet with my sisters her where in town. The store is clean and has a huge variety of dresses and styles for everyone including my mom.She also made me a virtual showroom with all the styles the girls can pick from and everyone can vote or select their style. It’s super easy to manage a group through the showroom because everyone can order through there as well.I would highly recommend going through Bella!
Dresses are purposefully cut with the expectation they will require alterations. Its a smart business model because it ultimately means everyone in the bridal party wearing their dress will all end up having a custom tailored dress which of course will look fantastic but without the company having to incur the expense of custom tailoring themselves. What it means for the consumer is paying an already high price tag ~ $250 (especially for the quality) plus an additional $50-100 for alterations you have to get because of how these dresses are intentionally cut. This is driven home by the fact there are absolutely ZERO returns or exchanges allowed.
Kate is such an amazing help. Went bridesmaid’s dress shopping with my sisters and she was incredibly accommodating. Super sweet and highly reccomend going to her.
After checking out the Bella Bridesmaid website I saw that they said appointments required, however they accept walk ins when they arent busy. I have a very busy schedule which can be unpredictable therefore I didnt want to schedule an appointment that I would have to reschedule or cancel at the last moment. I live 1-2 hours away depending on the traffic. I called the shop explaining this and they let me know to come in on a Tuesday or Wed midday and that these would be their slower days and times.I arrived at the shop on a wednesday at 2pm only to be rudely turned away by the associate. There was no one else in the store and i literally had only 2 styles I already had picked out to try on. It would have taken me 15mins.Really poor customer service and very misleading website. I paid $12 to park and wasted over 2hrs of my time.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The customer service at this establishment is not up to par for a bridesmaids store in coral gables.I am leaving this review purely due to the horrible customer service and so that management is aware. (For reference, I tried on Amsale dresses at the main store in New York and have no issue with the clothing, but I have an issue with the rude way that I was treated.)On Friday, July 19th at noon, my sister, mom and grandmothers were on route to the store in order to stop by and see a few of the selections, completely aware of the fact that we must book an appointment in advance. I rang the store a few times and did not receive an answer, yet we attempted to go anyways.Issue #1: We could not find the store! My grandmother has had double knee surgery and, since the store was not being responsive over the phone, we were left to our own accord walking around the building in order to try to locate the store.Issue #2: The woman at the store was very rude and condescending! After I finally found the shop, I tried to walk in only to find that the shop was closed. A woman finally popped up and propped the door open with her foot only to tell me that they were Closed for the day and theyre by appointment only. Funny part is.... if was NOON!!I understand that your business model is by appointment only, but if you have a group of potential customers AT YOUR DOORSTEP and you have no customers for the rest of the day... its completely absurd to not even let us walk in and see the collection!Whats more, I asked the rude woman if there were any openings on Saturday, since we were only here for this weekend, and she immediately interrupted me and said were completely booked.Coming from a family of business owners, this is NOT a way to treat a customer! Turning away business at the door when your store is completely empty is ridiculous! Even if we wouldnt have bought a dress that day and tried it on, we would have come back if we had been treated nicely. NOT ANYMORE!I will definitely not be a customer at this establishment and I suggest you avoid at all cost, unless you want to have more stress before your big day.To the management team: double check who youre employing - im sure YOU would never turn down a client or business at the door.
Beautiful showroom and Kate was a pleasure.
If your size is over a 10 don’t waste your time.
