The sales person misrepresented the true specifications regarding durability, as well as the true extent of the warranty for a value of a 32” Blue Bric’s suitcase. The product was purchased 3 weeks ago, and during a round trip, First Class to Europe, suffered damage inconsistant with the expected performance of the product according to the sales person description as to its durability. Upon taken the suitcase back to the Merrick Park store we were told that there was nothing that they could except for us to take it to a luggage repair shop in Hialeah, florida. At the time of puechase allegedly the name of the sales person was “Max” at the Merrick Park Store. Consumer be aware with this luggage outlet.

Excellent place to buy luggage, they have all kinds of options and the staff is top notch. In particular Gio, who could get me the color of the suitcase I wanted (which was not at the time) and sent it directly to the hotel. Highly recommended.
